Never mind answered my own question with more reading. He still owns as of March 1st.
True statement. And I’m all TGLO so if my view on Egan’s shares is misguided just tell me. Does the 10K display holdings of the shares for Egan as of December 31st or as of end of March when it was filed. If it only has to report his shares up to Dec. 31 — the stock didn’t shoot up til mid January when he could have sold.

The flippening is strong with this one!
We shall see!
Hmmm I sense a big shakedown happening this week. This is going to be fun.
Not looking too promising.
Same same, 07’ here — agreed.
Oh no! ??
Next week will be the best week ever! Weeeeeee
Wonder why the Embassy deleted their Delfin / Poland tweet
Hmmm I don't know if I can trust a man of that age who still dyes his hair lol

Flippers/shorts will win just that and the longs will win in long term. All today is, a manipulation of emotion.
Its wild how some people cant see through others agendas...and im not even an experienced trader.
You guys do know these dudes obviously have an agenda, which they’re paid for by owner of this site. Also the US LNG conference is Tuesday-Thursday. Kind of coincidence that people are trying to drive this price down right before that conference? Hold or buy more. Long and strong $TGLO
Kind of a Noob on here — is it weird to anyone else that the address for Fairwood in Dallas is actually a accounting firm? I also called and it was an accounting firm. Is this common?
My bad i was reading it wrong.
Here is the brekadown of Egan's ownership.
Egan - 21,854,000
EC Capital - 21,854,000 which owned by Registry Management which is owned by egan
EC Capital II - 21,854,000 which owned by Registry Management which is owned by egan
Registry Management - 21,854,000
EDIT -- SORRY, i was reading it wrong.
Egan has way more than 22 Million shares, closer to 90 Mil within all his holdings if you look at filings. Why would delfin allow him to have this much stake?
Well could you fill me in? Why is that out of the question? I'm newer at this. But i have a good bit of TGLO from before.
Egan may have not made money on the 25,000 but couldn't he have sold his remaining shares during the surge?
New to forum -- have a lot of TGLO. What to do with it? hmmm.....
