People should be allowed to do what they want to do with their own money and that involves taking a gamble in a OTC Security. I try to keep up on the changing OTC rules to take advantage of the undervalued idle tickers.

There are OTC Reporting companies that don't want to deal with SEC filing requirements. They trade the same way as the listed companies.

Reverse Merger. The concept of bringing an active asset (business) into an empty stock ticker that is trading Current. Those are usually the biggest gainers on the entire OTC Market. There is potential.

It's Alt Reporting, so it can and will exist as long as there is a trade within 365 days. If not, FINRA has logic to delete.
