Has the lease been signed? Yes or No.
Pretty simple
Where's the company PR? What are the terms?
Like the audit, SOON! Check out 3/26 PR.
Will be drafted and signed this week. Another miss.(like battleships)
Have you signed the lease???? Step one.
Your right, it is bad for many reasons. It's not just the audit.
Whatever happen to Waterloo, Hamilton and Chicago?
Wasn't a lease suppose to be sign in Tempe weeks ago?
Has remodeling started in Tempe?
A lot of unanswered questions with AMFE.
Did someone say the lease in Tempe was signed? Did I miss the company PR?
Anyone know what the terms are 1yr, 5yrs, 10 yrs?.
The audit is the most important issue right now. It certifies everything the company has said to date. It's how the business world works, contracts, leases, lawyers, audits...
VERIFICATION. Not pumping, Not dumping.
Verification is what an investor wants.
Right now we're in need of some.
AWESOME, AWESOME, AWESOME. I've been asking since Thursday about the lease.
Knew if I spiced it up this morning I'd get a response. I don't mind playing the devil's advocate if it gets answers. My group of investors are holding about a 1/2 mil of shares. Thinking of maybe a little road trip this fall to check out Tempe. Hope to meet you then JRF.
Hang on to that pen, it may become a collectors item in the future.
Couldn't agree more. Until the audit or a signed lease, I don't see new investors coming in to grab shares of AMFE. That's why I see the pps Monday heading south without a signed lease this week.
JMO
I hope so that's why we're all here. But for the investors waiting to buy they may just wait a little longer, until there's a little legal ink (a signed lease). I know I've told a few friends to hold off on buying. So, if you pick it up at .16,.18 or .20 plus you'll have it if it's the next big franchise, but if the lease and audit get delayed they may be buying for less than the .10 I spent. We're not the ones that need to be convinced
about AMFE so if I'm watching this board I'm waiting to see if Mondays PR
is moving along as planned.
JMO
No, but has anyone heard anything about the lease being signed. Monday the PR stated it would be signed this week. Looks like Monday could be more downward pressure without it, hope not we're just starting to build some momentum. I wouldn't think they're conducting business on Easter Sunday, which leaves us with today to get it done.
Has anyone heard if the Arizona lease has been signed? Haven't seen anything on the Amfil or S&l Arizona twitter yet. Maybe a pr will be coming out. I know the pr from Monday said this week. Would hate to see the momentum in Thursdays pps take a hit without a signed lease.
Has the lease in Arizona been signed? That is this week, right?
The great thing about Snakes, multi-generational and gender neutral. Not another sports bar. Your not the audience your the participant. There's some nights this board could use a good risk game.
We had a 5 star news event today and I believe a 5 star future. $$$$$
I know the younger gen.. will rule the nights at S&L. But, for those that grew up when it was o.k. to drink out of a garden hose or the trophy on your shelf was earned, WE WERE THE ORIGINAL BOARD GAME GENERATION. Who didn't get a board game at Christmas. Ten thousand people from that generation are retiring every day in the U.S. alone. You might not want to steal 2nd anymore but you'll sit down a play a game with some friends or family. It's my belief once S&L expands to the U.S.. Business in the mornings and afternoons from this group will keep the seats filled all day
long.

What a wild 24 hours. Better than expected news from Arizona and an audit up date along with a deadline. Couldn't ask for better news. Did anyone notice jrf's post this morning mentioning London Ontario. I've heard Hamilton and Waterloo, but not London. Either he miss spoke or spoke too much, he can tell us. But, that would make sense. 401 out of Toronto to London, from London to Windsor. Windsor over the bridge and into Detroit.
Express way 94 connects Detroit to Chicago with Ann Arbor along the way.
75 south also runs out of Detroit into Ohio.
The lease should be signed this week and the audit by April 6th.
Until then relax.
jmo
Awesome news. Where did you see that Chicago was mentioned. Can't wait for Chicago because that means Michigan is around the corner.
Ya, lots of extra $$$$$.
I've called snakes every weekend night since Chistmas. The wait for a table
of four is a least one hour (no coupons, no advertising needed). Lets say the three snakes have seating for 600. Now if they're turning those seats over three times a night plus one fill during the day that's 2400 covers. Now add in Saturday and your looking at roughly 5000 covers. Remember the cover was increased $2. So, that's an extra $10000/week or 1/2 mil for the year just from Friday and Saturdays cover increase. I'm not even considering the weekdays or Sunday. You might also have noticed that the beer prices have been increased along with the hours of operation.
Check it out for yourself, give them a call.
Any next location will be great and I will visit the Buffalo location should you bring it online, just not when your getting 3 feet of snow. It's all part of my future travel plans. Traveling the country and visiting the different S&L in each state.
Have a great afternoon.
That's awesome, best of luck to you.
I had asked a family member to check out S&L back in November when they were there for a business trip. Without hesitation they scooped up 300000 shares. This is going to be big. But, they need to open number 4,5,6,....
asap. Someone with deeper pockets and a solid corporate team would have
know problem taking the snakes idea and running with it. You snooze you loose (ever watch Founders - the Mc D story).
Lets face it, if AMFE was a baseball team S&L is heading north when the season starts. The others are still looking for their grove.
No they weren't. Seems like the logical progression south into the states.
From there why not start hitting all the SEC and Big Ten schools. I'm sure
N.Y., N.C. Columbus, Happy Valley, and Ann Arbor won't have a problem filling 200 to 250 seat S&L's.
