Maybe there are no leaks because there is nothing to leak. There is however much speculation and assumptive rational.
At the time Amazon had an aggressive, ambitious founder running the company, and oh yes, a minor detail but some revenue, an address and employees. Just saying....

The thing to remember is this is a company without a location, an employee any sales, and literature. Also all this talk of UK MM's manipulating the share price is beyond comprehension when the actual dollars involved must be miniscule based on the reported daily shares transacted.
For Mike and his dedication I hope I'm wrong all I know is I'm very happy to have chosen Tesla.
I see we are Still Waiting for Godot on this site.
Who is "they"? What proof do you have of a "kickback" and how does that work?
So, is there now an active NDTPO website?
When I look up NDT Pharmaceuticals I arrive at their company location in Coral Gables, FL listing Robert De Zanger 111 as Chairman and President. Why no mention of the individuals you keep stating are the driving force behind this company?
At some point this company will need to employ at least one person. When will this happen?
It's still a shell only. Dirty or otherwise it is not an economic entity. No staff, no revenue, no address and no product. Plenty of wishful thinking.
oops I forgot the magic wand...
What nonsense to be inventing a sophisticated short scheme for a company without revenue or employees. Also the courts are open in most States.
As a matter of interest I can trade my post split shares in my Fidelity account. They will allow me to sell but if I try and buy still receive the caveat emptor message.
Also MILV has no employees and no revenue.
Rome not built in a day but you could see the foundations improving day by day. With MILV always some major event just around the corner. When nothing happens another major event emerges. How do you know Pepsi will buy a license from MILV. Surely this is wishful thinking on your part.
Thank you for such an exhaustive response and analysis. I truly hope you are correct. I guess May 31st. is the nexyt key date.
On the other hand Fidelity is a highly respected company and they could saving their clients from a scam. As you well know there are plenty of unscrupulous people out there. Not suggesting you are one of them. But really MILV is an empty shell at this point. I hope you are right as I do own stock when I foolishly purchased some original MILV ten years ago.
Why are Fidelity and others still stating CAVEAT EMPTOR for this stock or should I say charade.
Tough to introduce anything if you have neither revenue or employees as is the case with MILV
I hope MILV does well. But, to compare MILV, a company without any revenue or employees with Blue Chip stocks is just plain irrational.
Interesting comment for a company without any revenue of full time employees.
Not knocking it down just trying to ensure this is not a very sophisticated scam
Agreed. What I don't understand is why this group would not have just formed a new company and launched it on the OTC or gone the traditional route of an IPO at some point.
Interesting site. Looks like it is primed for action. Perhaps that Caveat Emptor will go away soon also.
CAVEAT EMPTOR
So because of no reply you assumed they agreed with your comments. In fact they may have thought they were not worth the effort of replying. I hope I am wrong.
I rather inarticulately was trying to point out the difference in valuation to illustrate the two can't really be compared. In percentage terms you are right of course. Look I own MILV from being scammed 10 years ago and I'm grateful that my shares are now worth at least something. Just being super cautious because of past history with MILV.
Sure and pigs really can fly. So, Tesla will probably hit $1000.00 per share in the next month or so. MILV might hit ten cents...…...
I have an open mind on MILV but to compare it in any way to TESLA defies rationality. This is my point. Analogies are often misleading but this one defies common sense.
With all due respect, no matter the long term benefits of MILV it is ridiculous to compare MILV and TESLA. MILV has absolutely no revenue at this time whereas Tesla is building vast plants in Berlin and China never made their battery plants in the US.

Interesting background reading in Wikipedia. Too bad my broker Fidelity has a CAVEAT EMPTOR message when trying to buy MILV.
A time line for key events would be helpful.
Is this a real friend or an online friend?
that is are "there"
This is a great analysis and it is encouraging and exciting. My only question now is when will NDT make their first licensing agreement. Are their any comments from the company on this timeline?
I agree the technology and underlying science is really exciting. From a business perspective it would be good to see how this is integrated into a product and when that product will start to generate revenue.
You see massive revenue and that is great. At this time it appears there is no revenue. What product will bring in revenue and when will it be launched?
that is NOT allowed to buy on Fidelity
Just one note of caution. If you try to buy these shares on Fidelity you receive a caveat emptor message and are now allowed to buy.
But MILV remains as the ticker symbol, is that correct?
So what is the new Mistral name and when will it be official?
Agree. No one lost money with the R/S. Makes it all more manageable and more attractive at this price.
