If a crime is committed and nobody really pays, did the crime actually happen? Our experts say no! :)
Yeah, its water under the bridge, fine gets payed and nobody will care or remember in a month from now.
JPMorgan, Citigroup Among Banks Fined $2.5 Billion in Currency-Rigging Probe
Hardly budged the stock, seems like nobody really cares.
Still going strong! New 52wk highs yesterday, a little pull back here but still in the trend.

Oh, well thats too bad, I saw the activity here and I thought something had changed for the better.
So same garbage, different day type stuff.
Should I bother reading any of the "Hold onto it because its going to be the next NFLX!" posts?
Solid breakout in the last two sessions to new 52wk highs!
Whoa! I have not seen this ticker in a while!
I remember NTEK from 2013, it had a huge run from 0.001 to 17c.
That was pretty crazy.
Im surprised to see it all the way back down here.
Now to catch up on a whole year of news.
Oh oh HOG! Nobody buying Harleys anymore?
Intraday bounce on this 9% move earlier, now testing lows again.
Thats the best kind!
Sure, if they run another leg of this promotion cycle and get some big newsletter to cover them, anything can happen.
But are you buying the company or are you buying the hype?
If you have some insider knowledge that more promo will be coming, then do share!
Exactly. Im sure all the airlines are hedging themselves as far out as possible.
If you understand and believe in what the company is doing, then by all means, stick around.
I dont know anything about pro-enzymes and how they kill cancer, nor if any of their IP is worth anything. Smarter people than me might have degrees in this field and have a better understanding and could make a more informed decision.
Sellers coming in after lunch, need to see the action closer to $36 which is the lower end of the channel we are on.
To anybody that lost money here, do not feel bad.
This was an important learning experience. There were those who told you the truth from the beginning:
Remember this video from last week calling it a "buy a rumor, sell the news event"?
http://www.hotstockmarket.com/t/278897/ppch-propanc-health-group-corp/20#post_3089973
And then there were those, who still now, insist your should hold, double down, be strong, have faith etc etc and never sell.
Penny stocks like PPCH run because they are being promoted. When that promotion is concluded, you do not want to be around, regardless of how magical the company looks.
The odds are against you.
If you want to play the 1 in 100 odds, good luck, it could happen, but just be aware of what you are trying to do!
Are you implying everybody that loses money here is weak and stupid?
What a terrible thing to say about the people who listened to the pumpers here.
I hope nobody here took too much of a hit, there were plenty of warning signs.
Higher oil prices are inevitable, but airlines have always hedged themselves and Im sure LUV is prepared for the rise as they all are.
$37 premarket, pretty much just $36 to $38 as the channel to get through here.
This was a big surprise for sure, at least it got some traders attention today!
Not too bad of a day, but the bulls lost their momentum this morning.
This market needs financials like MS to help push higher levels, if they start failing to make new highs, then the broader market is possibly due for some pull back.
Do you think this will include a reverse split?
That morning premarket move fizzled, now trading +1.2%, if this closes red it will be an ugly technical move.
Come on! Give us some LUV!
No, Im agreeing with you!
But I think that in this particular case, because it was a paid ad and there is no buy recommendation being made, that it does not fall under the scrutiny that you assume it would.
We can debate this, or simply try reach the editor and get it from the horses mouth if its that important of an issue.
You dont have assume, you can pick up your phone and call.
cancercenter.com - Cancer Treatment Centers? (877) 474-8398
Post here and let us know what they said!
Good to see them actively pursuing that angle.
Let's take a step back here for a second.
You are implying that the editor of the NYT Magazine sat down and researched PPCH. He concluded that it was a good stock definitely not shady, and therefor allowed the ad to be published.
You can easily prove this, go ahead and ask:
https://twitter.com/jakesilverstein
Let me know what he says.
Does CancerCenters know they were featured in the same article as PPCH?
Call their public relations dept and ask, $100 says they have no idea who or what PPCH is.
This is more of a case of good ad placement, rather than "CancerCenters acknowledges and approves of PPCH!".
No argument here, the placement of their ad was pretty damn good!
You raise an interesting point, perhaps one that we can easily investigate.
What are the requirements to take an ad in the magazine?
Also keep in mind that the magazine is in no way implying anybody should buy this stock. Nowhere in the article are there any buy recommendations. For this reason I feel that the restrictions you assume exist are rather lax.
If the other poster is true in that they paid $165k for this feature, I think the editor of this magazine would have been more than happy to print anything as long as it fells within the guidelines of not giving investment advice.
Where did you get those numbers from? Do you have a source?
If true, thanks for that.
Novice traders here take note, you do not get featured in a magazine ad because your company is awesome, you get featured because you paid.
The question the buy and hold longs need answered is when does this promotion cycle end.
Longs, this is not a bad thing, you want your stock to get this coverage so new potential buyers can find it, just don't be left holding the bag when the promotion cycle is finished.
Correct me if Im wrong, I do not have a physical copy of the Sunday magazine, but I understood that the entire cancer story was a paid advertisement.
See http://www.hotstockmarket.com/t/278897/ppch-propanc-health-group-corp/40#post_3090137
The 5 pages are there, they are clearly marked as an "advertising supplement".
Its not a bad thing if you are long, you want to see your stock get promoted. Be more worried if your long positions are NOT being promoted.
If there is nobody promoting the stock, how did they get into a 4 page glossy ad in the NY Time magazine?
Trust me on this, there is always somebody pulling the strings to get that type of coverage done. In my books that is called promotion, you may prefer to call it investor relations. What ever term your prefer, money has exchanged hands for promotional services.
As for the stock tanking, 95% of stocks tank once promos are done. Thats just the way it goes.
If this is one of the 5% that make it, then fingers crossed, its always nice to see people make money!
On the contrary, the magazine article did exactly what it was supposed to, the momentum traders all jumped on board and rallied this from 2c to 10c ahead of the magazine yesterday.
Who reads a four page magazine advertisement and then rushes out to buy the stock?
Maybe that worked in the old days before the internet came out, but now everybody is connected to information and it takes a few little clicks to do some basic research.
This stock is still in the middle of a promotion cycle, its not over until there is a huge dump to the 2c level, or the promotion team ends their contract and moves to the next stock. Or both.
Level 2 is an essential tool that any serious trader requires. L2 lets you look behind the scenes at what is going on beyond the current bid and ask of a stock and gives you a clear snapshot of how much demand and supply there is at that precise moment in time.

Mental stop loss, where you do pull the cord if you are on the wrong side.
Whats your stop loss going to be? 0.065 is the obvious level, risk is they try run the stops there.
$42 still holding, Im watching for a move higher to $45 here with stronger broader markets permitting.
Well, the momentum is here, if longs have the ammo, now would be the time to load it up.
Buy and hold? How long are you buying and holding this for? What is your time frame and target?