How about the two gateways into the U.S., Niagara and Windsor. It's one way
to get U.S. exposure from Buffalo and Detroit.
No I'm not from the Toronto area, but if I were I'd be spending a lot of time talking to the staff. Like have you heard anything about Hamilton or Waterloo? Someone is going to have to train the staff at the new locations.
Sometimes the best info comes from the floor.
The crowd I'm referring to are the 30,000 plus reads every day, not the posters. I would think everyone on this board is invested. What we need are those that have been to S&L or read our board to invest. So, for all the tweets and news this week we managed volume of 450000 on Friday and a pps under .14. It'll be tough to put any presidents in your pocket at this rate.
Interested in how your investment is doing? call any of the three locations
tonight. Ask what the wait for a table of four is. You'll hear them tell you it's minimum 1 hour , like it is every weekend.
If these three are knocking it out of the park where is the news on the other three? The Canadian franchises where sold over six months ago I believe. No location? No news? I understand they're looking for the perfect
location, but people do drive and a snakes would work in any major metro
area. We also have a possible investor funded location in Arizona. Is that
really the only building that will work? Maybe you should offer the landlord something extra to make it work if it is. Then we have Chicago.
This one was for friends and family. If we have an investor funded Arizona
location we should still have resources allocated for Chicago. No news? No
location?
If I owed three locations like snakes my focus would be on opening the next
one asap. It's not just the audit holding the pps down, it's also the lack
of info on the franchises. The crowd this week didn't seem to care much about the French connection.
jmo
Couldn't agree with you more. What if the audit had never been mention.
would we be at .30, .50, or maybe nearing $1. It's all been great news.
We've have three S&l's up an running. they're doing so well that there's an hour wait on Friday and Saturday nights, even after raising the cover
$2 and the beer prices.
But, the audit was mentioned along with the two Canadian franchises (sold 6 months ago), Chicago (for friends and family) and now Arizona. There are over 37000 reads today and the pps and volume isn't moving. I believe Until we have a signed lease or audit things will remain the same.
Fantastic day. Promising news from Arizona and now Europe.
I was hoping just to hear something about a few old projects
like Waterloo, Hamilton, and Chicago. Doesn't matter the audit
will be out SOON.
No inked leases and an un inked audit, expect low .13's maybe .12
by weeks end. Someone send them a pen.
Awesome can't wait to order a shirt.
The wait is 1 hour to get into one of the three S&L on a Friday or Saturday night. S&L is a hit. When do you think they'll start selling
shirts, hats, and mugs? That's extra revenue and free advertising they're
not tapping.
Sounds like a great idea. With toys r us closing stores where will
shoppers get their games? What if S&L set up something similar to
to the old record clubs? Sign up for them while your at Snakes.
Great birthday and Christmas gifts. heck, throw in a shirt too.
All three locations are an hour or more wait.
Where's Hamilton, Waterloo, and corporate Chicago?
Agree with you totally. Called again last night, wait for a table of 4
was 60 - 70 minutes. It's been that way for the last four months that I know of. Who else can boast that wait time on the weekend? We're talking
three Snakes within 15 minutes of each other and you're going to wait one hour or more. What's that 600 seats. Plus I see they raised the cover $2.
I'm thinking if you turn those 600 seats over 4 times on a Friday and Saturday that would be close to 5000 customers. So, now you're generating
an extra $10000 per week on the cover just from the weekend activity.
So lets just say an extra 1/2 mil. per year in free cash flow because every one wants to be at your venue, nice, real nice.
Get those other franchises open, focus should be on S&l before someone
else steals this idea and runs with it.
I'd buy the stock for snakes as a stand alone.
I do agree the Audit is priority one right now.
Anyone know where I can find the financials of each of the
subsidiaries of Amfil.
Would also like to find out more about the preferred shares,
what's the structure. Is there a cash dividend? how much?
Can we convert?
Also someone was talking about dilution earlier.
Where do we go to check when shares of upper management have
been sold or purchased?
It's time for some March Madness, catch up with you later.
have a great night.
There is a reason they kicked the price up to $8 and extended the hours.
BUSINESS IS GREAT.
What's happening at snakes? call, just call. Check on your investment.
I've been calling every weekend since Midtown open and there has been
a MINIMUM wait of 1 hour at each of the three locations. What is that
600 seats total? Where are you going tonight that you'll have to wait
an hour?
Everyone is looking for something to do. Snakes has it. Whether
it's with friends and family, co-workers, or maybe a first date.
This is a goldmine waiting to happen. If the Hamilton and Waterloo
franchises are sold get them on line asap. We have something special here.
It would be a shame to see someone else grab the snakes theme and run
with it.
There is nothing wrong with people calling the company out for things they have said, it's actually healthy to hold them accountable.
Isn't that what an audit is?
No I do know what I own, read my first post.
The audit makes everything legit. Every investor in this stock
should be playing the devils advocate, it's your money.
There will be no uptrend until the audit is release.
look at the volume look at the price. The tweets have increased
since the price started dropping. This is one of the most watched
boards, no one is buying the tweets or we would be skyrocketing.
It's the audit or nothing
Until the cash is spent it's just talk. Was a contract signed as in purchased. What are the terms? We were told Waterloo and Hamilton were
sold. This states agreement, whatever that means.
They have an agreement with a local investor, is that the same as a sold
franchise inked in writing?
Speaking of parties, maybe we'll get an invite to the stockholders meeting
soon. Or next week or the week after that. Maybe they met 2019.
