Dogger05-based on your other posts... i think you are a CMed shareholder who doesnt want to be part of Aurora. Ok. I get it, but why troll and make negative comments on THIS message board? I like Cam. You dont. I own A LOT of shares of ACBFF and am looking for some objective information that either supports or rejects my current investment philosophy. ...have any information that i could use to improve my investing strategy?
U.S. Attorney Andrew Lelling is on the wrong side of this Green revolution that can NOT be stopped. Congress will either produce another stop gap spending bill or a REAL government budget with a renewed Rohrabacher-Blumenauer Amendment. he will be limited then.... this month... soon... Andrew is working for himself and his ego and career.... not for the citizens who voted for Green freedom. Funny how some groups of ppl think that they know what is good for everyone. Everyone gets to live their own lives. Dont tell me what to do or NOT do. Jerk!
Thanks forntloading! great article share! and i agree totally to what the article says. i'm so glad to be part of the green revolution... as a shareholder !!!
growing MJ and selling on or near the strip will make $$$ , but that business model is the small game. one small growing facility and one or two small dispensaries. I do want them to get that going too.
what really excites me is the BIG game. the BIG game/business is media/information. i think they are working on being the BIGGEST media play for the entire MJ industry. the "go-to" place for MJ news/information. And since MJ is going global in many countries simultaneously - PNTV is well positioned!!!
I just increased my stock position this week. Im sticking around to see what happens in 2018!! i'm glad to get stock at lower price. thanks jeff sessions!

going "all in" is a risky move.
there are 3 potential outcomes:
#1 you could loose all of your money.
#2 you could make/loose little money.
#3 you could make a lot of money.
it always comes down to you "doing your own due diligence".
i currently have 80% of my investments in the cannabis sector. Risky - yes, but i think there is strong evidence indicating that we are in the "green revolution". there are a lot of moving parts so things can change quickly. eg Sessions!
good luck

I sent this to all of my facebook friends. It is time to let everyone know. The more people know then the more they can get healthy by using MPX products. I am long this stock.
Send this to your friends and family. The awakening is happening! Tell everyone you know.
THC TV on youtube with Jodie Emery.
search Jodie Emery on YouTube. she is a cannabis activist in Canada.
I expected a bumpy ride in the MJ sector and here we have some bumps. I remain optimistic and I am long PNTV as it is uniquely positioned as a media company with a growth facility. they can make money on what they produce and what they advertise.
Nevada state attorney general not going to go after the state's legal MJ industry.

MPX Comments on Attorney General Jeff Session’s Memo re: Marijuana Enforcement
TORONTO, ONTARIO, January 4, 2017 - MPX Bioceutical Corporation (the “Company” or “MPX”) (CSE:MPX, OTC:MPXEF) would like comment on the memo issued today from the office of Jeffrey Sessions, Attorney General, regarding marijuana enforcement. The Company is interpreting the memo to mean that enforcement decisions will be left up to the U.S. Attorney’s in the respective States clearly indicating that the burden is with “federal prosecutors deciding which cases to prosecute by weighing all relevant considerations, including federal law enforcement priorities set by the Attorney General, the seriousness of the crime, the deterrent effect of federal prosecution, and the cumulative impact of particular crimes on the community.”
“We see this as a rather innocuous directive and consider it unlikely that federal prosecutors will take much enforcement action in those States where the legalization of cannabis has been implemented as a result of a ballot initiative supported by a majority of the State’s electorate or by an Act of the respective State’s legislature,” said Scott Boyes, Chairman, President and CEO of MPX. “There may be action taken against those players that are clearly acting outside of State regulations and that type of enforcement is a positive for the industry.”
The memo also states that the “memorandum is intended solely as a guide” (i.e. not a directive) which gives U.S. prosecutors considerable leeway in their enforcement decisions. As such, MPX has concluded that the probability of any material anti-cannabis prosecution in “blue” states to be very low. The ability of the Justice Department to act is also subject to “prosecutorial discretion in accordance with all applicable laws, regulations and appropriations”, the latter limitation being the most significant as any spending by the Department on cannabis enforcement is still restricted by the Rohrabacher-Blumenauer Amendment.
“While the Sessions memo has caused some consternation in the industry, we do not expect it to have any material impact on the growth of the sector as a whole, or to weigh down the prospects for MPX,” said Mr. Boyes. “For us its business as usual. We will continue with our aggressive U.S. expansion plans, and in doing so we will operate within the spirit of the Cole Memorandum, in full compliance with all State and local regulations, in complete cooperation with the authorities in every community that we do business in, and we will continue to provide the highest quality products, and the highest level of service to our patients and customers.”
About MPX Bioceutical Corporation
MPX, an Ontario corporation, through its wholly owned subsidiaries in the U.S., provides substantial management, staffing, procurement, advisory, financial, real estate rental, logistics and administrative services to two medicinal cannabis enterprises in Arizona operating under the Health for Life (dispensaries) and the award-winning Melting Point Extracts (high-margin concentrates wholesale) brands. The successful Health for Life brand operates in the rapidly growing Phoenix Metropolitan Statistical Area.
The recently acquired GreenMart of Nevada NLV, LLC (“GreenMart”) is an award winning licensed cultivation, production and wholesale business, licensed for both the medical and “adult use” sectors in Las Vegas, Nevada, and is already selling wholesale into the Nevada medical cannabis market. GreenMart has also optioned suitable locations and intends to enter the higher-margin retail arena by applying for at least two dispensary licenses in the Las Vegas market which will operate under the “Health for Life” brand.
The Company owns assets in Massachusetts supporting cultivation, production and up to three dispensaries there, and has added the management of a full-service dispensary in Maryland.
MPX continues to expand its U.S. footprint, and is in the process of acquiring management companies that provide operational and other services to two further dispensaries and one production license in Maryland. The Company also leases a property in Owen Sound, Ontario, for which an application to Health Canada has been made for a cannabis production and sales license. In addition, the Company will continue its efforts to develop its legacy nutraceuticals business.

