Nice moves! Would love to see .15s again by EOD. SonaStrong!!
How do you figure that? My guess is if this was going to plunge into the 00's and continue downward it would be during the height of the Pandemic. As we slowly start to emerge from it, I can only see us going up from .008-.01 range where we seem to have found our low. Doesn't that make more sense? Why would more sellers dump during a recovery period? I am trying to be rational here, which I know is hard on this board!
Here we go! Anyone else enjoying this party??
Compared to 2018, last year looked stellar! Looking forward to huge positive results for 2020
GM all - let's see this beauty keep going! Very nice buying yesterday on the ask. Smart money catching on.....
These are the kinds of things I hoped we could get news about with the cafe's currently shuttered. Seems like a perfect time to get an audit completed. I expect some news one something by mid-April, but I know that may be asking a lot
GM all, have a good feeling today....
I was responding to the post by someone else on 3/27. Here I copied it for you below. You can verify if you wish, but comparing those numbers with their current revenue, I'm comfortable with that. You can call it non-sense, but that's my take:
Hi all,
Finally made an account so I could actually contribute to this board. Been following this ticker since early 2019 and recently went back to read through the Q2 financial report.
I am not the most experienced in reading through financial statements however the section on page 25 caught my attention.
"Note 2 - Summary of Significant Accounting Policies"
"...Company has a working capital deficit and accumulated deficit of approximately 2.36M and 16.72M. These factors raise substantial doubt about the Company's ability to continue as a goin concern within one year after the issuance date of these financial statements. "
I am curious to know if you all have read this, and if you are how exactly you processed this information. Is a statement like this a general disclaimer that is somewhat standard for publicly traded companies? I am very optimistic about this company, but reading this was slightly concerning.
Would appreciate any response. thanks
Glad to have you here! Imo the debt load is reasonable for a growing company with solid clientele and tremendous upside. Accumulating down here is a long term play for me as well. I don't watch the sp too closely but it should get exciting sooner than later. Take care!
This may help a little, but it'll still be an awful Q or longer:

.02 on the ask this morning. I'm a bit desperate for a good sign so I'll take it!
(sigh) why?????
Some jerk still messing around dropping a few shares into the bid every time we hit .13. No matter, can’t contain this beast for long!!
Exactly! So maybe even a simple “sales are up 10% on game deliveries due to coronavirus” would be a little silver lining. My point is, doesn’t Roger have ANY good news to share?? Back to back GREAT market days happening and we can’t even get back to a PENNY. Why? Poorly timed silence, that’s why.
On our way!! All aboard, last call!
Oh I don't know, how about Distribution?? Increased maybe during a stay-at-home lockdown?? Or maybe latest progress on the 10-cafe initiative? Or maybe Audit progress??? Surely they can do work on that remotely and online. Or Sales from KTU? Or the mysterious Gro3....???? Come one, really???
Yep, our concerns are not loud enough. On the one hand, it tells me "good, he doesn't listen to the noise", but on the other, it tells me we don't matter enough in the long run. I honestly don't see any way out of this now that we're sub-penny. I can't sell, would lose way too much, but I'm trying to tell myself I may never see this money again. Prepare for the worst, hope for the. best, which at this point feels like maybe a 50% loss will be "best"?? And I'm an optimistic guy!! I just feel we're on life support.
We need to kick this virus' butt, get back to normal, and hope to God that FUNN can start producing at a level that will finally start making profit for investors.
Would be VERY helpful if they would elaborate on this right about now: (from last week's tweet)
"Despite the overall negativity in the markets and in the media in general, we will have some good news for shareholders shortly on some other on-going initiatives while everyone weathers this temporary storm."
Thin skies above....
You too! Safe and healthy
Yes sir! We're in this for $$ land. But let's see if we can touch .15-.18 this week and keep climbing!
Yeah we are heading NORTH now and we all know skies are thin! If 1/2 that bid moves to ask we'll be at .30 in no time!
Big buys lining up!!
Well well....! Look what happens when this beast is let loose a little!!
Seriously - looking to scrape up some powder, these prices are amazing!
Not arguing the concept nor the early-innovator stage we're in. Absolutely agree and I love it! Just wondering if enough investment firms KNOW about this story to actually get in and start making a difference.
Good points on the exemption, but you're also assuming there are large pockets ready to invest after we audit and uplist. I HOPE so, but I have no way of knowing. We all know how poorly the word has gotten out. Is management hitting up investors conferences? Publishing prospectus? I haven't seen any indication of either....
Good morning! Still liking my position here. Confident in our SSFT future!
PS - i was first in at .14, added all the way down to average .06, and just added again at .0109 yesterday. So i'm long, and still positive about the future overall.
Serious question: If we continue to lag in the sub .05 pennies for long, and the OS continues slowly rising, will it not make sense to undergo a reverse-split just to get the SP and share count back to a more manageable place? I am not against an r/s so long as it's not for the purpose of increasing available shares and applying for new toxic funding, which is how I've seen r/s misused in the past with even Nasdaq tickers. So, if things level out financially, and progress is indeed made on 'several fronts' as Roger recently said, maybe a split can help. otherwise i don't know how we will get even beyond 10 cents when everyone who bought at .01 and .02 will be giddy sellers at 500-1000% gains!
thoughts? comments??
With life possibly grinding to a halt all over the world for 2 weeks, I hope we can at least get the latest Expansion Team update AND why not get the audit done!?!? That doesn’t require a high level of social contact
Great point Antman! FUNN needs to advertise that heavily at the moment.
You do know that (1) most SnL locations are still in Canada, not the US. And (2) the govt is working on financial assistance for SMEs like Snakes in the US, right? So closing for 2 weeks or even more is not going to be devastating if they know how to get assistance.
I disagree, overall in the past week + this has NOT. plummeted like big board stocks. This is a very good sign that we're pretty much at bottom-bottom here! If I'm wrong in a week or two I'll admit it, but I really like our chances!
Um, guys, if we go under a penny that is NEVER good.....
This holding up strong compared to the rest of the market! Maybe that'll get some new eyes on us....
SSFT feels like the safest place to be right now (except for gold)! Looking fwd to the next few months here with confidence!
Well said, well prayed :) - we have a lot riding on this too. A little help from management please???
I have to agree. Surely plenty of companies can give a good auditor reference?? If there's some special circumstance holding this back, he should be transparent with us. SP can't get much worse! Otherwise, plenty of time has passed to hire and get it done. PLENTY of time
I agree. As I read the last Q & A, they seem to still be looking and aiming to find a firm that can do the audits in a 4-6 week period. So the latter part is encouraging. But WHEN will they hire a firm...??
