What are your guys' thoughts on this?
Indeed. This stock price has no business being around $10 any time soon, but the market is irrational.
Boyes said during his summit talk that he doesn't see why we can't hit $180 million revenue in 18 months. 20× that is $3.6 billion, which is a little optimistic if you ask me.
I thought the same thing about Aurora.
I'm surprised we haven't heard from Walter yet. He must be having beers with Lebby and Leonberger.
Thank you so much for the update!!
A few impressions I got from the meeting:
We are still quite a ways from commercialization, as is the case when trying to disrupt a market.
The main focus is still on optimization and improvement, and 50gbps will probably our first revenue source.
There hasn't been any mention about the 25gbps packaged modulators sent out to companies, and considering what Lebby said about picking customers carefully to test the 50gbps modulators, he either has not heard back from the customers or they requested changes so he cannot mention anything yet.
Very impressed with the new facility, which allows for the chemists to be in direct contact with the engineers. They have a ton of new equipment to not only continue to "make the goo", but I got the impression they are also still trying to make improvements.
The new facility also is set up for them to work on fabrication of many devices. I was a little disappointed that Lebby kind of stepped around the question of how quickly they can fabricate the devices, and I'm not quite sure why he did so. Perhaps they are focusing on perfecting the design and experimenting with packaging still and have not yet decided to see how quickly they can fabricate them.
Overall, I am super excited about the future, but this will probably take longer than I thought. I think I jumped the gun a little when they moved from 25 gbps to 50 gbps in a matter of months. It is a little unfair to expect revenue from them this year when trying to completely disrupt the market. They will need to spend a long time testing these devices and show they can last several years.
I would appreciate any feedback/corrections, and an update from you at the lab. Thanks!
Can someone ask about the customer evaluations for the 25gig modulator? They sent those out months ago, right?
Clarification (from closing notes slide): "We are optimizing our 50gbps..."
It is not optimized yet.
Very impressed by the pictures!
I can't wait until we get to the juicy stuff... the suspense is killing me.
Those who are able to tour the new facility, please show us some pictures if they allow you to do so!
Haha, let's hope those copper prices continue to increase.
Yes it is! I'm hoping to get him some Exelsior copper for his first birthday in 2019 :)
I've got my money on June 1 because it's my baby's due date. The only thing better than having my baby on that day is an Excelsior EPA permit.
Thanks a bunch! I will be watching/listening.
Where might I find the web stream?
Will anyone be recording the presentation at the ASM? If so, I would LOVE to watch/listen.
Maybe Lebby couldn't sell snow to an Eskimo, but perhaps a more efficient Igloo?
This company is still a long ways from making a profit... there is no way a dividend is coming in the near future, if ever.
Where did you get this picture from?
Nevermind, just looked at past PRs and they also say it. Oops.
Just had a chance to read this today and noticed something subtle towards the bottom: "Powered by Lightwave Logic". I don't remember seeing this in any previous PR's, although I could be wrong. Is this a subtle hint at things to come!?
Because more shares were sold than bought today.
Thanks for sharing. Very exciting!
My god, your baseless claims were right! You must feel proud you guessed right for once, huh?
You guys are so silly. It has only been a month and a half since the shareholder update! If you needed the money this quick, you probably should not have invested it in the first place.
Excellent DD! Glad this was brought to my attention.
Horizons Jr ETF. Pic of holdings here: https://m.imgur.com/M9re0wZ
MPX is the third largest holding.
A couple of new ETFs release this week. I can't remember the ticker at the moment, but one of them had MPX as its second largest holding.
My guess is the big news comes early March. Disclaimer: this guess is based on nothing.
Considering we are trading at around $0.50 USD, I think a large jump to $2.00 is a reasonable expectation by the end of this year.
Well, we have a large number of outstanding shares, so it is probably most comparable to Aurora last year. But marijuana is federally illegal, so to expect $10 in the next two years is probably not too realistic. However, MPX should be receiving it's Canadian license soon.
Whoa, you accounted for nearly 6% of all traded shares today, you big whale you.
I dare you to hold all of your cryptos and compare their gains to LWLGs in three years. Good luck.
Any thoughts on where this share price could be headed in the future? GrowGen still has half the market cap of Kush Bottles. I was planning on being a buyer today, but not at this levels lol
I followed you over here Steve. Have you purchased any MAID coins yet? It looks like I have to purchase BTC first and buy in Bittrex, which is kind of a hassle because I don't normally mess with BTC!
Thanks for sharing. I will be looking into this.
I've got funds coming in Wednesday, so please, oh please, no PRs until then. This is my last chance to load up! I am so very excited for this year. If my schedule permits, I would like to make the trip to the ASM meeting this year.
