I saw you try to tell them. However, looking at the responses, I guess I decided it all warranted a more elaborate explanation for some to understand or some may choose to not understand no matter what, but we all have choices, right?
I see no reason that the tweet does not refer to the financials being up to date with the OTC, but the definitive revelation will come shortly, I'm sure.

Yeah, I was not going to deal with that kind of assault and the conversation was going nowhere. I tried to be civil, but I just ended up blocking him.
It is no different than any other web site anybody has a profile on. Anytime you update anything to the profile, including the financials, you are going to get the same response of "Thank you - Your profile has been successfully submitted". It is just a verification page for anything. Being that Santo stated
Thank you. I tried to explain this with the limited comment space on twitter and even backed it up with my 3 yrs in my IT major, but the other commenter pretty much said everything I stated was irrelevant and called me stupid.
I appreciate you verifying my very short summary there with this more detailed explanation.
Bottom line is, Santo is developing the shell network to setup the entire system and it is good. These are the transparent tweets that really boost shareholder confidence and their timing seems pretty good.
$SANP
Thanks for the understanding. I actually have until mid-December before I need anything and I was hoping the PPS would be better, but honestly, I am kind of on the fence a little about where this is going at the moment.
I am still in support for the most part, but I think Mr. Yglesias needs to address some concerns many are having. One of mine is I'm concerned that my current profit not lasting that long. Hopefully, some developments that I am holding out for will change that for everyone's sake.
$SANP
Good proof. I appreciate this type of substantial post and it is definitely something I will keep in mind.
At the moment, I am going to do some scouring of my that I can broaden my understanding, at least until I am wiped out for the night.
That definitely is an option, but the shares I was able to get are just short of 1milly. If I did do that at this point, I would most likely have to cash out most.
SANP has some critical dates coming up, such as EOM filings and LOI expiration. Hopefully, something positive will develop. If not, I may be sitting at that sell button. I rather it not come to that.
Honestly, their lack to address legitimate concerns is worrying me and the news posts about china possibly allowing bitcoin markets and ethereum's difference from bitcoin does not help. I am confused why that second one is even relevant, but I do not know everything they could be planning. It felt like a slap to the face.
Do not think that I am giving up hope or support for Santo or this deal. It's just, to be totally honest, their lack of action in light of current stock behavior is destroying their support base. They still have me, but almost to the point of only because cashing out now is not financially worth it. If they do not do something soon, I may just decide that I will take the profits I have and search out another venture that could be that life-changer if SANP cannot.
That I cannot be sure of what he is doing with it as, again, I cannot confirm what is going on behind the scenes. Others have also presented there arguments against these claims and I am not going to re-iterate the same verbiage after multiple responses.
However, I have looked into Mr. Yglesias' behavior on my own and faith , for my own purposes is beginning to dwindle. But, that is based on what I have accessed to and what I able to learn, not assumptions.
No, that is proofs of past failures as far as I know and have nothing to do with the current negotiations with Canoe Pool. Repeating them over and over again is as effective as repeating the same pump over and over again. I am only dealing with the here and now. Just like you can't convict someone of a current accusation on past crimes. They can only be used to express a pattern of behavior. If someone is found faultless of current behavior, the past becomes irrelevant as they most likely have reformed. Find proof of Mr. Yglesias' motives in the here and now.
Now, that being said, I have investigated what I could from PR releases and honestly, I am not feeling too confident about what I feel they are saying. On top of that, disdain has been expressed in the Santo twitter page more heavily than ever and explanations have not been forthcoming. I understand this disdain and these are explanations I would also like at this point.
I am still holding. However, my reasons are getting thin. I am still green as all my shares were bought at 0002. Regardless, I got into this to make a difference in my own life and cashing out long before a certain level will only carry me a few months at most and that is just not worth it right now
Unless they are insiders, shareholders are usually in the dark on a great deal of things for any stock, yet, Mr. Yglesias has released as much as possible if one is paying attention.
What kind of support could Mr. Yglesias produce to the SEC to prove he's running a legit business? I, you, and most anybody else cannot answer that because, again, we are not on the inside knowing what is being done behind the scenes.
However, I have seen no conclusive evidence anywhere about what is going on behind the scenes other than everyone involved is working towards success.
Was I pissed that we took a dip after getting good PR a second time? Sure, I was. I do not understand the logic behind what happened, but I am not seeing conclusive evidence the blame falls on the individuals trying to lead their companies into a successful venture.
Oh, I see... The SEC should crack down on them, but if SANP does not get shut down then they are just a scam that got away with it. No matter what they do, they are a scam.
Guilty until proven innocent.
No redemption of past performance allowed.
What exactly does it take for them to be legit since you seem to have an answer for everything? I really require the enlightening insight into what I need to keep an eye out for to secure my profits.
Well, using that argument, if Santo is a prime candidate and the SEC does not crack down on them, then we can just put this talk that SANP is a scam to rest.
Oh, I agree. I just wanted to keep the focus on SANP on here as to not risk any chance my post being deleted for being "off-topic". I wanted to make sure I got my point of view out that there is no cookie cutter analysis for all stocks and A doesn't always lead right to B.

