think about adding 1-2k more monday with stops to
Terry; 30k/brls/day for 30day run in December 05?
A poster on the yahoo board reported a 30 day run of 30k per day (900,000 barrels… was it sold and what was the value increase?) This is the first time I have heard of an actual run of that volume for that length of time. He referred me to the prospectus of December 15, 2005. I have reviewed that document in the areas that would give that information and could not find it or information that could deduce those statistics.
Are you aware of this and could you point out specifically where the info can be found?
After following Yahoo BB, it’s nice to just click in here for ‘constructive’ info – pro or con.
The recent PR company hired to manage info may be more for developing access and delivery for new account relationships. A lot is said about the ‘investors’ needing PR management, but as important as that is – it would seem secondary to doing business. After all, what’s good for the business is good for the investors.
The short interests are evolving their focus from ‘the stuff don’t work’ to ‘they won’t be able to manage and hold the company together when they do get a cash flow!’
I will predict that when the PPS is $100-200 with $5-10 dividends, they’ll be talking about how this technology is just at the edge of being obsolete to be overshadowed by ‘newer more efficient’ technology, or ‘the patents’ are going to be ‘pirated…!’ Of course, they won’t be the same bashers who will prove discredited by each step in Sulphco’s success. It seems like a new ‘flock’ of bashers are signing on and the other ones are flying somewhere else – or just changing names with new id’s.
Thanks – Regards;

Motley;
I think this makes the water crystal clear regarding the "dairy farm" issue...! Thank you for your time and info responses.
I look forward to stay in touch with you in the future regarding sulphco and other developments.
Regards
Ken
Motley, thanks for the added info-
I take from this that the property in Dibba (the dairy farm) is really unrelated to the JV purposes and has no special relationship anymore than any other holdings of Trans Gulf Petroleum, Co.?
Then, any references to the ‘dairy farm’ were really a cheap shot to distract from the actual commercial site for the oil processing? I don’t recall where the ‘dairy farm’ came into the picture – it sticks in my mind it was from one of the negative magazine reports.
The water is still a little murky here, but a little light is getting through.
Any further info you can share is much appreciated.
Thanks again.
Regards
Ken
I don't recognize oil tanks in Dibba - I assume a double line will be run from Fujairah to Dibba. That’s a tidy investment to make even if it is the government that is making it. They must have pretty convincing evidence that this process works.
Any other thoughts.
Thanks
Regards
Ken
PS: Thanks Motley for your recent concise info time lines
Curt;
After reviewing the info about the project site, it appears that the distance is not an issue as per this excerpt from this press release; "SPARKS, Nev., Dec. 14 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/”
"…The Fujairah government has allocated approximately 40 acres of land adjacent to a large oil terminal which is ideally suited for SulphCo's application."
Some have apparently seen an address for the project site which is a "dairy farm" at present. This is used as a basis for "bashing" Sulphco. I’ve seen a lot of commercial industrial areas in this country (USA) that are built in agricultural areas – and planned that way for industrial expansion purposes – what would we expect –putting it next to the Court House or prime high rise office building? By the way, do we have an address or survey specs (latitude/longitude) for the project site? I just downloaded Google’s free Aerial View program for the world http://earth.google.com/index.html --- what a neat program with many great and user friendly features; 3D, etc. I used this to look at the general location, terrain, ect., for Fajairah.
Another “basher” point was that the country ‘produces’ no oil – which is fine with me – the point of the location is it’s large storage tanks and the amount of oil that is transported “through” the port, which makes it THE IDEAL location.
Obviously, I want to see this project succeed, and from all that I can see at this point in general logistics for the purposes of the process, I don’t see a better arrangement that could have been developed.
Your information is very helpful.
