Thanks. I hadn't changed to the new yahoo! message format.
Everything is fine now.
Anyone here post on Cemi Yahoo board? Reason I'm asking is that when I go to that board I don't see any posts since 8/23, which seems to be highly improbable.
Thanks in advance for any help on this.
Because nobody knows what the real OS was - Altomare and friends had been selling millions of unregistered shares that weren't being reported as part of the os...
Yes it did happen. How many shares were outstanding is another issue: it could be true or even an understatement...
Bleak reading, but I thank you for the info.
Interesting - how do you plan to buy shares that no longer exist? There are no shares to trade, the registration was revoked by the SEC.
Again, thanks for your posts about what is going on in the courts. Still looks a lot bleaker to me than I previously thought, but now not as bleak as to be impossible.
Keep up the good work. It is greatly appreciated.
Thanks for the updates, though the news isn't exactly welcome.
P.S. Don't worry, we don't kill the messenger, anymore...
Another bump (rather large one) in the road.
Thanks for info...
You got it, IF it happens. However, it is looking less likely with the info trailorparkboy provided...
I'd gladly make the rounds with you, but considering the number of pubs, and the fact that I'm nearly 63, I don't think I'd finish the journey.
Fact is, based on the amount of time this process takes, I'm beginning to seriously believe IF it comes to pass in our favor, it will be one of my heirs that makes out...
Thanks, again, for the info. Looks more promising, but still in the very long term...
I'll be there. Won't have any trouble affording the trip, IF this damned thing actually comes home for us...
Thanks for the info. Unfortunately, it looks like this battle will be taking much longer than any of us hoped it would...
How are you TFS? I totally forgot about this board for quite a few years now. Was very happy to see the posts about Talbot losing both the open cases. Of course, there is no chance that anyone will see any money.
Thanks much for those posts.
P.S. I wouldn't be surprised to see some people popping up with hype about MSITF again, simply based on the 134M shares traded yesterday at .0001. I have no idea why anyone would pay over 13K for shares of this pos, except maybe as an attempt to try to launch some kind of mo-mo play.
Take care. I'll check in more often.
At least the Bid has gone up all the way to .0007.
Woooo hoooo...
I never understand how someone can spend 26.00 plus fees to buy 20K shares of anything.
Clearly doesn't look like the start of any kind of move (at least for near term), but it does make my portfolio look much better (at least on paper for the near term).
And news is needed indeed (good or bad doesn't matter to me anymore)...
"I fully expect a positive outcome - we should see a $.01 or better short-term."
That would be very nice for me. Just under .0095 is my break even for my investments in this pig over the past 5 years or so.
What a difference a day makes:
Yes, we're green, but on all of 30000 shares (90.00), and the bid has dropped to .0012.
Oh well...
Not a problem. Hope you are right about lightening striking (but that's pretty close to what we thought during the last mo-mo play).
P.S. About the legal fees - as I remember it, the law firm was hired on a contingency basis, meaning they'd get a rather big cut of the pie.
Thanks, once again, for your update on the overall VAT situation. Hopefully the appeal goes against the government. Otherwise, there is zero hope of any return on our investments in this company.
Looking forward to your update sometime in March.
Could be, but 87 months is still nice to see...
The Feds went hard at the CEO of Cyberkey (CKYS.PK), charging him with 4 counts of criminal fraud. Just before he went to trial, he pleaded guilty to all counts, and got handed an 87 month sentence.
This was March 2009...
Did a little checking on ThinkPath today. Back in June of 2008, Laurus Master Fund Ltd. won the auction for bankrupt Thinkpath Inc. for $4.976 million. The company appears to be doing well under totally new management.
Maybe French is hiding in a monastery somewhere in northern Canada...
nsearle: I'm curious. What do you find when you do that Google search for Neil Purcell in the London area? All I get is hits about a camera man, a police chief, an acting police chief, and odd ball refs to someone by that name.
Also, I'm afraid I no longer believe there is any real chance of us collecting anything at all. I'll hold on to the end, but I believe there's better odds that I'll be hit by lightning.
Good luck to all of us, anyway...
That's easy - you lost everything you had invested in USXP. It's a total write-off.
Your stock is worthless - the SEC revoked them. You can't sell them, nor can anyone buy them.
If you hold certificates, you could try selling them on eBay...
Thanks for that info.
The SEC revoked USXP share registration. They no longer exist. You can write off your losses.
I try to keep that known to very few. Otherwise, I'd have people begging me to let them dump their stocks to me at a fraction of the value.
There's only so jenerous I can be...
Could be. I did manage to sell off 300,000 at .0042 that I had bought at .001, but I'll be willing to buy them back from that person at .001.
That's just the kinda guy I am...
There gone, for good. We can hope your scenario works out, what else can we do.
The question I have, for now, is what are these momo's going to do with the shares they were holding. Not able to get out of them very easily today, that's for sure.
Wow... jammin' today!
Either that, or everybody is sleeping late...
Power hour is kind of sucking as far as I can tell...
Thanks for the info. Thing that gets me is that they're losing every appeal they try, yet, according to how I read the last part of the story, it looks like they have no intention of not fighting on case by case regardless of what the court's keep telling them.
Sheesh...
Well, I do hope you are correct because at the target price of .009, this long suffering holder can walk away with a profit.
Ok, so I'll still lose money compared to what I could have made in a money market account, but, trust me, I'd be very happy.
So, bring it on mo-mo guys...
Nice having you mo-mos stop by.
Stop by and wave at us once in awhile, for old times sake...
Unfortunately, it's starting to look like one of the shortest mo-mo plays in history...
Looks like we've got a batch of mo-mo players. All we can do when that happens is stand aside and hope there's actually something behind and just not a mo-mo game.
Actually, according to the receiver's third report, Tifford had managed to recover over 700,000.00. However, between his commission and his expenses, none of that money was left over for USXP.
It's nice to know Tifford can still make money off this mess.
Not...
