An article today in "Timesonline" entitled 'Natural Resources' about Saudis' refining investments of $20bln in next five years was very nice...

Reference was posted on the yahoo bb .... #11060 by blackcloud02. That's the reason I still mess with that board - references to legitimate articles are nice to know about.
