Niocorp has an as of yet unnamed partner? seeking to form a consortium? but with whom??? (Techmet, Carlyle, Traxys, CCBM, U.S. gov't., Kevin Bacon???)
Niocorp has German loan guarantee & 100 million/per AGM spent?? Question is...
Will Niocorp announce something definitive in regards to a partnership or Funding before June 2021. Niocorp is late to the party at this point in time in regards to announcing a partner. Can they catch up??? "I personally hope so!"
