Ha ha. Beautiful. 😂
Thank you for proving my point.
Your questions and observations over the years have been focused and insightful. I appreciate your weekly summary for the truth telling that it is. I can sprinkle my own cheerful glitter on top of whatever news there is, but starting with the facts is always best. It is neither disparagement or puffery if it’s true.
I wish the best for LQMT and my present stake in it, but I also expect fair and transparent dealing by its leadership in accordance with regulations and standard practice. I am not making allegations of impropriety, but the current lack of reporting by TC et al with regard to Movano/Evie is disconcerting and deserves to be called out. You’re doing a good job of it.
In the end, we all (must!) realize this is a high risk - high reward proposition and we need to invest accordingly. That said, your sober, fact based commentary is a welcome balance to the frenetic cheerleading supplied by others in the room. And if those others resort to ad-hominem attacks in reaction to the facts you provide, then you know you’re on the right track.
Let’s hope we can all celebrate LQMT’s ultimate success at some point in the (near) future, but for now, know that your efforts are truly appreciated.
His CV says he left LQMT in 2006..

When LQMT sp is at $13 (or anywhere north of .20) throughout regular trading hours, THEN I’ll get excited. Still hangin’ in there. Happy 2021 & GLTALs.
Hey Moe! Another ‘nother Liquid Metal! Perhaps ironically associated with Tesla, however remotely...

If the link doesn’t take you to the exact conversation, it was a query by a Tesla club member about “Liquid Metal Wheels” that was temporarily mistaken for / conflated with LQMT...
Ticker delay. Hold Fast...
Not sure “ceratanium” quacks like the duck we’re following, although it’d be nice.
See link...
You can only watch paint dry or guess at the motives and methods of LQMT management for so long...
Re: GEM
Third paragraph of “History” on cover page of attached link states:
The Shenzhen Stock Exchange launched a long-planned small-cap exchange known as the Growth Enterprise Market (GEM) and also as ChiNext, which debuted in 2009 to such enthusiasm that trading was briefly suspended on its opening day.[5] The 28 companies listed on the first day were all small, privately-held enterprises in contrast to the mostly government enterprises that list on the Shanghai and Shenzhen exchanges.

Whatever your positions and perspectives regarding LQMT, EonTech, Yi’an, and beyond, IMO the effect of the Wuhan Coronavirus on the Chinese population and economy will be to delay (if not slam the brakes on) progress well into 2020.

Possibility. What we live for! Especially with this schizo penny stock!! Enjoy the ride & GLTALs

Can this script play out with LQMT? Yes it can. I remain invested because I believe it will. Eventually. I am not naive enough to expect or demand date certain results. GLTALs.
I don’t know about those warrants, but it looks like about 1/2 hr ago somebody took their LQMT ball (or dumped it) and went home!
If you already have a unicorn in your paddock, a motorized cow (and a pig with wings for that matter - lipstick optional) is not that much of a stretch! No matter how it is characterized, may our LQMT fantasy (investment/bet/whatever) take flight (in a manner not resembling Icarus) in 2020.
Enjoy what remains of your Christmas Day, Happy New Year, and GLTALs!
Esse seria o maior presente de todos, além da vida, amor, saúde, e felicidade!
Not soon enough for the sweaty palms who sold 40K shares first thing this morning!
GLTALs!
In this context “liquid metal” sounds like design language versus material. Flowing, sculpted, liquid. Metal. That’s my 2¢ - all my opinion is worth in this case.
I hear you. I should have been more specific regarding a PR - I believe we need a (large) contract announcement or something of similar magnitude in order to accelerate (or perhaps even maintain) the SP’s current ascent. Something clear and unambiguous that is not tea-leaf-like in nature. I am as ready for this horse to run as anyone on the board and am holding long with confidence in the eventuality of Prof Li’s (read LQMT’s) success. That said, I think a major contract announcement is necessary for full thrust. I will never be happier to be wrong. GLTALs.
Zackly. Needs a PR to close the loop, then ignition. Until then, meh, get yer trade on.
Yup. Prof Li needs to say something - by way of a K - to really light the candle.
Shortcut via stockgumshoe.com leads to the same conclusion:
This articulates my immediate assessment from the start of the case. No amount of frustration or agenda driven analysis expressed by others is likely to convince me otherwise. While I have occasionally fretted about the timing, possible motivations for, and outcomes of some actions taken by LQMT/Prof Li, I have done so with the knowledge that my observations are being made through a soda straw. I sure don’t like that optic, but that’s the current reality. For what to me are obvious reasons, this situation is different and going by a universal axiom - Follow The Money - I get a lot of reassurance from this litigation.
This is a high-risk/high-reward (and for some a frustratingly many years long) venture. My advice (to myself alone) is HOLD FAST

