This is obviously only speculation/hopeful thinking, but there was just a huge parcel purchased for 8.4 mil next to the Lucid factory. If Apple was to choose Lucid to make their car, it would sure be convenient to have the manufacturing facility next door to where all the technology and building process already exists. Like I said, hopeful thinking, but when I saw the parcel sold, it was the first thought that entered my peas sized brain. Good luck to all!
I wouldn't expect "blowout earnings". I'm sure they ran into snags with the initial productions and deliveries and I'd venture to say they didn't deliver all the vehicles promised by year end. I think the biggest positive will be how many reservations and orders are on the books as well as projections and company progress. They are holding another hiring event, so I'd like to think the reservation numbers will be a strong which is what we need to hit the 2022 goal of 20K vehicles. Updates on over seas progress will also be a catalyst imo. All in all, I expect to see losses especially since they have invested tons of cash into new studios, service facilities etc. Long term is where investors will be huge winners with this company. Just my thoughts.
Right on Modo!
Which news are you referring to? The CEO?
I'm sure they see a benefit in the name change, probably mostly because those dispensaries are established and more on the way. A good reputation follows a name. As far as it being on credit, it doesn't bother me because they see the huge growth potential and major revenue increase. I think they are setting themselves up for the long haul as the cannabis industry is going nowhere but up. Just my 2 cents.
You are 100% correct. I also agree that passing the SAFE act through senate should kick some life into MJ stocks. Its a huge positive for legit, licensed cannabis companies. It will help pave the way for future legalization efforts as well IMO.
The SAFE banking act is a move in the right direction. Legalization at the federal level is a much bigger task, but If the SAFE act can get passed, it at least lets legit businesses use banks, credit, financing etc to operate like any other business. Im ok with baby steps as long as progress continues in the direction that the majority of " the people" want. The government works for us, they need to remember this.
There is a lot of support and push to get it passed in Senate. Banking institutions across the board are pushing for it and at this point 21 Governors have signed a letter in support. Hopefully the Senate sees the need for this and vote in favor. Time to embrace the inevitable.

Yes, Much higher than .10 would be great! Glad you love the truck, they are sweet!
.10 would be nice for you, but I'm sure you're hoping for a far higher pps on good news.
This has been years of talk and half a$$ attempts. It's time for them to start moving forward and passing laws that give these legit companies the ability to bank like every other industry is allowed. Many states have already legalized to a certain level. The train is already moving, it's time for the federal government to get on board. We need progress and the SAFE ACT would definitely be progress.
Just wait till she has title of POTUS. God help us all.
I was literally going to post the same response as you,but you beat me to it! Hope you're enjoying the Denali!!
Yesterday they posted the 10k would be late. Can you post a link to their 10k? I can't imagine a 10k would be out one day after they said it would be late.
Fingers crossed. It's time to finally get some laws passed so these businesses can start using banks. The Cannabis industry isn't doing anything but growing and gaining more support in legalization throughout the country. It's time for some Federal action. They've postponed this long enough.
I could be wrong, but isn't there some leniency due to covid still?
The SAFE ACT was reintroduced into the Senate roughly a week ago. That is the first potential catalyst for the industry that I currently see. Would be a huge win for the industry as a whole if it passes and moves forward, but who knows what it will do for share prices in these stocks. Time will tell.
I agree.
Yeah, there are several scenarios that can completely change the game for better or worse. I will say, I did like the way the attorneys wrote the appeal brief. In my opinion, it made the FDA look like they were changing things as they went along and made them look like they were definitely in the wrong. Hopefully the judges see it in the same manner and they can get this thing ultimately reversed.
I liked the mention of "possible alliances". Perhaps depending on both rulings, the California clinic is a possible alliance.? As you said, the court ruling is what makes or breaks this. Fingers crossed for a good outcome!
I agree 100%. Even trading in extended hours which for me is 6am, a lot can happen prior to that. I'd love to wake up and see my account skyrocketing pre market from good news! Fingers crossed and good luck!
Who was that original post from?
Yeah that 20% shake off in the early morning wasn't overly pretty, but I love seeing it move back to almost even to yesterday's close. Hopefully we continue an upward trend. After a 69% jump yesterday, I'm quite happy with how it's holding right now.
I don't recall who on here posted the "written argument" document, but I finally got a chance to read it. Personally, I think they have an Excellent argument and it was very well written. It makes the FDA look like they completely over stepped and tried to use "guidance" as law instead of the actual regulations that they themselves wrote. I feel very confident in a favorable outcome. USRM attorneys made the FDA'S case look like Swiss cheese IMO.
There are 100 different opinions out there about this company. Some want to try and get rich in a week and some are patient and seek the long term prize. I see it like this...Cannabis is a growing Industry, with more and more states legalizing. The new administration is talking major improvements in the laws involving cannabis, so I personally see it as a major win with patience. It may take a year, or 2, or 3, but the potential is huge! My thoughts are my thoughts, but I'm not going to let these dips or sideways "screed" trading scare me away. Everyone has a different prize they imagine, but the biggest prize is usually worth waiting for, but also requires a lot of patience...
Oh, you mean .0467?
We are half way through the 90 day time line at this point. I hope the judges see how important their decision is on this case and see that the FDA'S case is over reaching their control of a same day surgical procedure. USRM argument does not contain any "cell banking" which I believe should help their case. I truly believe the FDA case is 100% pressured by big pharm. Politics and money is what we are Ultimately looking at here.
Hit the dips. This won't last. Once the Feds make the moves they say they plan to make and vote on, you will want to be holding at these prices. Patience will pay off big time in my opinion.
"Expected"? We must have conflicting crystal balls, because mine says " stay on the money train".
Love the closing price! After hours news possibly? Seemed like people wanted to get in before end of day?
Like someone said last week, there was already a response to the "banked cells" lawsuit, so hopefully they have been working on the case to the point we get some positive news very soon and don't have to wait the full 90 days or even close to it. Fingers crossed!
Not sure, but I like it!
I was thinking the same thing.
I agree. However, If the the ruling for USRM is in their favor, ruling also in favor of the banked cells would almost be contradictory to the "same day, same patient cells" procedure we are hoping to have overturned. Perhaps if this gets overturned, or sent back down to hopefully be overturned, stem cell banking can be addressed in the future. Right now, the stem cell banking means nothing if the procedure itself is squashed.
I listened to the arguments twice and to me, since the "stored stem cells" would not fall under the " same surgical procedure" that in itself would disqualify those cells for use under the FDA document. Personally, I don't think it has any bearing on USRM'S case. They are fighting for the procedure itself, not stem cell banking.
Nice close over .05!
100%! I don't want to be trying to hop on the train when it leaves the station!. Im content holding my .03 and hope for a good outcome. It's been a long time coming, hopefully this is where our patience pays off.
I like the fact we are still holing in the .05 range. Hoping for some positive news, so we can put .05 in our rear view mirror!
Don't be surprised if it's rescheduled for a later date due to virus. I totally see it being rescheduled for later in the year due to the chaos. I certainly hope not, I'm just being realistic.
