I don't know about the rest of you, but the only IHUB threads I follow are ones that I am invested in, or thinking about. Do you guys post 5,000, 10,000 or 30,000 posts on something that you don't own? 10,000 posts a year amount to over 27 posts a day! On something that you are trying to convince others NOT to buy? Someone would have to pay me to put those numbers up.
Oh course that would be a lie. Everyone knows he's going to the Yankees
Just called NWBO office and spoke with the same person regarding shareholder attendance. She informed me that someone gave her bad information, and that shareholders are in fact able to attend shareholders meeting in person but confirm with DI.
Just got text from DI “In person is permitted.” I apologize for any angst I might have created with the conflicting info that I received.
You are correct, still says in person. If that is the case, I will attend.
Quick search shows that Delaware law does allow for all virtual shareholders meeting, hybrid or in person.
I have owned this stock for a few years now. The woman who answered the phone was not friendly at all and did not offer much. I will call again tomorrow just to confirm and report back.
I called today about attending in person and was told you cannot attend in person. So much for that idea. I'm about an hour away.
The "gift" would be for the buyout company. If DCVAX is snake oil, it isn't worth a nickel, but if it is what we all data says it is, then 100B is cheap. JMO
How about Tumorzap?
I think it's great that NWBO filed suit but lets not lose site of the big picture, getting DCVAX to market.
The lawsuit does a few things. It brings attention to how corrupt the market is with illegal activities, how Goliath is trying to slay David, and it gets NWBO publicity.
I see the lawsuit going a couple of ways. One is a quick settlement without any admission of guilt which would not result in hundreds of millions. The other option is that the accused fight this to the bitter end, resulting in years of litigation. If NWBO wins, and the jury awards billions, this will be appealed and tied up even longer. In the end, shareholder value is coming from DCVAX, not a lawsuit in my option. It does feel great though that the Company is taking these slim balls to task. Go long.
No one is interested in logic, common sense or more importantly Science. Better to listen to non medical people like keyboard warriors and quacks.
Great answer. I'm right there with you.
And if NWBO had a loser, they would never have gone through with spooling up manufacturing.
The last person who said "it is what it is"to me, took 125,000 out of my pocket.
I would love to add more but I just can't bring myself to do it. If good news comes out I might try to chase it. For now I will hold with a .18 average.
There is one way to guarantee fast and positive TLD, and that is for me to sell all my NWBO. Within minutes of my sale, I am sure that positive data will be released. I am willing to do this for the team provided everyone on this site gives me 50 shares after I sell. Win win for everyone. What say you?
Sojourner, thank you for the book advice.
Marc
I know that it has been mentioned before that if TLD resulted in "bad" news, then the Company is required to release that news in a timely manner.
Assuming the Company has been briefed on the TLD data, and it is less than favorable, what are the possible penalties that the SEC could bring to the Company and/or officers for withholding such info? I only ask because maybe the penalties are not as severe as one thinks, and it's worth the slap or fine to withhold the info?
Just trying to look at all angles here.
Same hope as for any day, week, month. The ticker is changing to HOPE
I'm with you on that.
I'm expecting TLD before EOL (End of Life)
Anyone here of Gary Vaynerchuk? I haven't but he was on page R10 of the WSJ today. Interesting reading on his making money on FB but losing money on BlackJet. What I found most interesting was a couple of quotes which I believe the longs are betting on at WRFX.
"Nothing trumps the combination of blindly believing in the product and service and the founder that's driving it. Nothing."
"He talks about companies as horses and founders as jockeys." "The Holy Grail of an investment is to be as sold on the horse as the jockey. But defaults to putting more weight on the founder side of the scale, in part because there are so many fake entrepreneurs....." "When the market punches them in the face they fold like a cheap chair."
picked up 9 mil at open at .0018 for total long of 27 mil.
If Parano is light years ahead of the competition, and we are all betting that it is, the question becomes what company will choose to not use this technology to protect consumers?
If Parano becomes the new standard, billionaires will be made off this stock. Time will tell.
If DropBox has a valuation of 10 billion, think of what WRFX will be worth.
