I’m no expert on this 8 k stuff but here is what I’m thinking. The two investors can sell their 7 M shares now at 1.5 which equals 10k. Now they will be able to buy back in at let say .60 which equals 4.2 M when the stock price rebounds( which it will) these two investors will make a killing. What am I missing? I may be way off base here.
