When exactly is the company going to transfer back to the original CD holders? Within the next year? Will that increase the pps?
Will this delist or do a reverse split if it doesn't go over $1.00?
What do you mean an offering?
I'm going to try to buy at .00001 then be done buying OTC forever.
1 for 30 not bad, but still will have to hold a long time to get my money back, if I ever do, averaged in at maybe 1.30, so uncertain what price will need to be after reverse split eventually to even break even. Wanting to hold long and make money eventually, but unsure if that's still possible.
I have 5100 shares, so that will be cut to practically nothing, it'd have to go to nearly 50.00 a share for me to make my money back?
Is this correct? Is basically everyone even the big investors like Lilly and Cargill losing big on this one?
Wondering if we hit .0003s if this thing will go somewhere.
Guess I'll hold even if there is a R/S
Under what pretenses?
That's what I'm thinking. Wondering if the rest of these guys are trying to scare people into selling.
What indication of a RS is there? Or is it assumed?
This looks like a good buy to me, am I wrong?
161,000,00 + in volume today, Looks like people are interested.
Yep, it's a fun gamble at .0001, and this one being an actual award winning beer company, makes it more fun than usual. It's something to talk about, a real company, something to be proud of.
Do you have numbers saying it's going up or something? Like a chart? Please explain.
Is Tyson a good long term buy and hold?
The dividend is better than average, way better. And the pps is half it's all time high, so we all know chicken is a stable market, it's not going anywhere.
Will this pps climb back up?
This is good, Kegs is growing and making a lot of new Friends! 😊
I like the way you think.
Well on stock twits they are saying there is no filed reverse split and that they are expecting an extension to be filed, so I hope you are right. I'm uncertain what all is going on, but I like what this company is doing with it's aspirations in medicine, so staying with it. Just accumulated more, lowered my average cost.
This chart hasn't done anything in over a decade.
One of the reasons I'm not throwing money away on many gambles anymore.
Can't believe the nasdaq is trading the same way.
Was this a stupid buy? Is this getting delisted? Hope not, it's trading under 1.00, hope it's an a.i. stock that becomes worth several hundred dollars a share. Low now though...
Good day today, what's the future projection?
Will this ever go above .0001 again?
That's what I'm afraid of, guess I'll just wait. Keep my shares.
Seems like a nice ace to have a beer on the lake.
Like how this has brewed beer for so long now, hopefully this is a good sign for the future.
Looking forward to more sales potentially.
What's the educated guess?
What's realistically possible by October date for pps to be more than $1.00
$227 Million in Upfront Economics and Milestone Payments for Azer-Cel in Addition to Double-Digit Royalties on Sales

Well I hope sofmething works out, I'm all in on this one , and have been steadily accumulating shares.
If I recall correctly, Moderna pps was high for years before they ever had an approval for a product.
I see so much potential for this company I'm putting everything I have on it. Will see what happens.
I see a beer company producing beer.
Drank some Buffalo Rock ginger Ale for my birthday, tastes nothing like regular ginger Ale, Canada dry or Schweppes, but a unique flavor.a very very bold rich deep flavor, spicy...makes me wonder if the same flavor profile could be made as a beer...seems like it'd work.
It's tonic water, ginger cures irritable bowel, colinitis, hemmorhoids, Buffalo Rock works better than any medicine, for me at least.
Would make a great beer though, better than most.
Buffalo Rock is a local Pepsi Distributor.
Don't know if they distribute beer though.
I've noticed Aldi sells some interesting beers, however I still think many won't buy this solely due to the fact that the cans have a label and aren't printed on like all other cans, just my opinion, is deterring customers.
Agreed, hopefully new news will be released in time.
Hope this doesn't delist?
What is possible right now?
Wanted the .0002s to move up to .0003s
I'm just holding my shares I bought a while ago. It's down, however I'm waiting to see what happens.
Like a breakfast drink or something...coffee, or juice though...well coffee is a massive market, I know I wake up and drink a cup every morning
Read about Starbucks once, they're really good. So read they release the coffee oils at a certain temperature, now I have a Dash insta-kettle, don't use scorched dark roast, a lighter roast. As soon as the water boil, I unplug the kettle, wait a few seconds, so it's steaming , no boil, and pour over grounds in a stainless steel strainer...really Good. I have mine with honey.
If this ventures into coffee, I like it.
I don't know the details.
However, if the company does have some debt, what is likely to happen?
If they have increased sales, would they pay off the debt, or what?
Maybe the debt was used to grow the company, now 1812 is winning awards and awesomely expanding...Ontario today, who knows where tomorrow....
Ideally, I don't like debt...but if that's what got the company to grow, being recognized as a favored Beer brand, is there healthy debt?
The beer company placed medal winning in several categories at a recent International Beer festival, New York.
What if there isn't a reverse split? Or what if there isn't one for a few years?
This is really good.
What is the future of the company?
I'm just hoping this doesn't reverse split.
