I agree Stark... It was nice to see Olsson standing behind their work & the mine. A good reminder of what is in the works for the Elk Creek mine, the jobs it will create & the stable critical minerals supply it can deliver once operational.
To me the AGM, recent hiring of Miss Fenga, Nordmin's options, the recent govt. actions on other projects & a few other tidbits are encouraging. I'm keeping my front row seats & hopefully they will finish "pushing on ropes" by the Spring of 2021 =)!

All IMHO & all...

Thanks Stark!...good article. Waiting for Niocorp's unknown "partner/s" to be announced. That would have a positive effect on the stock price too.
Jabil, CCBM, Traxys, Carlyle, Techmet, a big Bank, German loan guarantee, U.S.govt, private funds or a combination in play.
All the other prospective mines have partners. Hopefully ours will step out from behind the curtain soon. Since the Nov. 5th AGM the Niocorp team has continued to work to complete a deal.
Spring of 2021 would be nice for a 2025 start. Go team go...!

Niocorp has German loan guarantee & 100 million/per AGM spent?? Question is...

Indeed... REEMF -+20% to $2.49/shr on recent news. All three have unique "Separation" processes that are being tested to scale. MP as well is undergoing same strategies in regards to their separation facility. All will be needed to compete & form a stable U.S. based critical mineral supply chain.
Niocorp is utilizing traditional SX separation for their planned separation facility at the Elk Creek Mine site; but Niocorp's new critical CO2 process under development with L3 "could" possibly be considered for funds in the future.

"In the case of RER it may be that a full scale solvent

work done by RER, before GA bought into it. A pilot plant was
built in Germany by a GA subsidiary to prove out the efficacy
of the solvent extraction system using RER ore (bastnaesite)
from its Bear Lodge deposit in Wyoming. The development of a
mine at Bear Lodge, however, is estimated to require at least
$350 million more."
Please see attached article/s below ( a good read)

Half of the float in REEMF (Bear Lodge open pit project) is in strong hands. They have @ 24 months to prove out/scale this new pilot plant and should be looking to firm up any outstanding permits etc. as they move towards finance.
General Atomics could be seeking to attain access to their own critical minerals supply chain by either buying out & developing the project themselves or several other alternatives could also be in play as the project moves forward.
I believe this project will be built @ 3-4year time frame to establish multiple REE sources and a secure supply chain for the U.S. Also of interest & possible mine candidates UURAF, TMRC & NIOBF to look at & compare...

The Rising Demand for Scandium Aluminum alloys
“Scandium is a market, that
in my opinion in this decade can grow 20 fold.” Peter added,
“There is just not enough production capacity in the world to
be able to satisfy what the potential growth in demand could
be.” Peter then went on to talk on the primary uses of
scandium and explained that the factor holding back demand is
limited supply of the metal. He continued, “If you can find
the supply, I think the players and consumers are there
waiting for it.”

PM/all - Jim's response to Scandium & future Scandium Producers:
Question asked:
Jim-
"You are all probably aware of Rio Tinto’s entry into the Scandium market via the elementnorth21 venture. Could you offer an opinion in regards to this market competition in the Scandium market, and if a lower price point offering is a concern for Niocorp moving forward?"
Reply:
Rio Tinto's effort to more widely commercialized scandium products should be very much welcomed by all prospective scandium producers. In order for large prospective consumers of scandium, such as companies in the aerospace, vehicle transportation, and energy/battery industries, to move aggressively toward incorporating scandium at scale into their manufacturing operations, they will want to see multiple scandium suppliers serving the market. Ensuring diversity of supply for specialty materials like scandium is key for these companies, as it helps them manage supply chain risk.
We believe that multiple producers of scandium will create a rising tide of demand that will benefit all. After all, several independent analyses forecast latent demand for scandium in the several hundred tonnes / year range, if not higher.
Pricing for various scandium products is likely to vary significantly as these markets mature. Some scandium oxide and scandium master alloy products will be sold as commodity products. But other scandium products sold by producers are likely to be custom chemical formulations or alloys or fabricated scandium alloy products that are custom engineered for a specific application. Pricing for these types of value-added products is set between the materials producer and the customer and is often based on the value delivered to the customer of the custom product, rather than an advertised 'commodity' price for scandium.
Hope this is helpful.

