Crypts should be quiet. Meditative.
Nice an peaceful here.
Poor dead horse can never get any rest in these parts.
In the geological timeframe, just mere moments away.
Can't just tell the average person what is actually going on because......reasons..... Sure..
Heh,. A river in Egypt....
Smiles just smiles.....
I suspect like anything else at launch it will cost more than what is currently in service. As we are talking speed and not really physical plant changes. There will be retooling cost and some backwards compatibility required in addition to companies not wanting to just destroy their existing cost structure.
My guess the first retail implementation will see 10gig and below prices dropping in and higher speeds becoming more affordable to the general public as new backbone equipment comes online. Anything above 10gig will still be premium for a few years.
Dark fiber is already becoming a thing and it will be more so once companies can buy their bandwidth with LWLG optics for less.
Actual positive environmental impact will be low as the big leap in that was with the transition from copper to fiber and that is already underway with current tech. IMO
That right there is pure politics. My guess is if we are lucky we will see a few EV charging startups from that money.
The rest will end up in grifter shell companies and possible given to Bezos so he can make a solar company to counter evil Elon. That way the press can laud his first solar panel like it is a new thing. "Never been done" they will say.
None of that money will end up in Wyoming. Mark it. The boys need to find real deep pocket investors.
Well, no.........
Just sit there and eat your peas....
SHAREHOLDER MEETING:
Ok, as a shareholder I now call the first Virtual CCTC shareholder meeting to order.
Number 1 item on the agenda: Corp office move
I motion we move the companies offices to one provide in the following link.

Hey now, because everyone knows when you are all in on building a plant in Wyoming you keep your office in New York and live in Conn.
Just common sense...
The "industry" is a big place and I do not work in product development or acquisitions..
I never said they had no chance. If you want to read my posts I said at that time it was not ready. Some folks don't want to hear observations of their perceived cash cows that counter their view.
Did I make a mistake by limiting my exposure at that time? 20/20 hindsight, maybe, but then again I did take that money and use it with other investments that have been pretty good and I am more diversified as a result. There is that.
So here I sit running my mouth on a message board with over 10k shares of a stock that my cost average is below $1. I like being wrong and hedging on a win, I will take it any day of the week.
I think PRs cost money. Why bother spend if it really will not affect the stock price anyway and I suspect they are broke.
Oh hell no, I am just a hack investor who works in the industry these folks want to supply.
I think I posted about that about a year plus ago when it was a slide in a presentation. The fact that the pumpkin was about did not help me with the point, I think I made his week.
Water under the bridge at this point. Pricing would not be pushing this for a Nasdaq listing if something was not in the works.
The joy of glass is it's scalability.
That is the pisser of it. Sure, one can get out at $1.42 and keep 30% his shares on the house, stop paying attention and one day find out his house money is now at $7+. Happy accidents abound.
Assuming they have solved the voltage sensitivity degradation issue (and I think the current price bump says they have) This is a good buy. At this point I am just holding on and enjoying the ride.
They are on the cusp I tell ya. Big news soon but shucks, due to uncontrollable delays and that pesky Wyoming winter weather we all will just have to wait until next June. But big news all the same.
That is the rub for sure. Will it creep down to $5ish land as time passes or is the deal just around the corner. Do you buy in more now driving up your cost average or wait and hope to get 30% more shares that may never happen?
$4 for Nasdaq. My thought is anything above $5 is on speculation but $5 was pushed to be ready to file. $5 gives a 20% buffer for market flux. Just spit balling.
I imagine the stock will stay above $5 until the Nasdaq and/or other good news comes. Will be interesting to see how it a pieces together.
Eh, just pretend they are a member of Congress. They are exempt from insider trading. Oh, and don't forget to get your vax.........$$$$$$
Hmm,. Is this a thing.....
Well if this turd ever bobs up again and I can sell some for a profit I will buy myself a Mustang GT PE.
Fat chance.
Why have I not deleted this link? I think I need to ask my therapist........
Just think, at that rate a person could can Eves and Nearly for $16000. A bargain.
Thought it was 30 mil bid at .0001 that would be $3000. Was I off on my decimal? Not that it matters.
Just one of those days. Should have stayed in bed.
Oh wow,. 30 million shares on the ask! Oh wait,. That is just $3000.. never mind..
Well,. The government is vomiting money at the telecom companies to lay fiber and push bandwidth. Even if that bandwidth is being consumed by social media "influencers" with the average practical knowledge and worth of a garden slug it is a good time to be on the supply end of telecom, at least for the next 5 years until the money runs out.
$12 by close today?
Hardly. Just someone who dabbles and attempts to guess wind direction..
My motivations are hardly big picture enough to be a "short".
Curious if a contract is assumed and baked into this price surge or if one is announced shares get even more in demand?
Woohoo, hell of a week folks. CCTC News hitting fast and furiously,...........
Spoon
Woohoo!!! Feeling like Arrowhead.
On a Monday? Surely you jest...
As a counter point he could only be partially correct. Maybe something is getting done. Maybe. That last letter to shareholders was pretty damning though and I think it may just be a lost cause.
No idea. Ameritrade will not let me trade this anymore without calling. Boo,. Had some dividends to waste.
In for a penny, in for a pound. Let's waitand see and if it ends it ends..
No real recourse at this point.
I had twice as much but took profits last year at 1.40 all house money for me and it is good.
Our English money men died of covid.
