Can a person's opinion be an overgeneralization?
Is the person's opinion based on fact?
Does the person understand the industry?
Does the person have access to knowledgeable industry participants?
How does one determine value? By doing their DD.
This is what a knowledgeable investor does.
Perhaps in understanding a person's opinion, it is important to understand where they may be coming from. Overgeneralization can be a symptom of recklessness or emotional instability.
I'm sure all real investors would agree, it is important to participate intelligently. This means, in order to have confidence in speculative decisions, one must understand how things work.
It seems the company will continue to move forward and gain momentum. Though there is true excitement brewing, there is a reason that smart money is watching.
