It is no different than any other web site anybody has a profile on. Anytime you update anything to the profile, including the financials, you are going to get the same response of "Thank you - Your profile has been successfully submitted". It is just a verification page for anything. Being that Santo stated

I am going to go with that the update to the profile is referring to the financials until revealed otherwise. Actually, to say OTC Markets is not referring to this is getting to the point of nick-picking for faults. I've already been through all the other conversations concerning this issue, so I could have a good idea what everyone was discussing before I gave a legible response.
