Reality is the….. the larger the company (assuming similar profit %) the smaller the debt becomes. With 50 beds the debt is pretty hefty but with 3000 beds it’s a lot less daunting. Again assuming profit % remains similar. The market will eventually realize this and eventually it will trade accordingly.

Actually they are not interested in Real Estate. My assumption is the deal comes with the realestate, so in order to purchase the existing company they need to buy the property also. Since they don’t want to be “into” realestate, like you say, they will create a new fund to own the property (there are thousands of individuals and businesses that do this exact same thing). Since managing all the facilities is something they have to do anyway with running this business why not create a new company to hold the property and also hold 50% ownership in the new property without putting any capital into it. Sounds like a pretty logical business decision to me.
The company will be a cash cow in my opinion. The realestate part I do not know as I do not know the realestate in that area. However, if the deal could only be done with acquiring the property then this is a great way to do it.

It will be a separate company that owns the realestate. GRST will manage the properties for free in exchange for a 50% partnership in the properties. Their profit/loss from this realestate will only be realized after the sale of the properties whenever that might be. I think this is a great idea and love where this company is going…… and less then a $3m market cap is absolutely crazy

I totally disagree that the ceo wants to take this private. If he wanted to he would have when the price was .0002. I think he has his sights set on a massive public healthcare/rehabilitation company. I think share holders at this price will reap the rewards in due time but patients is necessary
This company does not know how to be profitable……. Hence the constant reverse split, dilution, reverse split, dilution. Its has swings that money can be made but definitely not a long term play. All salaries are financed thru dilution
And they will most likely get it! The devaluation of the dollar will only increase and at a much quicker rate. Soon the yearly interest expenses will exceed the total tax revenue and then what?