The 4 top REE mining Prospects NIOBF,REEMF,TMRC & UURAD -have & are continuing to see increased support from the US govt. & Independent finance.
Ranking IMHO
#1) TMRC- Since @ 2010 developed into a open pit "shovel ready project in Texas". Partnered with Rare Earth Resources & has a pilot separation facility in Colorado. The mine site is permitted & just needs finance. Share price $1.60/sh (a generational mine 50+ years)
#2) NIOBF- Since @2010 developed into an underground "shovel ready project in Nebraska". Does not have a Partner? Separation facility to be incorporated into the mine site using tried & true processes. The mine site is permitted & just needs finance. Share price $.58/share (a generational mine +36 years)
#3 REEMF - Since @2010 partially developed open pit close to "shovel ready project" in Wyoming. Partnered with General Atomics owns 49% & has just received gov't funding to help finance pilot Separation facility to complete prove out of ore processing of their materials.

The mine site is partially permitted & needs finance. Share price $2.05/share (a generational mine 35+ years)
#4 UURAD- In Alaska Since @2010 partially developed underground mine. Ucore Rare Metals Inc. (TSXV: UCU) (OTCQX: UURAF) (“Ucore” or the “Company”) is pleased to announce that the Board of Directors (the “Board”) of the Alaska Industrial Development and Export Authority (“AIDEA”) unanimously passed a resolution authorizing the formalization of the preliminary due-diligence process that Ucore has been conducting with AIDEA staff since October of 2020. Ucore had then approached AIDEA regarding a prospective US$3.5-million investment for the development and commercial-scale operation of Ucore’s Alaska Strategic Metals Complex (“Alaska SMC” or the “Project”), planned to be built in Ketchikan, Alaska, as the first development component of the Company’s 100% owned Bokan-Dotson Ridge Rare Earth Element Project (“Bokan” or “Bokan Project”).
On January 13, 2021, senior management from Ucore and the Company’s wholly owned subsidiary, Innovation Metals Corp. (“IMC“), presented an overview of the Project to the AIDEA Board, outlining the development and operation of the Alaska SMC and the Company’s long-term plans in Alaska. Ucore’s currently wholly owned subsidiary, Alaska SMC, LLC (“ASMC“), will manage the construction and operation of the Alaska SMC, in addition to serving as the prospective investment entity for AIDEA. The Resolution of the Alaska Industrial Development and Export Authority Authorizing a Cost Reimbursement Agreement with Ucore for Development Activities Related to the Development and Operation of the Alaska Strategic Metals Complex was unanimously approved by AIDEA’s Board. The next steps are to formalize the due-diligence process with an AIDEA-retained independent consultant and to proceed with the AIDEA review process through Q2 2021.
The Alaska SMC is Ucore’s planned rare-earth element (“REE“) separation and processing plant which will be initially designed to process US-allied heavy REE (“HREE“) and light REE (“LREE“) mixed rare-earth concentrates into commercial purity REE oxides (“REOs“), specifically for REE permanent-magnet applications. The planned technological backbone of the Alaska SMC is IMC’s RapidSX™ separation technology which is currently undergoing rigorous commercialization development, computer simulation modeling, and application testing by IMC’s technical team, in conjunction with IMC’s laboratory and commercialization partner, Kingston Process Metallurgy Inc. (“KPM“) at the RapidSX Commercialization and Development Facility (“CDF“) in Kingston, Ontario, Canada.
Ucore VP & COO, Mike Schrider, P.E., stated, “Ucore is very appreciative of the efforts by the AIDEA Board and staff as we pursue a potential co-development partnership which will greatly benefit the State of Alaska and contribute to critical-metals independence for the United States. Responsible economic resource development is the common goal of both AIDEA and Ucore, and the Alaska SMC facility is the gateway component to establishing environmentally sound, cost-efficient rare-earth element supply-chain development and commercialization in Southeast Alaska.
“Ucore is excited by the significant advancements with our team, alliances and technology that transitioned the company in 2020 and is now strategically positioned in 2021 to leverage our tremendous resources and technical know-how with the singular goal of achieving near-term and sustainable revenue for the Company,” commented Ucore Chairman and Interim CEO, Pat Ryan, P.Eng. “The differentiating attributes of the Ucore/IMC team are derived from its inherently broad in-house technical expertise, intellectual property, and mineral-resource portfolio. Is Ucore up for the challenge? Just watch us.“
Detailed technology, feedstock and business updates will follow in the coming weeks as Ucore and IMC continue to execute their respective business plans towards potential revenue streams as the prices of key REOs used in permanent-magnet materials continue to rise significantly[ii]. For more information, please refer to the Ucore January 2021 Corporate Presentation.