Thanks Curt
Regards, Ken
How long will it take and what is the distance/terrain like for the pipeline to be installed from the storage tanks to the JV processing facility to be constructed? With negotiations for contract, permits, engineering and actually “breaking ground’ doesn’t look like enough time. Do things move that much faster in UAE? It seems like it would take 12-18 months minimum here in USA for a project like this for readiness. The following from the PR news wire of 021306 seems like it is cutting it pretty close for readiness for June/July production. Of course, when your JV partner IS the government may make a big difference...! :>)
“Meetings were also held with Vopak Horizon Fujairah Limited to initiate planning for necessary storage and tanker off and on-loading capability. Vopak is the world's largest tank storage operator and manages the 9 million barrel terminal in Fujairah. Further arrangements have been made with an international firm to provide product metering and verification services.”
Is Vopak the one involved with the storage arrangements “before/after” process AND installing pipeline? Are there any "oil people" to give info about this time line process?
Ken
I have 2m shares in suf to hold, but may buy more as soon as I figure out how to cover with options put/call. It seems like September 15 call/5 put is a good cover where it will by that time be really up, or really down. Any thoughts?
Are subpoenas made public at or around the time of creation?
How often does this type of subpoena occure in this business?
Who is the "hedge fund" involved or are there more than one?
How does this relate to Sulphco stock?
On another note as follows:
VERO BEACH, FL--January 23, 2006--The following was announced today by the Law Offices of Bruce G. Murphy, PC.
Notice is hereby given that the Law Offices of Bruce G. Murphy, P.C. is investigating the possibility of filing a Class Action on behalf of all persons who purchased the publicly traded securities of SulphCo, Inc. ("SUF" or the "Company'') prior to January 23, 2006 (the Class Period).
If you wish to discuss this action or have any questions concerning this notice or your rights or interests with respect to these matters, please contact Bruce G. Murphy at 772-231-4202 or via e-mail: bgm@brucemurphy.biz.
This raises the question in my mind about this as an attempt to just create smoke and mirrors to muddy the waters with distracting and frivolous info..

An article today in "Timesonline" entitled 'Natural Resources' about Saudis' refining investments of $20bln in next five years was very nice...

PS: Verylong, I signed up for the premium access to Ihub -- if you're a pumper for this sight it worked with me ...!!! :>)
Hi verylong;
Just noticed my email section of Ihub - thanks for your responses.
I would like to find a way to connect in private - maybe I just need to go ahead with the upgrade feature to be in touch privately within Ihub. Like to make contact with Terry as well.
I'm interested to visit Sulphco for my personal tour. Any sugestions - I live in southern cal and easy to get to --- hey, tax deductable I would think...!
Ken
PS: Yahoo has so much trashing going on - do you have other recomendations for BB stock and investing info?
I'm semi-retirerd and just started stock trading last fall with cashing in our PG shares that were accumulating over the years.
Wouldn't that put the "naked shorter" seller at risk -- if stock was "sold" at x price, at some point in time the buyer would sell it for x Plus a dollor, that would leave the shorter "having" to get the stock somewhere to fill the buyers order to sell. If the stock was trading a dollor higher when the order came in to sell - the naked shorter would be left going into his own pocket to make up the difference -- or keep moving things around till -he would hope the price would come back down to cover his "naked shorting" Seems like a "pea and shell game" that eventually all the shells would be turned over! Of course, if he goes into his own pocket, all is well - but if the pockets are not deep enough, your left with a lot of explaining to do.
Ken
Terry - can you reference an explanation of how "naked shorting" works that is illegal?
Please give hypothetical example with some simple numbers to follow the process.
Isn’t the money actually exchanged or accounting performed with validated liquid balances at the time of transaction?
Thanx
ken
PS: The Yahoo board really gets old fast with all the accusations, name calling, gutter talk and pontificating. Very Neanderthal – no, I think they were really quite civilized.. they just didn’t have all our tech-o stuff, but I think a satisfying life.
Verylong... Can you get in touch with me about a few questions I have in general about stocks and sulphco in particular. We had exchanged on the board about making contact off the board, but haven't connected yet. I only have the free board usage so am not able to make contact with you.
