Besides in an upturned market, don't you think it's prudent for a company to be quiet, do it's thing and keep moving forward? I really appreciate how this Company seems to be taking steps to disclose only when they have done what they said they would do. Good news coming I heard. I like how, instead of talking about it, they seem to be doing it. I truly believe they are going to be a force in the Telecom world to be reckoned with!

Will this detailed analysis of this Company be done with qualified experience?
Or is it just going to be a negative opinion of WWII? Because, and I mean this sincerely, it seems the source of this analysis has previously stated some very negatively biased opinions. I always consider the source of where the information is coming from and I also question the intent.

I'm hoping such a detailed analysis will done with intelligence and a true understanding of business. I get a little apprehensive of capacity in understanding business when a claim to "include the past five-years quarterly filings" is stated. It's kind of an overstatement and not typically used In business. As example, one would typically say "including the financials for the last five years". Again, not to discredit the enthusiasm, but only to look to if this detailed analysis is from qualified experience. Hope it's quality and not a third rate opinion wrapped in negativity.

Deletion of Posts
While in manage mode, Moderators will see a message that says "Click any message below to view, then remove or restore it." Clicking on a specific post will then show the option to "remove" in a box on the left. Clicking this will then provide the following options as a reason for removal: Personal Attack, Duplicate Post, Spam, Off Topic, Vulgarity, Author Asked to Remove, Violation of Privacy, Threat.

Personal Attack
This is when someone attacks one or more members personally rather than the content of that Member's message. The post does not have to be addressed to the "target" of the attack to be considered a Personal Attack. If it attacks a messenger rather than the message, it qualifies for deletion and it is expected that Moderators will remove it.

Off Topic
Posts about or focusing on other Members or groups of people and their reasons for posting on the board (i.e. "XYZDownDaDrain" is just a basher, ignore him", "XYZToDaMoon" is a pumper", "the naysayers are very loud today", "c'mon, where did all the cheerleaders go?"). The post does not have to be addressed to a specific person. If the post is about other Users then it should be removed.

Posts about Moderators and/or deletions are also "off topic". Issues of this nature need to be discussed with a Site Admin.
Putting "ot" at the beginning of a post does not make it acceptable. It is still off topic and eligible for removal.

Vulgarity
The PG13 rule is loosely used as a guideline to what is/isn't acceptable when determining whether a comment is vulgar. The theory is that if society has deemed it appropriate for a 13 year old to hear, it is unlikely that it will be offensive to the majority of Users.
Otherwise, profanity (as explained above) is unacceptable on the stock boards, even when punctuation characters are used to "fill in the blanks" or letters are changed (f**k, azzh*le, etc.). Note that there are also "polite versions" for many acronyms and these are assumed to be the case when in doubt (i.e. "wtf?" = "what the freak?" in the polite version).
Any form of vulgarity directed at another User is unacceptable and should be removed (i.e. "you're a sh*thead", "being an a** doesn't help your case").

Yes things seem to be happening.
Did you do your DD? I did.
The company has and is doing everything they said they are going to do.
Name changes don't just happen that's a big process.
Also, rebranding and new tech appropriate to new focus requires time and investment.
Let's not forget lining up the clients. Why move forward if the company doesn't have clients?
Simple answer is, there is a reason the company is moving forward.

Latest financials for Q3 posted on OTC.
They are staying on top of it.
Constistant progress, doing what they said they'd do.
All part of the name change and setting the table.

Principle of "Quiet before the storm"

Performance indicator, something must be happening.

In a statement, it is important to clarify and understand a person's opinion.
Can a person's opinion be an overgeneralization?
Is the person's opinion based on fact?
Does the person understand the industry?
Does the person have access to knowledgeable industry participants?

How does one determine value? By doing their DD.
This is what a knowledgeable investor does.

Perhaps in understanding a person's opinion, it is important to understand where they may be coming from. Overgeneralization can be a symptom of recklessness or emotional instability.

I'm sure all real investors would agree, it is important to participate intelligently. This means, in order to have confidence in speculative decisions, one must understand how things work.

It seems the company will continue to move forward and gain momentum. Though there is true excitement brewing, there is a reason that smart money is watching.

asking around, verifying and researching...

Let's be clear and accurate.

In the company's latest press release,
it said "carrier service"
and "wireless mobile net work".
That's big!

Not anywhere did I see "wifi phone service".
There's a difference, a big difference.

Further (huge congrats here!),
for the company to get a registered certified
carrier number with NECA and be
registered with NAMPA is a big deal.

Factoring in this clarity, I would call the above
a primary opportunity
and
a clear direction.
