Criminal history. Being in law enforcement I just ran a criminal history report of some of the employees in the Santa Paula, Ca location (Yikes!). Based on the criminal history alone, I do hope that they are not a partner with Verb.
I kind of hope they are not cause they have some bad reviews or maybe I heard they are going to be getting some bad reviews. It also doesn't look like they hire the best employees, imo.
I haven't been here in a while, who is the chump that got canned from Verb again? Lastly, what is this 30 day thing?
30 days? What all of this 30 day chatter about?
When was the Kurt guy fired? I don't come here often, but remember hearing something about it?
2020 year of tax selling pandemic. I can't wait for the year to end. "Tax selling" has been brutal on Verb and obvi the entire market as a whole. C'mon 2021 can not come fast enough!
Tax selling is tough not only for Verb but the entire market as a whole. Thanks for the heads up, you may have just saved my bacon. You have gain 100% credibility in my book.
Relentless tax selling! I went back and check to see who all posted the "tax loss selling". You all have gained credibility in my book, thanks. Overall, brutal on the entire market!
Will this "tax selling" ever end!
Well, this is not a Nasdaq board so...................
Yes, I've mentioned before. I own my own company and some employee's just don't have the vision of a CEO, nor should they, they are employees. Sometimes they have to be let go. Personally, I hope they look at what they could have done different, learn from that and be a good employee elsewhere, but most don't, the pattern repeats. Pretty simple, there are CEO's and employees.
30 Days is a thing? I don't come here often what is this 30 day thing?
I own a company as well. I had to let "some people go". They only see a "little vision" of the company and want to focus on that and then play the blame game. Its nothing against them, but when you are the CEO you see the big picture. One employee that was let go, did some bad mouthing of my company. It didn't bother me cause I knew where my company was going. Since he left, we have increased revenues 800%. Its not cause he was fired, it was cause I saw the "big vision". There are employees and there are owners, quite simple.
Lastly, don't take financial or investing advice from a message board. I just come here for a laugh at best.
Did Rory hit the buy button?
"Rory has hurt a lot of peoples lives mentally , among other critical life factors from his lies and pumping of his company's stock. He refuses to acknowledge what he did to investors. Sad he doesn't know how to genuinely own up to his actions. Even worse, he tries to delete and run from the past with all those deleted video documents."
Each individual is responsible for their own investments. I know on my Fidelity account "I am the one who has to press the buy or sell button". Its like the rest of the world likes to point fingers and take no responsiblity, but ultimately you have to ask oneself "who bought the shares"?
Calfornia is "two way consent" for recordings. I was just curious, so I looked it up. I'm curious if there was consent on both ends? Don't drop the soap, lol
I'd be carefull with recording laws, just my opinion.
EMA fired their attorney? I wonder who that was and why? I did google it and appears the attorney was born in 1959. but it didn't say his previous experience?
Any EMA lawsuit update? Are they based out of Chattanooga? My google DD said so?
Any updates on the EMA lawsuit?
I hear there is peeps who can do this in 1,000 lines of code. Not sure why they haven't?
"30 days is a thing" I still laugh and laugh on that one. It is literally a big pie in the face, lol
100% proves my point. Do not take investing advice from a message board. I will stick with professionals and those that work in the industry.
A basic google search proves your not correct.
https://www.profitwell.com/blog/how-revenue-recognition-works-in-saas
I think your missing some FACTS as to how/when Saas revs can be reported, but don't take it from a poster on a message board. Call an accountant that is familiar with SAAS or some other means.
"30 days is a thing" Its like a virtual pie in the face, lol
30 days is a thing, just kills me!
10,000 5 star reviews! Yes, I guess I would actually look for reviews from people that utilize the app on a daily basis. Makes sense, versus one opinion on a message board? Again, don't take investing advice from a message board. I would probably go to trusted sources like Morningstar for example or a financial advisor. This from what I know and of my opinion.