I'd like more information about why the interview with Peter Gunnerman did not take place two weeks ago on msnbc. Raised more questions for me than almost anything else.
I liked very much the posted info I'm responding to - I sure wish there was a way to know who are the people you can trust are for real - that's one reason I'd like to talk with you personally.
Another question about the information (erose info)in this post I'm responding to is about the share holders he talked about who have a holding solid interest and trust in the sulphco precess - how is that information verifiable?
Thanks - Ken
The prospects of sonotechnology for many different uses in industry are, I believe, without controversy at this point. The main question in the case of Sulphco is "do we trust Gunnerman's judgment for application on industry wide processes for profitability?" How profitable, and what profitability curve will be involved? Ultimately, everything comes down to, as Johnny Carson used to say, "Whom do you trust?"!!!
Philosophically, if I had known about Gunnerman’s history as I do now, I may have been more reserved with investments (I haven’t bettheranch, just a small equity :>). I did a typical google Xmas weekend and some history, but have found out much more from the references on the boards that I just started looking into weekend before the big drop. However, inventive people by nature, I think are very aggressive in their hopes and aspirations. I’m sure if we lived at the time of Edison/Westinghouse/Bell, etc., it would have been a great time to experience.
Trust is based on the kind of other people around a person in question. This whole experience with Sulpco is just a little tip of other more important factors – what processes do people use for faith and religion – how much do most people really check the history out in those areas – what kind of “conspiracies” might be involved there – seen and unseen?
Well, just a little diversion for balance – get some good sleep tonight. And remember, God knows about Sulphco, the Enrons, and all the other things, but He doesn’t tell – He would rather us use our reasoning about evidence and character to find the real riches.
Ken
I was wondering the same thing and interested to know from Sulphco why no appearence
What other "Higher priority" interview did he have and when will that be made available?
I'm interested about using "puts" and "calls" to protect big swings as happened last week -
Ken
Doc..., If your offer is extended to others, I'd be interested to talk about some processes on trading and covering. I'm new to trading and have been looking for some fundamental methods to ruduce exposure - especially where some margins are envolved.
Look forward to hear from you...
Ken
You can count me in.
If a process is developed with a validating method, I'm in. Just 2-3 suitable people to location for collaboration to do pics, video and interviews with at least daily live uplink for q&a (with the technology available this is so doable)would be about right. I'm sure there are consultants dealing with interests of this nature to advise. What do the big investment firms do? I'm sure they have shoe leather on the ground in certain circumstances.
Also, interview those close to the project on site; contracts for the actual buildings and infrastructure for production, time lines, etc. Ideally, a neutral third party who has career expertise in such matters to evaluate the focus of inquiry and feedback.
I think it would be fair to be in touch with Sulphco for advisement of intentions and input - maybe they would even sponsor the expedition - week to ten days may suffice. We can always go back.
However, all these things can be validated and still the question remains; Does the process work commercially?
I live in Southern California and have thought about a quick trip to Reno to check things out first hand. Small investment for my interest - suppose it would be tax deductible as well...!!!
I think I'll call tomorrow…..
This is one of the more interesting journeys in my temporal affairs -- maybe just a little more education than riches ---
Well, on the side lines for now, but my wife wants us back in - we'll see...She's counting on me for the dd.
Ken
PS: It would be interesting to see what would happen if the next "In the news" about Sulphco would do to the stock about an independent "interested parties" to evaluate Sulphco plans and operation developments in UAE...? However, perhaps the better wisdom is to stay below the radar on this!
What keeps "baashers" from their own little scams by setting up bogus inputs from a set of "friends"? Looks like they coould really make out. It's easy to set up dozons of accounts on a forum to play back and forth with to make their numbers look really good.
