Great to see we finally got the 8K finalizing the TAM acquisition. Let's see the faucet leak come to an end, and move forward with what should highlight this company; their hyper growth..

If I may also interject the fact, that management never meant for those conversions to even take place. A subsequent event due to their late filing of the 10K, which was a consequence of switching auditors at the last minute..a stumble that they owned up to and acknowledged..

Another sign of their transparency..


But this gave a major opportunity for those wishing to take a nice position or average down and increase their ownership on an amazing growth company on the verge of profitability..

Expecting some nice PRs involving developing orders from Verus Cares Division..

Even another M/A on deck, can't wait to hear about that, as well..

And MLB possibly starting back up in July, BLF will be right back on track with its expansion initiatives..

So much to look forward to.. =D

I didn't say that BD, I said they're on the verge of pulling in profit, which is an understatement..

Without the baked in compensation package(which is now capped), Q1 would have looked much better, and it did not contain a single cent of BLF revenue nor most recently acquired ZC Top revenue, which we all know WILL eclipse all other revenue sources..

After five consecutive quarters of triple-digit growth..

The weird thing is, the company is so much more valuable then when I invested nearly three years ago..


Anshu took RBIZ, that was nothing and turned into the fastest growing CPG company in the market, under three years..

When most companies can take a decade or longer to turn a profit.


The company is on the verge of pulling in so much profit as well from their two expanding acquisitions currently under the Verus umbrella..

Congratulations to all who can take advantage of this dip..but we've been here before, even touched .007s..


I expect some major news next week along with the TAM 8K..

Why would management "use this" as their own ATM after profits roll in?

Anshu's incentive bonus was already stipulated when he came on as CEO, to which he definitely earned it, because of the sheer rapid growth and value he's brought to the company..

I was not on for the entire CC, but I heard he amended his stock compensation for the benefit of shareholders. Which will conclude next quarter..(If someone can elaborate on what was discussed, that would be great.)

Investors shouldn't take a day's worth or even a week's worth of price action determine this company's destiny..

When BLF and ZC TOP start ramping up expansion and contracts, then you will see a whole new beast..

Until then, I continue to wait with zen-like patience as the company grows at hyper-growth speeds.

I would definitely consider this another "transition" quarter for the company..a mixed bag for sure, but if they continue growing the way they are..

This will absolutely get nuts when they land so much business and the profit starts pouring in..and just like that, Team VRUS will have the last laugh..

And as I like to tout, the last laugh is the sweetest laugh you'll ever experience, especially when so many worked so hard to derail your investment.. That's bad karma, imo.

For someone who's been here 3 years, I am absolutely thrilled with the progress they're making. Aside from Michael leaving, that's just business..

Things are very fluid, and we can't predict all the unknowns.

I will absorb what you've said here, and think on it..

This whole situation with GS is a bit childish, on both sides, can we concur on that?

But you have to understand when someone/group feels attacked, they will react accordingly. Let us try to respect one another and see that we're just two sides of the same coin..

We're all here to invest and hopefully see a nice ROI, for our patience.