Thanks Beerholder, some arrogant people may think they know it all and this educational post is completely useless. Yet, I appreciate the clarification. What it tells me is that many pennylanders flipping on the fear of dilution is contributing on SANP going down, not the dilution itself. Again, it breaks down to weak hands and fear trading instead of really paying attention to what is developing in the media surrounding this venture.

Just scoured the posts really quick to make sure this wasn't already mentioned and it doesn't seem it was. I just logged in to my Scottrade account a little bit ago and they now have the Friday night announcement in the news section of SANP. I'm not sure how long it has been there or if other brokers have it up, but I just wanted to point it out because there may have been some concerned about legitimacy or exposure until it showed up in their broker news sections.
The way these releases are being timed this weekend has to be due to some strategy that none of us have the inside track on and I'm feeling good about it.

I wish I had read your post before hitting my quick link to their page. My heart dropped when I was looking at "Podwerks - That page doesn't exist anymore". Took a quick second to figure the new name out by going to my following page, but I haven't had a check-up for a while and I'm not sure of my health at the moment. Good to go now though.
Good point. Regardless of what you may think of SANP or Mr. Yglesias, there is no way you can deny the people he is negotiating with are not stupid and they are not going into to a deal just to see it fail. That alone should be enough at this point to tell you this is going to run bigger than ever before. Good work Santo, Canoe Pool, Mr. Yglesias, and Mr. Li.
Doesn't own any shares in SANP, but posts more here than on the boards where they hold competitor shares and they actually support.
Hmmm..... Someone concerned SANP connected to a huge Bitcoin company may run over their interests.
I just started my 2 week free trial here also for unlimited posts; crazy timing that was.
I get you, and agree on every point. I always try to keep emotions out of it, this is actually the first time I got a jolt here. I do take leads from certain advise from ihubbers and other sources, but it is never the final word for me. Most times I use it to look into things myself, sometimes it pans out, sometimes it doesn't; but I never jump on anything without my own DD. This right here just relieves some financial stress until I find those other sources. Thanks for the objective input.
Don't feel bad, I have tried for a few years and failed many times. If you hit something like this after 6 weeks, it sounds like you did pretty good. From what I've been told and researched, this looks to be a very nice boost. Yes, this is just the beginning for me, also
That just reminded me, I'm also short on completing my bachelor's degree because I'm short on financial aid to pay the tuition and they need something for me to continue. I may not get back in right away as the PPS may have to build, but it's in the works now.
Just listen to sound advice, think tings through, and make wise decisions; you'll do right by all of you. I wish I had this opportunity 20 years ago, you are primed to build a strong portfolio with good planning and thoughtful decisions with your new resources. With the years ahead of you, you'll have a good life coming. The best for you and yours.
I know this is big for everyone and a life changer also.
However, I am literally, unemployed, no leads for over a month, not eligible for unemployment, and enough money to pay for my next internet bill and a cup of coffee from Circle K. I don't even have a million shares and this is a prime example of life changer concerning me. I hope you all have the same type of blessings. The next step is to make the right choices and expand on the portfolio.
Long for $SANP, the first right choice.

Wow, I just checked their official announcement on Twitter and read some of the comments. It seems like at least one person is already attacking it. Just be prepared for people trying to crash this with their dreaded reverse split talk. It doesn't matter, we're all gonna be laughing all the way to the bank as they say.

