Oh, I see... The SEC should crack down on them, but if SANP does not get shut down then they are just a scam that got away with it. No matter what they do, they are a scam.

Guilty until proven innocent.

No redemption of past performance allowed.

What exactly does it take for them to be legit since you seem to have an answer for everything? I really require the enlightening insight into what I need to keep an eye out for to secure my profits.
