#ACBFF Wow! Not sure what happened this morning but the day so far looks really good.
Wereba isba fatba albertba?
Has anybody received any response from OTCMs? I ask them a question yesterday and have not heard back. Must be nice to be King. Maybe I have to wait 30 days. Guess I should read all their policies.
Just read through ABHI's site and believe they are on to something. If you think of all the computing and future demands it will require efficiency such as ABHI will be able to deliver. Not to mention the immediate market. The proactive approach is nice as well. I am not real clear on how they do what they do but you would think any cpu could benefit and there is a crap load of cpu's out there.
LOL! Now until my kids go to bed I amba gonba talkba likeba thisba. They don't even know the Fat Albert crew but it will makba meba laughba
Where is the release or letter of intent for the merger? I cannot find anything dated after spring of 2016, including financials or any news.
OTCMs is Judge and Executioner but with no Jury it seems. Certainly scary to think an organization such as OTCMs has so much power over an industry with no provision for understanding the circumstance which they put in print. It is the epitome of insanity.
That is where i am confused. OTCM's press release states "encouraging investors to purchase shares via an unsolicited email campaign by a source unknown to the company. "
How is FVRD at fault for this? And OTCM is certainly aware of what the CE was going to do to the stock price.
The hemp industry has the potential to explode; from CBD production (or just raw oil) all the way down to the massive amount of fiber that will be available for paper, clothing, insulation and everything in between. Certainly a lucrative business to be in especially with the extractor. In my opinion HMPQ is in a good position and once politics and laws clear a path things will get much greener.
In OTCM's press release they state that FVFD was promoted by another party unknown to FVRD. I just cannot wrap my head around why they go after FVRD and not the promoter.

How long does an application for patent take? Or does it really depend on what is actually being patented?
PH = Post Haste = Soon
Sorry about that. I neglected to note of the date. Old news. Guess I am excited for some new news,
Excellent. Look forward to hearing good news.
Sorry. At the very end of the URL is an “n” that should not be there. Here it is fixed

BigMan I would hope he would be replaced by someone who understands what they are talking about in terms of MJ and the industry as a whole. Off to eat some turkey, take care.
Slightly positive news in the U.S. for the MJ sector. Hopefully a sign things will be loosening up on the legal end.

I think there could huge long term potential if the technology shines. Personally I think it will. But it is beer o:clock in 5 minutes so I got to scoot. Have a good one see you Friday.
I was all exited to have an afternoon to watch FVRD but have to go and watch some paint dry now Hope everyone has an excellent Thanksgiving.
It is not about safety, it is about control. They FDA does not care what drug, but whose drugs, or we would not have an opioid epidemic. I have high hopes for XXII on the tobacco front and the hemp front but there is a lot that has to happen. q
It’s a good start. I wish the article was a little higher up the latter on the news channel. I think scheduling will change, actually thought it would have been changed many years ago.
Doctors doctoring as they should. Good news for the sector.
Lnp30 I learned something new today. Thank you for the article. I found others since reading your post.

Not sure what the implications are to this ruling for XXII but hopefully they are more aware of the law than I was
I hope not. I feel this company has huge long term potential. I still can't get over that it moves so slow,or maybe I am just really anxious. Either way IMLFF has it going on in my opinion. Just hope they can turn it into big bucks with their biosynthisis technology.
CBDs with no THC are not schedule 1, unless I am misunderstanding the law. Same with hemp, the farmers are cautious as there is no guarantee they are growing a crop with less than the legal limit of THC. If they do, and tested so, it gets destroyed. In my opinion a supply of guaranteed super low or no THC hemp seed is a void in the arriving hemp markets strategy. The hemp can still produce with all the CBDs as well as the fiber. I feel this cash crop is going to comeback in spades.
Newbie question: How do you calculate where it will stop going up? Or do you have to watch it and just see if it stops?
I bet there is a crap load of manufacturing and package redesign going on right now.
XXII's research with the University of Virginia to grow no-THC hemp strains that grow faster, taller etc for phamacological and industrial use is also worth keeping an eye on. It seems the studies they began earlier this year are having good results. XXII has it going on but it will take time. Certainly worth keeping an eye on.

I love reading about IMLFF and not just for the CBDs. You would think a company that has advanced biosynthesis developments, especially if patentable, will only grow this into markets I cannot even imagine. In my head it is the future happening right here in front of us. Very exciting.
KeepItRealistic thanks for the PM. Would have wrote back but I am a cheap bastard and do not have that capability on Ihub. Have a great weekend.
These articles make me feel better about XXII's position. Good to know bases are being covered so the path leads to the XXII low nicotine tobacco patent.
How is this winning?
Never mind

I worked with tobacco companies on the advertising end back in the 80's and 90's. Companies like Philip Morris and Brown & Williamson are not stupid and stay years ahead of any legislation. Case in point: Big tobacco, when pushed to have bigger warnings on cigarette advertising back in the 1990's, suggested to make the warning one half of the advertising space for parts of the world that required warning statements. Once this happened we did nothing but run 2 page spreads and the next 2 pages had the warning statement, effectively removing the warning from the ad space. They are smarter than the average bear.
VLN will take away the power of addiction that has kept cigarettes in business but you can have whatever nicotine level you want added to vape fluid. I would guess that the tobacco companies will lean, and have already researched and or bought into vaping and the MJ market (which we had begun designing branding for MJ for PM in the 1990's as well). The war in not about the drugs but whose you are buying. Just my 2 cents.
