The ticker, yes, but the company ZJMY which is JBZY is in China, as is the website it seems now.
The info can only be as fast as the slowest link, so if we are getting info out of China, that's is as fast as it can happen
Or its for the exact reasons from his post.
Especially for a trading platform you would want a reliable connection speed to facilitate the realtime trades. If you want to be a worldwide player, they would need to be somewhere that a person outside of china could reliability reach
well being that HK and China are in a complicated spot it would make sense. China asserts that HK is under china rule, where HK doesn't really believe that.
Second I'm not an expert on the chinese internet, but I'd bet anything being hosted to china probably has more restrictions and steps than you setting up a server in your basement.
Now why to the site not being up while that occurs is up for debate, but why the site is not up isn't really important since we know the company is still working their plan in terms of swap stations
Han was on the website as the main guy. How do you even substantiate a claim like that?
Here's the Wayback machine to end of December when the site was still up. His name and picture are there and mentioned multiple times

Prove there isn't a company.
We have a registered company with an address and reports. Yeah the website is currently down, but that doesn't mean that the company is gone.
Just saying "no there isn't" isn't anything close to proof
Even if that was true, which theres no reason to think the price couldn't easily reach an exchange amount. A RS doesn't change the fundamentals of the company or change the value of the shares. It moves the decimal place thats all.
RS's are only bad when a company follows it up by dumping shares into the stock diluting it beyond the RS. If the company is up listing and not diluting shares then it's not bad.
There is no dilution of this stock and there is news regarding progress of the company. So you either are onboard for the ride, or stand at the gate with your mouth hanging open as this takes off
Looking Good!
JBZY is doing things, just not as easy to find on this side of the pond.
Still clear as day on Wyoming SOS that JBZY is ZJMY. it's JB&ZJMY Holding Company.
Anyone whose trying to make you believe they are not, is just in denial
WY SOS
OTC where it literary says ZJMY
To bad denial isn't a good investing strategy
Swap station getting ready to light this fire
It's interesting that they are pre-announcing a PR like that. So I'd like to guess it's somewhat substantive, but guess we will have to see
Are they still playing chicken with the MM's around the shares? Is there a reason why they haven't worked the Yield out yet?
The Yield sign still isn't' helping. No reason for that to still be there, except if we are still playing those games with the MM's and shorts
Green is green, trending up for the past few weeks.
Each day is closer. The facts don't lie
Can't wait for Chinese new year... will be a start of great things, and silence the not so great things
Love how people still claim no 8k is coming, when we have the CEO saying it is. Everyone waits for it and it will be great!
That's like saying because BP or Exon have gas stations, that no other company should sell gas.
Regardless of if others have or have not the capacity to perform battery swap, it doesn't mean that there isn't room for someone to do it better or in a different way.
Good time to get in while the MM's try to figure out all their shorts. You can either believe the DD that people are providing, or not. But when the 8k drops and things move, you can't claim you weren't told about it
Keeps getting better and better
Strong support and moving ever closer to a penny. Once the 8k hits, this will break
Ready to ride the wave!
Good and stable today. Giving people time to secure their tickets to the show
sometimes stocks don't have much news other than what people dig up for DD. Thats when you can get some real good runners if you find the info before it gets out more publicly
"Can you hear me now?" is what we will be asking everyone who misses this boat
Agree. Nice day keeping strong in the 70's
Takes time on a Monday morning for everyone to get their coffee and wake up. Looking like a good afternoon is in order
It's like a poster for your wall, showing the important pieces to this ticker
Facts rise to the surface when there isn't underhanded actions afoot. Should be an interesting week
Next week should be good for this ticker. Lots of eyes, and good info supporting a move
Even if those eyes are crossed and blinded by tunnel vision
A stock has to start somewhere. The current updates with management and reinstatement are all good signs for a turn around
Agreed. Good numbers and movement the past few days. Let those shorts cover when this moves next week
What's not to like? Reinstated stock, with some partnerships in the works with Staples and Financials around the corner!
This is the kind of thing you look for in a up and coming breakout! Getting reinstated and starting to get things in order is the first step for a big run!
Good looking partnership for sure. Can see why this company is looking to turn things around with partners like Staples ready to help out!
We still waiting on the FINRA name change? Is everything properly submitted?
Hey, something I can speak from from my profession with ecommerce.
There are for sure regional differences in what is perceived as a "good" website. Yes in the US, there is a higher bar of standard in terms of a usable website, establishing trust, etc. However when you look at China, their cultural norms don't value this as heavily as the basis of a "good" website is one of focusing towards establishing competitive advantage. The sense of competition is different in china to a degree.
Making a good website is much more than just buying a domain and getting a wordpress account, but regardless of that fact, take Baidu for example... is it a "good" website from the POV of usability, aesthetics, etc? Probably not, especially if you compare to Amazon (it's US mirror). But is Baidu successful? Absolutely! on 11/11/18 alone, it made records in sales.
So saying that a website isn't "good" as a basis for it being fake, is flimsy at best. Are there scams that have good websites? of course, but the inverse can be true as well.
Are they planning to get the Yield removed before the FINRA approval of the ticker change?
Go JBZY!
