Oh wow! 1.2¢ a share! Dollarland coming!!!!

Seems more like we're getting strung along. We'll be sitting around a year from now talking about manufacturing problems. Are you kidding me?

I ran a $30+M manufacturing company for my last 11 years before starting up my own consulting firm after retirement. We had manufacturing issues too, but they sure in the hell didn't last for months or years. If I did let manufacturing problems last long, my private equity owners would have exited me from the company faster than you can say "dollarland for ALRT" 🤣

Moreover, I think the problem is that they took too long to get to market and they're having problems finding customers and partners. Other options out there for investors and customers.. most likely better options.

Nobody wants me to be more wrong than me. But frankly, this doesn't look good. Not good at all. GLTUA

Can't find an income statement later than 12/31/2023 - where their revenues for the year was $26K. Oh boy.

My guess is that they've haven't shipped "jack" yet this year. This company is a dumpster fire. Nothing but debt, no revenues and a lot of promises. Delayed promises. It's a joke, and the joke is on all of us bag holders.

Yeah. I'd like to hear LastOne's utopian ALRT "Dollarland any day now" pump the company speeches one more time myself, without the personal attacks. This hovering of the stock between 1 and 2¢ with zero trading volume for years is, well, a little disheartening. 🤪

Joe Stern looks like a real mover and a shaker! lol. Going on 5 years with ALRT, in charge of GluCurve, and where's their stock at, 1.2¢ a share? It would be funny if it weren't so pathetic.

I set 4 goals in my career, namely: Become a dept. head before I was 30, a Vice President before I turned 40, President of a multi-million dollar company before I turned 50, and retire by the time I turned 60. I achieved all of those things. Well, I do work part-time as a consultant because I find it enjoyable, so technically one could say that I didn't exactly retire.

In any event, I've make plenty of mistakes in my life, including buying ALRT and then not dumping it sooner, and listening to people like LastOne who pumped that dog forever while attacking anyone personally who was critical of the company and their stock performance. Scratchgolfer is a less informed version of LastOne, although I guess that isn't saying much! 😆

Well said, Rdizz. The only difference between you and me on this thing is that I got in over $10K deep. Like they say, never invest more than you're willing to lose, and so that $10K - I was willing to lose. Doesn't make me feel good, though. I managed to peel off almost a third of my holdings, but this last 200K shares I'm holding is going to be real tough to dump without totally dropping my drawers.

Nobody cares about ALRT anymore. There is not trade volume. There is no good news. All that hype and BS from the company and LastOne with his "Dollarland anyday now" was just that. Hype and BS.

The only question left for me now is "do I drop my ask to a penny or less, or hang on in hopes that this POS might do something someday?". Odds are that it goes "poof" and I flush somewhere around $8K down the drain. I too have been done with penny stocks for years now. ALRT looked like it had real potential, which is why I went so heavy into it (for me, anyway). But as it is turning out, just another loss and learning lesson. NO MORE PENNIES!

Admittedly, I've been hard on ALRT for the past year or so. And, why not? I cost averaged on this to get down to a 0.0349 cost basis on 300K shares mainly because of their Pet CGM GluCurve. And 7 years later, here I still sit on 200K shares (after dumping about 100K shares recently) at a loss - holding the bag. Meanwhile, the clock keeps ticking on ALRT with little to no REAL news, and little interest in the company.

We all want ALRT to be successful. Nobody wants to see $10K flushed down the drain. I want to be wrong about this company. GLTUA

Other than ALRT, the last penny I was in was Airborne Wireless. Talk about toxic dilution and a dumpster fire. Lost many thousands of dollars. With ALRT, I told myself no more pennies, and I've held to that. Just holding now with the exception of being able to dump 94K shares at 015. With the foreign exchange and brokerage fees and cost basis at 034, that dump wasn't real pretty.

I suppose I'll sit on this until we see 0001 and that will be the end. I had so much hope for this company, like all of us. There will be no "dollarland any day now" for ALRT. I'm just hoping we can get back up to 03 / 04 and there will be enough trade volume to exit this trash with dignity. GLTU.

Try to sell now. With no trade volume, the only way to peel off shares is by dropping your drawers. I will agree that sometime back, all of us had a better opportunity to clear ourselves of this dumpster fire. Many of us believed the hype and hung onto our shares and even increased our positions - only to find ourselves in that drip, drip, drip to under a penny. Ugly, but yeah. We're big boys and girls and don't or shouldn't invest in these highly speculative companies without accepting the high probability of failure. But, we can still bitch about it! LOL🤣