NEWS: The Environmental Assessment of Critical Elements Lithium Corporation's Rose Lithium-Tantalum Project on Its Way to Being Completed
2021-01-20 07:00 ET - News Release
MONTRAL, QC / ACCESSWIRE / January 20, 2021 / Critical Elements Lithium Corporation (the "Corporation" or "Critical Elements") (TSXV:CRE)(OTCQX:CRECF)(FSE:F12) is pleased to announce that the Joint Assessment Committee established by the Impact Assessment Agency of Canada and the Cree Nation Government (the "Committee") confirmed on January 14, 2021, having received all information required to allow the Committee to complete the environmental assessment of the Rose Lithium-Tantalum Project ("Rose Lithium-Tantalum Project" or the "Project") and prepare the draft environmental assessment report. This is a significant step in the federal process of obtaining the authorization for the Project, which runs parallel to the provincial process updated in the news release of January 18, 2021. We are grateful to the governmental employees involved in both the federal and provincial permitting processes for their ongoing efforts through this difficult COVID-19 impacted work environment.
The Rose property (where the Rose Lithium-Tantalum Project is proposed) is located in northern Qubec's administrative region, on the territory of Eeyou Istchee James Bay. It is located on Category III land, on the Traditional Lands of the Cree Nation of Eastmain.
"The economy of tomorrow will be driven by strategic sectors, like the electric vehicles and batteries sectors. This vision aligns perfectly with our vision to become a large responsible supplier of lithium to the flourishing electric vehicle and energy storage systems industries. We represent perfectly sustainable development with our project that is, not only good for the environment, but that is good for the development of local communities," stated Jean-Sbastien Lavalle, Critical Elements' Chief Executive Officer.
Critical Elements' President, Dr. Steffen Haber, noted that: "Our Rose Project features one of the purest lithium deposits globally. Quebec is strategically well-positioned regarding the critical transitioning energy and e-mobility markets in Europe and the United States and boasts excellent infrastructure and human capital. Our cooperative relationship with the Cree Nation of Eastmain, the Grand Council of the Crees (Eeyou Istchee), and the Cree Nation Government has been formalized through the Pikhuutaau Agreement signed in July 2019. We are excited by the anticipated receipt of Provincial and Federal Phase 1 permitting, detailed engineering and financing for the construction of the Rose mine and concentrator, and the delivery of engineering studies for Phase II (a chemical plant for conversion of Rose spodumene concentrate to high quality lithium hydroxide for use in lithium-ion batteries")."

Because there is not likely to be a futures exchange for a specialty material with so low volumes as scandium, pricing will large be determined
I think Niocorp's position in the market will be a welcome addition as well; not only for Scandium, but the for Niobium, & Titanium! Let's not forget Scott Honan is working on a "proprietary critical CO2 extraction method" that is ongoing. That development of Niocorp's Scandium alloy is ongoing as well! Emailed J.S. Monday in regards a question relating to posting of the Nov. 5th AGM 2020 presentation. I will post response when received. It was available for a while, but I couldn't find it either.
Not much else on the "to do list" other than 25% Niobium contract or Finance news. I would think any Term sheet would have a "term limit"??? or end date associated with it?
Some IMHO....

Scandium - Rusal America announced yesterday the debut of its new portfolio of aluminum powders designed specifically for additive manufacturing.

"Among Rusal America’s new aerospace aluminum alloys is a mixture of aluminum, magnesium, and optimized scandium that compares with additive aluminum powders from other makers but at a significantly lower price point."

Scandium is beginning to take hold.

Lifton estimated a while back they could produce @20 ton/yr while Kaiser stated on the video I posted earlier @50 ton/yr...(again this is speculation on both of their parts!)
Niocorp has an enforceable contract already in place with TRAXYS for @12 ton/yr for 10 years!!
The Scandium revolution has BEGUN...!!! Keep an eye on SCYYF as well here- NIOBF,SCYYF & RIO Tinto appear to me as the important early plays (U.S./Canada & Australia, Europe - supply chains) "Speculation on my part lol!)
Always do you own DD...
Go Team Niocorp!!

Having re-read the article in the Omaha times- "I learned nothing new!" just rehashed old information, but I welcome the viewpoints. - (At least the reporter reached out to the company & was answered.)
Yes- It is taking a long time for Niocorp to get financed, but also for UURAD!,TMRC! & REEMF!!!! (Of those four U.S. based REE prospective mine sites only Niocorp & TMRC are "shovel ready!! permitted etc.!!" ) All of these prospective mines have been around for a long time! (LOOK UNDER USGS reports!)
The author does not mention The Nov. 5th AGM meeting (& that is "KEY" information for those that heard the call??)
Question's in regards to everything dealing with Finance status were indeed addressed then for those that bothered to listen.
GM...I agree & think there may be something in the wind for Niocorp in regards to the NDAA/DOD play? We shall see I suppose in due time.

Also Fernanda Fenga compliments our team. Her resume tells us she has U.S./Brazil & European connections & has "Closed" Billion+$$ deals. I've expressed my thoughts here as well
All opinion & speculation on my part! Just like the article
