This should give this great company a boost!

I was in Ontario taling to a Vivo employee. The word is Aphria, apha, is in talks to buy Vivo. Not sure how that will turn out?
It appears to be true based on a couple of sources that they will be reporting earnings tomorrow morning...it will be make or break for Vivo. A substanial uptick or a dip?
The guy that bought the most shares over the last 30 days Richard Fitzgerald was Former CEO and Chairman of Diageo Canada – broad leadership experience in alcohol and tobacco. And Joel Mallard, Chief Customer Officer 20 years of sales and marketing experience at Diageo and Cowbell Brewing Co.
Richard Fitzgerald, former CEO & Chairman of Diageo Canada, purchased 200,000 more shares. Purchased 7/3/2019. I am prepared to go from 75K shares to 150K shares very quickly depending on trade activity.

Vivo is on list of stocks in the new ETF! Look for a boost in share price when new ETF begins trading.
Diegeo overpaid for their last company they bought. They have a market cap 5x that of Constellation. The company only posted a slight growth last year and definitely wants in the cannabis infused market. Vivo is an attractive under the radar target that would be a great deal. Right now Vivo does not have growth output but that will change 10 fold soon.
And don't forget Vivo has two board members that were "shot callers" with Diegeo. I mean Diegeo executives.
My bet is Vivo Cannabis!

I just purchased another 10,000 shares on word from a trusted "employee" that word is immanent on a deal with a large spirits and snack company.
BUY, BUY, and BUY!
In addition to coming announcements on medical marijuana, look for big happenings also with alcohol. With Abcann's Chief Marketing Officer coming from Mike's Beverages & broad leadership like ex-CEO of Diageo Canada ( one of the largest producers of Spirit’s and beers), look for an announcement soon on Abcann's move into big alcohol! Shares are cheap!
Multiple merger/takeover talks taking place "under the table" on attractive cannabis companies. Abcann Global & Cara Therapeutics at top of list!
Abcann Global is ripe for takeover as cannabis companies consolidate! https://smallcappower.com/news/market-news/abcann-global-stock/
ABcann Global, trading at low levels, is looking better and better for these reasons. Hailed by venture capitalists as the next millionaire stock for those that acquire 1000's of shares! https://www.fool.com/investing/2018/05/13/7-jaw-dropping-marijuana-statistics-you-have-to-se.aspx
In case my last thread is not read, please read it.
No more "snail's pace" Abcann. Get moving and get in the game!

Get with it Abcann! Your Chief Marketing Officer (CMO), Mr. Kang, from Mike's Beverage Company, owned by Labatt Breweries, must have a line of beverages on the horizon. Please no more “snail's pace" from Abcann.

The hidden gem in Cannabis Legalization! https://www.prnewswire.com/news-releases/cannabidiol-infused-beverages-could-be-canadas-next-big-industry-676246743.html
Keep your eyes on Global Sciences, gblx. They may get in bed with ABcann. https://gbsciences.com
ABcann Global business update on plans. Venture capitalists flocking to Abccf with unprecedented volume! http://www.abcannglobal.com/assets/March%202018%20Press%20Release%20-%20Business%20Update.pdf
Venture Capitalists stepped in this week at the tune of 976,000 shares! Expect more of same with impending news on beverages!
The fundamentals for ABcann have not changed; they have the quality product, finances, strong management and a business plan sure to succeed. I'd bet the bank on that and to the point where I took advantage of this downturn to pick up another 30k shares, now holding 51k at average price of $1.48 and I'm not the least bit worried over what happens tomorrow or next week or next month, but if you check back in a year I think you'll be impressed. And 3 years out even more so when they will be well into beverages and edibles!
Convertible Debentures are hard to understand. An instrument like a hybrid security: half-stock, half-loan. One needs to be a wiz to fully understand these instruments. A company heavy in convertible debentures better have a “rabbit up thier sleeve.”
I am buying, buying, and buying because I believe thier a big rabbit in cannabis infused beverages just around the corner!
Do you think Labatts investing 460 million to upgrade Canadian breweries for “specialized drinks” has anything to do with cannabis infused beverages? Oh, yea, who is the Chief Marketing Officer for ABcann Global? And who owns Labatts?
ABcann Global is a hidden gem that will explode!
The Chief Marketing Officer at ABcann Global put Mike's Beverages on the map. ABcann projects beverage sales in 2019. Labatt's Breweries owns Mike's Beverages. Who do you think owns Labatt's? What do you think the AB in ABcann really stands for?
Hint--CLYDESDALES!
Go ABcann! Buy, buy, buy!
ABcann--a catchy name on a new beverage, a new can of beer. Will Anheuser Busch-Inbev sit idolly by and let Constellation Brands gain market share in a new billion $ beverage market?
This whole cannabis industry is getting hot! So many positives going forward. We are in for wild, crazy ride!
The AB in ABcann means "absolute balance"
AB is also part of another logo "AB inbev"
Talk of new "AB" beverages. That is a drink with an AB... Or an AB....
Is catchy and could be a whole line of AB beverages!
AAAAAAA

This puts a spark in the game!
NWKRF is a potential penny stock. Penny stocks are speculative in nature and subject to artificial stock hype.
ABcann on the other hand, has as the Chief Marketing Officer, the man that made Mike's Beverage's big. Mike's Beverages is owned by Labbats. Labbats is owned by Anheuser Bushe-Inbev. And has a board member from United Distilleries of Canada onboard. Can you see the writing on the wall?
Could go on and on about connecting the dots as to the positive happenings at ABcann Global.
As I said in a previous post ABcann will lead the "Three Horsemen," ABcann, Aphria, Cronos Group higher! Why? Because ABcann and Aphria make quality oils (needed for beverages) and Cronos is minority stake owner of "best of breed" ABcann.
Led by ABcann, The Three Horsemen--ABcann Global, Aphria, & The Cronos Group--are three cannabis companies that will soar within six months! All three positioned to dominate cannabis market in Canada, Australia, and Europe!
Don't get discouraged. The worst of the slaughter is over. A pullback is healthy and brings in a new wave of investors for the next leg up.
In the coming weeks, provinces will announce thier suppliers. There is just too many positive catalysts in coming days for ABcann. Remember this company has strong fundamentals, a great management team, and a global strategic marketing plan.
Cannabis stocks down. Don't be discouraged, the stocks were down because of fears of convertible debentures instrument used for grow/expansion. A common practice used by start-ups. Netflix/Apple used this instrument to accelerate growth. Think in terms of new industry such as study by Deloitte--"infused beverages could be twice the size of the alcohol industry." And again, I stick with Cronos for global presence and its minority stake in ABcann Global.
An interesting read on Cronos in Israel. https://www.newswire.ca/news-releases/cronos-establishes-international-low-cost-production-in-israel-642850243.html
