But wait, it came from a blog! 100% legit
Classic? Can you cite examples of other OTC companies posting videos on Twitter of being at an investment firm?
Vague. By accident I suppose.
I don’t see anything in the SEC filings or from nFusz/Verb itself regarding the history of the Facebook app, the CTO position search, the Costa Rican development team’s history, CRO history, etc.
Details passed off as “facts” don’t carry weight unless they originate from verifiable sources.
Still no sources cited
I must be on ignore

I am clueless.
What is MAX*** referring to?
The $7.65 seemed to serve as a placeholder “for the purpose of the prospectus,” based on the market price as of Feb 1. It has nothing to do with Rory’s “expectations.”
Reading is one thing, interpretation is another...
Don’t recall Rory saying anything specific about the offering price, whether $7.50 or any other figure. No one else on this board has cited a price with any validity. We will see when the official filing is available.
Porn helped fuel the home video industry. Sony never complained.
Old news.
He said months ago that nFusz (now Verb) may need more financing but would only do it post-uplist or something to that effect. This was in response to a question asked at an investors’ presentation if I recall. Now, I know he did take on more debt that was discussed months back before uplisting (referred to in the intro banner here, you can’t miss it...). But the point is, this is not the first time he mentioned it.
Perhaps he anticipates more R&D expenditures to accelerate growth.
Well, yerboss, you called it correctly with respect to the timing of various events of the past couple weeks. Your credibility seems solid as a result. Thanks for your posts.
Clicked on your link. Name change still there...
If I recall, they did a similar outreach for Christmas or something with the holidays. That’s a bigger occasion for invitations/video “greeting cards”.
Super Bowl invitations? Huh? A missed opportunity? Really?
And Apple pays to be on NASDAQ
Scam
What’s your point?
Congratulations to 07up as new mod!
Agree. With the RS news, even though it was anticipated for months, I think the price held up reasonably well with good volume.
I’ve seen plenty dumber...
No soup for you
Rorschach PR
It must be “concerning” indeed since nFusz seems to have absolutely no one as part of its advisory team that knows his way around NASDAQ matters. Absolutely no one... nada... zilch
I like “nFusz” but don’t love it.
The umlaut was a bit of a “huh?” to me
Reminds me of Lou Fusz auto dealerships when I used to live in the St Louis area
Doesn’t matter if you like it or not
If it’s a matter of marketing (and maybe it’s not) and allowing a more bountiful return, then I am all for it.
Wasn’t meant to be public to begin with...
Closing a loophole
nFusz sounds like an energy drink company
Amazon is a Brazilian logging company
Apple sells produce
Spearmint Rhino manufactures candy
Logic holds
Or maybe Rory is just changing his name to... Larry? Todd? Chad?
He said it would be a goal but never guaranteed it.
Was looking for the webinar Regulator posted but I remember the article as well
Thank you
I remember Ignite Visibility doing a webinar regarding nFusz with some positive study results a few months ago. Anyone have the link?
Not to sound too blunt but no one cares if you sell. Someday will be the day I will as well.
Selling doesn’t necessarily bother the investors, it’s the conduct intentionally detrimental to the stock. Rory has stated so much. Refrain from that, and all is fine.
No problem with waiting
The mere presence of the other numbers does not confirm that they were part of the study design. Admittedly, who knows what those other numbers are referring to with respect to the study results, but I am presuming nil.
Regardless, sounds like the study was a 30 day prospective email campaign with which mailchimp was utilized. Makes sense. I am not sure how google and bing had anything to do with the study.
The results in the form of a scientific paper would be ideal but I don’t expect that to happen.
What aggregate are you talking about? It looks like a comparison of results of an email campaign using nFusz versus not using nFusz with mailchimp as the vehicle. The highlighted rows.