Just some thoughts;;;
Ken
Are there many other stocks going through this kind of controversy and is this pretty much standard procedur for new companies, especially with the kind of potential this technology would have on world; I think of Jobs, Edison, Westinghouse, and so many founders of new inovations, etc.? But, you really don't know untile even after some success and time to get a better picture not withstanding personal faults of the players.
My philosophical side expressed here on human behavior.
Ken
PS: volotility seems to be especially high here also - is this mostly a few getting in and out or across the board stock holders trading - is there a way to see indicators for this?
Are there any pilot projects with money-in/money-out data sheets available from Sulphco?
A valuable approach I would like to have seen would be a pilot project on a “dairy farm” in the good old “U S of A” to have validated data by objective third parties – i.e., barrels of sour crude out of the ground – market value/chemical specs against market value/chemical specs after processing and actually sold on the market for a “real life performance data sheet” for prospectus. Included would be ‘environmentals’ with any waste management, operating/maintenance costs and capital depreciating factors applied. With the funds Sulphco has to work with, it seems this could have been done – surely there are enough ‘mom and pop’ outfits to joint venture with here. Even if refining restrictions would have been a road block on land, with the ‘compact’ design, an off shore arrangement seems to have easily been arranged. A lot of ‘bashing’ could have been avoided.
Look forward to any light on the above.
Just some thoughts--- ken
PS: Who is the person in contact with Sulphco - attended meetings, etc.? I would like more direct contact with you.
would be interested to be in contact with sulphskeptic as well.
what are the other stock boards worth looking at? I'm just learning my way around web sights for basic stock "chatter."

In response to the block trade of Fidelity of 1 mil shares, I'm interested to know how we find block order trades/time/source, etc. I have Scottrade which gives rolling ask/bid/transaction info, but don't see a way to link with any thing more than that.
Anyone got help with info in this area?
Ken
Volume on sulphco shares traded today was 14.8 mil (Thats almost 2/3rds of the 22.8 mil floating shares, part of which is some getting in and out on the ride) from non inside ownership (unless gunnerman dumped a pocket full - but I doubt that; he would not want to loss control).
This seems to be way over the top as well...!
Would be interested in others thought about this ratio..
ken
getting an education...--
either there is a serious bug developed in sulphco process insiders know about or just plain manipulation. It seems like opening over 25% lower and continuing on down almost as much more within an hour is a little more than your garden veriety correction!
Can somebody reference for me how the manipulaion process works-an article or generic web page -- it almost seems like it would have to be collusion with known large holders of shares.
However, if the process delivers the goods in a few months, it won't make any difference to those who ride it out. It will move out of the picture the leveraged margin accounts.
I missed the P Gunnerman interview on CNBC. Did it happen? what was the essence --- can someone reference a web site for replay. Would love to take a look - is it replayed later tonight.
Look forward to the future -
Ken
was fidelity trade buy or sell?
I'm new investor to this whole thing of stock market - got Scottrade account last fall.
Worked with PG, Gilead, satellite radio stocks and found Sulphco from an "In play" reference right before Christmas. I did a lot of home work the best I knew how with search engines over Xmas weekend and bought a good pocket full of shares Tuesday when trade opened after holiday weekend; @10.25.
I have just found this chat forum last night and really happy for the perspective to round out blips in the info mill!
Have quadrupled my holding in Sulphco to date - last purchase was at 18.10.
The most compelling issues featured in this company is the quantum leap applied nanotechnology to an existing world demand in the conventional infrastructure; less start-up for time and capital, lower operating cost with superior outcomes. ALL THE INGREDIENTS FOR A QUANTAUM LEAP IN MODERN HISTORY. I would compare it to the same kind of revolution resulting from the transistor in electronics and then on to microchips!
I’ve been poor in my life and now perhaps Providence may find I should be tested with some means to really see who I am…
“Lord, keep me from being so poor I will be tempted to steal, and keep me from being too rich that I will forget You!”
Look forward to get better acquainted with some of you.