jeff sessions comments this morning were simply a way for him to save face by moving the choice to enforce federal law to State Attorneys' General. States are collecting $$$ tax dollars. the cat is out of the bag. USA citizens support legalization and the end of prohibition. i expect 2018/2019 to be strong.
thanks for the emotional ride this morning JS!
MyHumbleOpinion
The MJ sector is recovering quickly. Time to keep marching forward.
Sessions just tried to save face by "leaving it up to the states Attoneys' General...".
the USA people overwhelming support ending prohibition!!
i just added 625,000 shares to my position. this company is unique and i am glad to be here.
I think Jeff Sessions may have had a beneficial impact on the upcoming midterm elections... beneficial to the cannabis industry!
GBLX is not primarily focussed on recreational MJ. This company is better than Sessions comments, action or what i think is an excuse for his inaction - leaving the choice to pursue legal action to states Attorneys' General. what is that? he just added more confusion and worry to the MJ sector and businesses.
EXACTLY why cannabis sector is getting murdered today!
Most USA citizens support the legalization of marijuana but our Attorney General Jeff Sessions has decided that the federal government should end the protections of dispensaries. It is way past time to end this policy of prohibition that has not worked, that has allowed billions of dollars of $ to go to drug cartels, that has incarcerated too many citizens. it is stupid to have marijuana listed as a schedule 1 drug. i could go on and on.... stupidity reigns today!!
yes.... Potentially devastating news to the recreational cannabis USA businesses. Sessions is rescinding the Cole Amendment! ridiculous! Sessions has to go!

i sold my USA cannabis positions the morning and holding my Canadian positions. Sessions has to go! he is antiquated.
"“There is no more safe haven with regard to the federal government and marijuana, but it’s also the beginning of the story and not the end,” said Kevin Sabet, president and CEO of Smart Approaches to Marijuana, who was among several anti-marijuana advocates who met with Sessions last month. “This is a victory. It’s going to dry up a lot of the institutional investment that has gone toward marijuana in the last five years.”
Sessions has rescinded the Cole memo. Any company selling recreational cannabis is exposed right now! Bonehead Sessions. Most Americans support ending prohibition that has NOT WORKED! too many people in jail for POT. ridiculous!
Congress had to vote again by january 19th (i think) on budget bill.
Rohrabacher-Blumenauer Amendment has to be in the bill.

PNTV is a media company 1st and a vertically integrated cannabis company 2nd AND i am glad to be a substantial (to me) long term share holder. I hope and expect WeedTV to grow over time and grow revenues too!! more than the grow facility and (hopefully) retail dispensary... www.WeedTV.com.
The potential is huge. the folks involve with producing weedtv are amazing! i expect awesome content to follow!
i think that the REAL long term revenues will come from weedtv. I am long PNTV.

I wish I had this last night for New Years:
There will be a lot of news coming out as we get past Christmas and closer to New Years when California becomes recreational. who is going to sell their shares now? Dont wait to load up. Do it now while the volume is low and people are distracted during the Christmas Holidays. Waiting until after New Years will cost you $$$.

i expect 2018 to be spectacular! there are so many great things happening in the cannabis sector right now and Aurora is at the forefront of the "green" revolution. being in cannabis now is like being in legal alcohol right before prohibition ended. i expect to get paid as this cannabis prohibition ends.
i am long Aurora.
