Another quality article written by Alan Brochstein himself....what a joke....SIGO all the way
What a wonderful article written by good ol Alan Brockstein himself....lol
It's was not signed by anyone. Our came from info@sunsetislandgroup.com I just sent an email requesting a signature
Just received email from company explaining 305700 shares of series B.
Its $200 per pound for the Preferred as a whole. Dividends in designations of preferred are gross numbers and then divided by the shares outstanding. So the $200 would be split by the number of Series B shares that are outstanding. The designation is for 8 million shares of which approximately 305,700 are outstanding. So if all 8 million are outstanding it would be $0.000025 per share but the company would have received $8 million for the preferred stock. At 305,700 its $0.00065 per share.
Whoops....I mean the 305700 shares....
I do have one question...please explain the 304700 shares of preferred series B that gets $200 per pound....that equals 61 mil????
Great release this morning!!!
did you happen to notice who wrote that article doughtrain...lol
Someone is trying really hard to keep a lid on this stock
Oh look who showed up and started running his mouth
When locking a sell price is it better to do several lots or just lock price in one big lump
Prefered stock gets payed a dividend...and usually before common stock
im not trying to pump anythng, its just what happened to me...feel free to call the number
I do remember a lot of background noise now that you mention it, and he was also checking with another person that wasnt on phone line to see if purchase showed up. he keeps calling but i dont answer anymore...i sure its because after i told him how many additional shares i bought that i am now sitting on 5% of the float. I gonna ride this gravy train with biscut wheels
He wanted me to sell at a set limit price that he gave so I could "take profits". Wanted me to do it while he waited on the phone. I told him that i would think about it and call him back. He then got real pushy and then got really upset when I told him how much more I had bought (ALOT) beause he said he didnt get credit for the sale. I am already +200K profit and just enjoying the ride. Like I said earlier, I have learned much from many of you and I know now that whatever he is up to smells like @#$%.
when i read your earlier post about the call you got.. i could believe it. It was the exact same pitch....
What happened to me was exactly the same spiel that Neptune described in an earlier post....either a MM or promoter. His name was Tim. his cell 213-534-8605 Im sure he would love to hear from all of us who stood fast..
I'm sure he would love to hear from all of us that hung on and stood firm....he even gave me his cell number...
Does anyone still want the number of the MM who now wants me to takes profits and sell
Yes...I bought shares at limit they told me. The rest I bought on my own to avg down...he was upset when I sent him a text telling him that I did....now he wants me to "take some profits"....told him I wasnt and I was in for long haul....
I love the fact that the MM that suckered me around 3.50 keeps calling wanting to take profits. I have learn alot from the people on this board. I watched and listened bought more and got my cost avg down to under .40 and he wants me to sell.....oh hell no. I'm in for the long run.... thanks everyone
It's funny that u mentioned that Neptune. They called me this morning. I copy and pasted what you had posted in a text to their rep. Haven't heard a peep since... I own 175k shares.. I'm in for the long run and a big reward
As Neptune said....I am one that was suckered to purchase around 3.50.....since then I have waited and watched and have lowered my cost basis to .32 since. Now I will wait some more with a lot to gain...
With the reduction...what could dividend realistically be??? I have been learning alot watching and reading....thanks to all
