#1) TMRC- Since @ 2010 developed into a open pit "shovel ready project in Texas". Partnered with Rare Earth Resources & has a pilot separation facility in Colorado. The mine site is permitted & just needs finance. Share price $1.60/sh (a generational mine 50+ years)
#2) NIOBF- Since @2010 developed into an underground "shovel ready project in Nebraska". Does not have a Partner? Separation facility to be incorporated into the mine site using tried & true processes. The mine site is permitted & just needs finance. Share price $.58/share (a generational mine +36 years)
#3 REEMF - Since @2010 partially developed open pit close to "shovel ready project" in Wyoming. Partnered with General Atomics owns 49% & has just received gov't funding to help finance pilot Separation facility to complete prove out of ore processing of their materials.

Has Partnered & just received -https://investingnews.com/news/rare-earth-investing/aidea-board-approves-first-step-toward-ucores-alaska-smc-development-corresponds-with-significant-rise-in-reo-prices-over-2020/ I think they are looking to form the Separation facility first & then work on adding the mine at a later date. No permits @$.87/share (Generational mine when completed)