Original Poster (of the morse msg insinuating pending disaster per Prof Li, i.e., Rsrchfyi). Besides yourself (I was dialed in at that point), I get that OP was also making an attempt at humor, but this medium mostly strips away nuance and the ability to read intent beyond the actual language used (without the use of props like emoticons). Anybody writing to claim they heard from Prof Li about LQMT status should know they are going to grab everyone else’s eyeballs. DMN’s analogy is apt. That said, I was over it the millisecond after I hit send after agreeing with DMN.
I see what you did there. That too...
Agreed. This borders on irresponsible. OP needs to clarify immediately.
I would say we see things fundamentally the same way, the only difference being your saying, unequivocally, that it is inconceivable Prof Li would capriciously abandon LM 105 whereas I am ardently hoping (against the backdrop of all that has recently occurred in LF) that such is truly the case. Reminding me of Li’s business acumen along with his expertise and success in material science does reel me in a bit, so thanks for that. I have a couple o’ piasters of my own on the table in a (mostly patient) long play and I prefer to not run my suck too often but every once in a while I read something on this site that gets my fingers tapping. Now it’s back to lurking. GLTALs
More common sense. Here’s to hoping...
With no expertise in this field, I have nothing to go on but the same intuition you and others have expressed; if R&D and FDA approval for biocompatibility is/was based on a formula that has recently been declared obsolete/redundant but which customers are relying on (for what we all hope are pending orders/contracts), then the substitute formula must be approved or nearing approval so that production doesn’t suffer from self imposed and potentially lengthy delay. The idea that this scenario was foreseen and resolved by whoever's in charge is a WAG based on what for me passes as common sense. I am wincing as I write these words.
GLTALs
You’re reacting to a knuckle dragging troll? Really?
Re FDA approval for LM106c biocompatibility, is there any possibility 106’s similarity to LM105 may facilitate/expedite the FDA approval process? Of course all due diligence and protocols should be observed, just wondering if any material/procedural overlaps might be taken into account where no risk is posed to the consumer. Standing by for insight/education...
LOL. Great - Liquidmetal parties à la Tupperware & Mary Kay. Is there a pink Tesla waiting for those who exceed sales quotas? As things stand with the current team in place, I don’t foresee any driving around LF any time soon. Perhaps Prof Li will get results if he forces his sales team to drive pink Teslas (fitted with just a couple of traditional lead/acid batts) until they meet quota. But they should also have to make up for lost time and blown opportunities before they are allowed battery upgrades and new paint jobs. Attempts at levity aside, whatever Prof Li has in mind does indicate he now appears to have more skin in the LQMT game than before and that is encouraging. Guess I must wait and see. GLTALs
We really need a PR related to this deal right about now, spelling out project nature and scope and ¡¡¡specifying LQMT’s involvement and clarifying revenue streams!!! Otherwise it’s business as usual, with us flapping and prognosticating. I’m tired of reading tea leaves, chicken guts, etc. Patient and long, but somewhat exasperated. Time for some instant zen, scottish style...
