Why is it bid up this morning?
MYRX has been moving lately. Any news?
MYRX, lots of volume the last couple days.
MYRX - anyone hearing anything the last few days?
Totally agree. They sound like a bunch of clowns pumping this POS.
Didn’t 66 have their own business and revenues prior to buying Fluid End and OK Rig and folding those 2 companies into the larger organization as a whole?
What am I missing or misreading?
They are not buying SSOF as a whole, just one unit/part of the entire SSOF business portfolio. It’s like General Electric selling its Aircraft Engines business, but keeping the Appliances and Healthcare businesses.
Quote:
“Letter of Intent (“LOI”) for certain assets to be acquired for cash and stock by 10sion Holdings”
Key words... “certain assets”
Quote again next paragraph:
“The intent is that 10sion is willing and able to purchase 665 Energy’s Fluid End Sales for an agreed sum of $10.5 million plus equity and”
Key words... “665 Energy’s Fluid End Sales”.
They didn’t mention the SSOF entity as a whole, just a portion.
What am I missing or how are you reading this that we differ in opinion?
I agree. I don’t see what all the fuss is about.
SSOF is selling 1 of the 3 companies under its umbrella. They will receive money for the sale of that business which presumably will be used to fund operations/rig purchases/and rid refurbishing.
This is the cash we needed! Who cares who we sell the business too, as long as we get market value for the business. If Bland wants it and pays a fair price, so be it.
WM is right that Bland is back, but the way I read this, Bland has nothing to do with the management of SSOF and it’s operations going forward.
This is all good news for us. Everyone’s speculation and uncertainty caused us to drop ~50% since the filing. Now that we have the answers we were looking for, let’s concentrate our conversations on moving forward, not looking back.
A publicly traded company needs to disclose any filings to shareholders.
A LOI is exactly what it means, someone’s intention to do something.
It means absolutely nothing. It is signed to acknowledge the receipt of the letter, but doesn’t bind SSOF to do anything.
Yesterday was all BS.
Clayton has voting power and will do whatever is in the best interest of shareholders. That’s the job of a CEO. Bland can go f a goat
Anyone see that .006 bid pop in?
Wow. Really incite full. Thanks.
Half a million
I did a personal road trip last week from Denver to Houston via ALBQ, Roswell, Carlsbad Caverns...and all along highway 285 from Roswell to I-10 in Fort Stockton, TX was crazy busy with drilling activity. It’s the western part of the Permian Basin and there were tons of different OFS (Oil Field Services) companies with buildings and pickup trucks driving around. Small companies I’ve never heard of dominate the area. Halliburton had one facility north of Carlsbad.
We needed to get a hotel for the night in Carlsbad and the Fairfield Inn was $375/night. We tried a few different hotels and they all said for the past 3 years the OFS workers/companies have been occupying the rooms because they don’t have enough housing in the area because of all the drilling activity.
2 other companies you may want to consider is ERII before it releases earnings at the end of Oct. Do you DD and check out how the stock price positively reacts after every earnings report.
And a smaller OFS tech company EVTN. They have a deal with Schlumberger and 2 utility companies.
And this POS finishes down on the day. Wow.
Someone had to buy the diluting shares.
So what’s the new base case target valuation, between .15 and .20?
A couple of big bids showed up between .085 and .105. Hopefully we’re close to hearing news.
Tick tock tick tock, sigh....
So is HIPH
Hope this one starts to trade like NBEV

The majority of institutions don’t buy stocks below 5 bucks. This stock is 5 cents.
You think Stevie Cohen at SAC became a billionaire by having his traders buy/sell penny stocks?
Come on man....
Rehash of yesterday’s news, but on a popular O&G website.
https://www.oilandgas360.com/665-energy-ssof-is-one-to-watch/
They said they were aiming for the end of Q3, but they have a couple other positive things they need to take care of before they release them.
SSOF goes up daily in anticipation of news/updates by the end of September.
SSOF, can’t ask for anything better than strong bid support as it continues to make higher highs and higher lows.
SSOF, looking good again today
Yeah, SSOF chart and L2 looks good. Continues to go up with higher closing highs and higher lows.
SSOF, setting up nicely with higher highs and higher lows.
That was me buying. Let’s go!!!
Not sure. Page 6 Revenue Recognition statement is pretty vague...only cites that it’s short term and usually represents services rendered.
Google says:
Audits are typically scheduled for three months from beginning to end, which includes four weeks of planning, four weeks of fieldwork and four weeks of compiling the audit report. The auditors are generally working on multiple projects in addition to your audit.

The flippers are “buggin’ out and going home, Mav.”
Everyone knows .01 and .012 are the big resistance levels we need to break through.