Coffee?! With the jolt I just got, it will give me an overdose and burst my heart!
Perhaps the disturbance in the Force will awaken them.
To think I was only staying up late to mess around with some Xbox on down time and I just happen to say ", What the heck, let's just go check things out between matches and see what's up." So glad I stayed up! Now that we're over this hurdle, let's really get it going!
Thanks so much for getting this news on the board right away, Cvanhoof, I had forgotten to keep an eye on the stock news tab.
The number of IHub stars on a board is completely irrelevant to the stock's performance, especially SANP. I have noticed that the increase of stars tend to increase opponents against SANP who lack any on-topic evidence or substantial resources to cite their claims.
I lack the arrogance to convince myself that this medium has any real affect on the stock performance. So, I'm good with less stars and consider it an upgrade.
Yeah, I saw this also. I'm sure some people are going to read this and down play as it's the same old info repeated in a different format or it's going well because some guy named Jarrod Wesson said so. However, those kind of outlooks are missing the main point here. This is getting bigger and hitting more newswires that with more integrity as we go.
These are not just articles about Canoe Pool, Bitcoin, or anything connected in any way; they are articles directly addressing Santo and listing their ticker for more investors to find. I am getting to the point that I could only get more stoked by watching TV and suddenly seeing them brought up on network news.
I agree, but don't forget the last time he also said
Everyone seems to be missing a very important factor in influence on how any communication comes out from either company and that is the Chinese government trying to shut down crypto-currency operations.
If they want this merger to have the best chance to be successful, they need to fly under the radar of watching eyes. That means the PR has to be very careful about being very blunt and forthcoming lest the Chinese government may take notice of maneuvers. I'm not personally sure about what the deal was with the Canoe Pool e-Mails' other than I don't buy them as they were not public, but did anyone consider that "no cooperation" response was company policy because they could not be 100% sure that e-Mails would not be from the Chinese government using all avenues to probe under the guise of a vested shareholder.
Bottom line is this a tricky maneuver to transport operations out of China and I would not risk any possibility of slip up regardless of how much shareholders were screaming for verification. SANP has been trying to drop PR under the radar on every opportune time, but too many are not paying attention. I have said elsewhere, the one thing that has the best chance of killing this is shareholders screaming for every bit of info along the way and bringing the wrong eyes to notice the merger before completion.
If anybody wishes to jeopardize their money just to satisfy their own impatience, confidence and whatever other reasons, that's up to them; but don't jeopardize mine, I can wait for us to be in the clear.
I'm not the first to say this, so relax and enjoy your weekend. The PR will come when it is time. I am personally going to take that advice and enjoy my Grandson's 4th birthday at the waterpark Saturday and spend the rest of my time on my Xbox.
I would love to see those numbers. I really don't care about a huge gain at the moment, I rather see a steady climb to representing business stabilization for a huge payout down the road. However, I lack some resources and could use enough of a climb to sell a small percentage with some bills coming up. Actually, I wish one of my other stocks were performing a little better and I could liquidate that in order to keep my entire load here.
Unfortunately, I honestly don't see it happening with the way it has been performing lately. Yet, I didn't see that drop coming on the Oct. 23rd after that very positive PR, which I am still confused about. So, in the end, who really knows anymore.
$SANP long
True, but I have feeling until attitudes change, we may see more of that regardless of what transpires, including the best case scenario. There will always be people who won't this company or the CEO a chance, just certain people always see a con as a con and never a reformed criminal worthy of another chance to get back on track.
Now worries, it will ride when it will ride.

Thank you. That is what I tried to point out in another post, except I stated that EOW is up to interpretation up to Sunday. Besides, it also seems that everyone is missing the whole by part of the statement that means anytime from the post to the EOW, which could be as late as Sunday.
Just impatience I guess and the world just wants everything right now. However, as I said before, they have not missed a PR date yet and I'm not too concerned if they miss one if it means they are making sure things are done right.
I guess, in many ways, I am agreeing with you.
$SANP
"We will have final update by EOW."
The key word here is by. If your interpretation of EOW is Sunday, then update could be any of the next 3 days coming up. The use of by is because they most likely have a good idea when things will be completed, yet understand that many variables keep the timetable from being exact.
If we go through our daily lives with simple set plans that don't always stick to a timetable for one reason or another, how can it be expected for the timetable of something this big to be exact. Regardless, why are we stressing, SANP has met all update deadlines for updates and then some, if all of us have been paying attention.
If they happen to miss this next deadline or are a little late, I'm not going to get freaked. It is understandable as this is a critical time in the process and much is going on to finalize it. I'd rather it be done right even if it means missing 1 PR deadline. Calm down, they met every timeframe so far, so the next move will be complete when it is able to be completed and the PR will come out when verified.
$SANP
Fighting against the obsessive negativity and $SANP still closes green even without merger verification, I'm happy with that.
Tomorrow will be interesting, but EOW announcement may not take effect until Monday. Relax and make your weekend plans.

That's ok, it will very cheap beer. You can't water that stuff down much more than it already is.
I wish I could have, but my other stock didn't liquidate yet and my account is my only means for resources at the moment. If I miss the opportunities to load on this one before it goes big, I can always use some of the profits to look into future ventures. There will always be something, I'm sure.
