Am I reading it wrong but don’t they wanna increas share count to 1 billion and do a reverse split? Need help understanding

I hate to say this, but after reverse split. Let’s say 1-500 @ .02 will bring market price to $10. What will stop the warrant holders from shorting back to .02. Like going full circle again

I am keeping on buying and buying. Because it’s not a matter of IF, it’s a matter of When. They really are in a good situation for being a very successful company. IMO

The rubber band on this catapult is getting tighter

Looking back on what has transpired over the last several months, it is very interesting. I believe they know the success of the interim safety analysis and that is why they added DrPedder to the board. Is expertise in pushing through FDA approval is well documented. We all believe that the toxic financing was a stupid thing to do. Or was it? You cannot blame the note holders for shorting this down to peanuts. After all they will and have been well rewarded. The company needed this money to shore up the success of their future. This was the only way to do it since the share holders voted down the r/s. So, I believe they are sitting in a very unique positing to springboard their company to the next level. I’m not a pumper. I have many real shares in a real company with extreme potential.

IMO. The company will not release safety data results till after the bond convertibles are complete and they have the positions they want.

AMEN rapture. What people fail to realize is that the bond holders are shorting the shit out of this because they will convert their notes to stock. Once this is finished they will want/ need this stock to go up. This always happens during death spiral financing. I don’t blame them. I will take advantage of buying at these levels just like they will do. I also am investing. Not trading.

I’m not interested where the bottom is nor does it concern me. The note holders are gonna do what they will to set themselves up for major profit. We can’t control that. I’m more interested in the reward this stock WILL give me. Time and news will prevail. Fear is temporary

I’m no expert on this 8 k stuff but here is what I’m thinking. The two investors can sell their 7 M shares now at 1.5 which equals 10k. Now they will be able to buy back in at let say .60 which equals 4.2 M when the stock price rebounds( which it will) these two investors will make a killing. What am I missing? I may be way off base here.

Hey Mike. Why would they extend their notes and give the company more time if they wanted bankruptcy. Seems to me that this 8K freed up cash to move forward. If they wanted bankruptcy, they probably could have done it already. Thoughts?

It baffles me that people either short or sell at these levels when the D will drop off and safety result are due out before year end. Maybe I’m missing something here.

That’s a good thing

The price action was nice yesterday. I’m not too concerned about this temporary price. It’s good news the have the financing they need to complete their studies. Now risk of another r/s off the table.

This company did what they did for the best interest of the company. I feel for the share holders but now they have a bright future. New beginnings in my humble opinion
