Convertible Debentures are hard to understand. An instrument like a hybrid security: half-stock, half-loan. One needs to be a wiz to fully understand these instruments. A company heavy in convertible debentures better have a “rabbit up thier sleeve.”
I am buying, buying, and buying because I believe thier a big rabbit in cannabis infused beverages just around the corner!
