Sometimes things don't necessarily go according to plan...
If the choice is between taking up precious time and paying for audits to make investors feel better in the short term vs the longer term vision of allocating the time to expand the company and bring in more revenues, I'm choosing the latter pretty much every time.
What does "Brand building 599" mean?
hmmmm...
Re:
Out of curiosity...
How much do you think audited financials cost?
Google it. You will see it's definitely not cheap.
Would you suggest they take on "toxic debt" to get them done?
...Or would you potentially wait until the revenues/profits can support the payments to get them done?
To clarify... I am not disputing Q2 is late with stated reasons.
I am simply pointing out this statement seems to be referring to the (misleading appearance) of the same filing being listed twice:
Sorry, that answer does not make any sense to me because Q2 not due now and not 3 months late either if you count the late filing date...
What financial can you possibly mean that is "due now"?
Thank you for posting the chart updates... Always appreciated!
Actually, in that story they are not breaking even... They are losing money in that analogy... I'm pretty sure their imaginary story accountant would point that out to them, though.
All of the them would be excellent for sure!
That's fantastic news! Good to hear it's selling so well over there.
I just checked and Google says they are an hour apart...
Maybe Penny comes from Rhode Island where everything would be relatively close.
You are right... apparently 77.67 tons per acre per acre is not allowed within prosecco doc designation regulation standards, but it's close.
Here's the actual answer according to this Frequently Asked Questions page:
Re:
I guess it all depends on how many tons are actually being harvested per acre...
While it's not exactly a bad looking website, it could actually use a fair bit of help in my opinion...
* For starters, their copyright needs updating... For goodness sake, it's going to be 2018 pretty soon.
* Probably the most important thing they could do to improve it would be to make it engaging. An unknown quote followed up by "About Us" is not engaging. This could very well be considered a misuse of a company asset.
- Sales & marketing is about the customer, NOT the company...
- They need to tune into the station everybody is listening to - WIIFM --> What's In It For ME! Everything should be written from the prospects perspective.
* They are missing their Privacy Policy and Terms of Service pages.
* I'm not really excited about the way they have the stock information on the bottom of the page either. It might be better to at least link the ticker symbol to something like this page:
http://www.otcmarkets.com/stock/ABVG/quote
Anyway, those were my first impressions.
Everything I've written here is meant to be constructive advice for their improvement... if they would choose to act on any of it.
Very good news. Just as I suspected.
I appreciate the info. Thank you.
Thank you for this response. It's a slightly different scenario than I'm wondering about, but with a good sounding outcome none the less!
I'm living in the world of possibilities... admittedly many of which may not have positive outcomes; however, some obviously can and do.
I really appreciate finding this out.
Thanks again!
Thanks... Good advice... I'm still wondering about the scenario if (any of these penny stock companies) were forced to go private by the SEC, would they eventually get paid if there was a sale of said company? (If anybody knows for sure or even suspects the answer is yes, it would be nice.)
According to this article, the shareholders apparently would continue to hold their equity in the company:
Thanks for the replay... I'd have to think if another company buys the company (obviously because they have something the other company wants) the shareholders should get paid off in the process... or if the purchasing company is a public company, perhaps the shareholders of record would have their shares converted to new company shares.
That's what I'd be hoping anyway... because it only makes sense to me.
It would be nice if somebody could confirm my suspicions.
Do you (or anybody else) know what happens if the stock is taken off the public market but remains in business as a private company?
What happens if it is subsequently sold as a private company?
I'm wondering it the shareholders of record will still get paid their share of the sale when all is said and done?
You might be right... Thanks for the advice, although I am still open to this one if...
Good luck to you. I hope you make a bundle.
This really freaked me out...
I was getting ready to thank the people who gave me some very thoughtful answers to my questions when I read this post. It definitely made me rethink purchasing any APHD at this time... At least until this gets sorted out, anyway.
I cannot think of any good conclusions to draw from this at all.
Best case scenario: This person and the other one who replied to it are not being entirely truthful to try to help this stock.
I cannot imagine a company would actually purposely make their phone number posted on their website unavailable only to subsequently email select potential investors telling them about information they were supposedly under a "keep quiet order".
Something seems really fishy here to me, but I am open to any reasonable explanations.
Another question I have is: If the company is in a quiet period, how do so many people seem to "know" what's going to be happening?
Am I missing something I ought to be aware of?
I mean all of my questions in the most respectful way.
I only want to find out if I should be investing in this stock or not.
Thank you
Not very nice... I really do not appreciate the name calling for no good reason. It makes me wonder if there might actually be something to hide.
Maybe you haven't lost any money because you didn't check things out properly before, but I certainly have.
I'm simply trying to do my due diligence. If that offends you, my apologies.
I still need to know the answers to my questions though if anybody is willing.
I'm confused... Does a quiet period prohibit them from continuing to conduct their regular business?
If not...
How is it possible to continue doing business with a seemingly not properly working phone or email?
To clarify... Do you mean you've invested in stocks that had posted contact info on their website that later appeared to be not working?
...Or do you mean the stocks you invested in did not have any apparent contact information available?
Thanks
I already thought of that too. But... If that were the case, it would not be the proper way to transition... you would think somebody somewhere in the organization should know that... and surely should have spoken up by now.
It is very easy to forward a phone number or to let it go to voicemail.
It costs pretty much nothing to continue receiving emails.
Twitter is free too.
It's not rocket science... Pretty simple stuff if you ask me.
It sounds to me like you're actually suggesting their phone is not working on purpose... Is that really what you meant to imply?
What legitimate company would ever do that?
It makes no sense.
I could understand if they let all of their calls go to voicemail to filter them ...but not having a working phone system on purpose? Wow! You might need to question the leadership of a company that would do something like that.
It is a justifiable concern for sure.
It would be great if somebody who is trustworthy and lives a reasonable distance away would look into what the problem is with their company phone number and report back.
The sooner the better!
Really? You are obviously kidding, right?
I do not live anywhere near Utah... nor do I know anybody who does.
Any other ideas?
Is the news going to be about the company phone number apparently not working?
Does anybody know anything about it?
Is there a problem with it?
I'd really like to know what's going on with it before I invest...
Doesn't that simply make sense?
What company can operate for very long without a phone that works?
I am considering investing in APHD and I am asking a legitimate question here. I need to know before I plunk my money down on this stock...
I have personally called the number and something seems very wrong to me.
If this question has already been answered and I missed it, I apologize. Please direct me to the post explaining what is going on with their phone line.
Thanks
The phone number on their APHD website, IP Risk Control in Utah does not seem to be working... Does anybody know why?
Interesting...
You are correct. This is not a small batch artisan wine.
Actually, even if you may not prefer the taste of DOCG Asti for some reason, DOCG is the highest classification for Italian wine standards and technically does mean it's superior...
Nice article. Thank you for posting it...
I think you are correct about organic demanding a higher premium...
I actually believe the Zero one should be priced higher than the other two because it appears to take longer to make and because it is extra special in the market.