"Forwards and backwords thinkers". There will always be people that look backwards in time (hindsite is 20/20) and debate the "who da could da I da should da". Then there are those that look forward. It appears the market is always looking forward unless there is some algorithm that has recently been created? I know in owning my own business, yes, I've made mistakes, learned from them, and we are always moving forward. That is just my business model. Please don't take my advice or investing advice from a message board. I would look at credited companies that put values on Nasdaq stocks or a financial advisor.
Agree 100%. It appears savvy Nasdaq investors look elsewhere for their DD. Maybe they look at analyst reports from trusted companies? Not sure, but there is zero affect from here, imo.
"30 days is a thing". It was determined through a lot of data and it is not nonsense. Please read my previous post for data analysist, data lake and extrapolation of date to determine "30 days is a thing"
"open ended speculation?" Yup, that is what was determined. "Open ended speculation is a thing".
Here is the definition of speculation: the forming of a theory or conjecture without firm evidence
Moving forward "Open ended speculation is a thing"
"30 days is a thing". OSB, you must have missed my previous posts, polls and analysist? It was determined that the following:
1. "30 days is a thing"
2. "29 nights is a thing"
3. "99 lines is a record"
4. "savvy Nasdaq investors get their DD elsewhere is a thing"
This was all done via data analysis and by extrapolating information from my extensive "data lake". My code analysis was over 1,000 lines of code btw. I am just here dedicating my personal time to help others. I have no other agenda.
Appears the Savvy Nasqaq investor looks elsewhere for their DD.
I agree, the savvy Nasdaq investor looks elsewhere. Nothing here, imo. Irrelevant imo.
Proof is in the pudding. I firmly believe and its obvious keen Nasdaq investors look elsewhere for their DD. Perhaps there are analysts that do this for a living that investors trust and have a history with and take that into account?
Monster Beverages comes to mind. They rose from under two duckets to over 50 duckets in a few years. Keep in mind, they are not a Saas tech company. Mo research, mo answers
Top Nasdaq stocks of the Decade. I am doing some research based on some other posts. What I was very interested in and I really couldn't believe personally is the following:
10 most successful stocks of the decade
1. So what are the 10 most successful stocks of the decade?
2. Yes, the entire decade?
3. How many of those are profitable?
4. Do some DD, the low number is astounding.
5. How many of these top 10 stocks of the decade are in debt?
Well, if you have done some DD and realized these are not great, but the top 10 stocks of the Decade (not year or month) and compare that to other stocks like Verb. How does that look? Are you looking at the right things?
"What if's" Oh know, are "what if's a thing now?" What if Verb uplisted alone? What if they uplisted with another company? What if, what if. What if it rains tomorrow? What if its sunny tomorrow? What if there was another season to Sienfeld? What if the game winning shot was a miss? Always in my opinion DOES IT MATTER MOVING FORWARD? Verb is at where it is at? What if?
New Code Record! All, if you have been following the board, you have heard about 1,000 lines of code and that "99 lines of code is a thing". Well, I have a friend (we call him the villiage idiot) mainly because he is not all there, but he is unaware, not his fault. Anyway, he claims to have broken the code record with 98 lines. He has sent me a copy (its janky and I mean capitol J on the Janky), but non the less, I believe it to be a record. I am working with my team of coders to determine the exact number of lines, but I will report back. I post here just to help people and I will be posting the video shortly. Stay tuned.
Three-wave correction in VERB on hourly chart.
I am not a chartist, so could you describe what a "Three-Wave corrections" is in layman's terms? I did a google search on this, but I only read the first 1,000 words of the article I found, so I thought I would reach out to a poster for the facts?
Billion dollar financial service organizations= Reuters & Morningstar!
Hmmmm.......
Lets see, what carries just a little more weight? Billion dollar financial service organizations or message boards?
Hmmmm.....
Its a coin flip for me personally
Lastly, these are just points to ponder and of course, this is from what I know and of my opinion only.
