Alt. Energy - US Security
cool article on US need for better alternative energy policy.
--------
Alternative Energy and National Security
by Ludlow Energy Staff
Nov. 24, 2007 –6:00pm EST
NEW YORK—The lack of a national alternative energy policy from the current administration and congress is not just a moral issue, but rather a national and economic security issue as well.
As many people begin to accept the fact that global warming is real and search for ways to reduce carbon admissions, many people tend to ignore the national security aspect that a strong energy policy would address.
It is not only a moral issue that the US form a comprehensive alternative energy policy to fight global warming, but it is a national security interest as well. As gasoline prices climb to meet up with the recent increase in crude oil prices the issue of an alternative energy policy will also become a national economic issue as well. It is about time the current US administration and Congress to take steps to form a comprehensive alternative energy policy, if not for the future of our children, but for the national and economic security of the United States of America.

Ludlow China Issues Upgrades Rating on Cardtrend International
Last Updated: Nov. 16, 2007 –6:40pm EST
NEW YORK--Nov 16, 2007 --Ludlow China upgrades Cardtrend International (OTC: CDTR.PK - News), a company focused on the payments and loyalty-rewards industries in China and throughout Asia, from a ‘speculative’ B- to B rating, with near term price target of $0.35 a share.
SUMMARY
On Nov. 15, 2007, Cardtrend International filed their third quarter earnings results, and things were looking up. For the nine-months ending Sept. 30, 2007 the company reported a dramatic increase in revenues of $1,211,7143, as compared to $60,429 for the same period in 2006. On the bottom line the company net loss decreased 45% to ($1,791,158), from ($3,128,195) for the same nine-month period in 2006.
Increasing revenues, and decreasing net losses, the company seems to be on the right track to take market share of the credit and loyalty card market in China. The company has closed on their acquisition of Global Uplink, added about 120 employees to the Cardtrend umbrella, and should shortly reapply for listing on the OTC BB exchange. Thus, Ludlow China is upgrading its rating on the company from 'speculative' B- to B, with a near term target of $0.35 a share.

shares outstanding....
As of Sept. 30, 2007 there were a total of 70,107,609 common shares issued and outstanding.
This gives CDTR a market cap of just $4.2 million, if my math is straight. Revenues for the nine months went from like $60,000 to like $1.2 million. that is a dramatic increase. maybe someone can do the math on how much % wise it rose, may be to early in morning for me, lol.
they should put an earnings report out on this. Wasnt explosive, but they werent bad either. Earnings PR or one of OTC listing. Both may kick start this tock moving, IMO.
numbers looked great....
they're not big numbers, but they are moving in the right direction. I think the ludlow target is pretty low IMO, but I would take it, lol. I'm just hoping this doesnt take off just yet till I can get some extra cash into my account. may be worth a flip into the teens to lower .20's, at very least.

MM spreads - not limit orders...
You may have placed an orde at .017, but that doesnt mean they represent it at .017.
MM's have to take their guido girlfriends out on the weekend and they make there money this way.
You look to sell shares at .017, but the market maker puts it out for sale at say .0175. Someone buys those shares at .0175, and the MM makes .0005 on the order.
Same with bid. If bid says .017 and you place order at .017 you wont get filled as they will represent it at .0175
It's a way for teh MM's to make like $50 to $100 per trade. They have gf's in long Island that want to go this weekend.

Looks like PR machine has been turned on...
hit us with a PR on OTC application and this could rock.
GRSR ----> solar stock (.30 x .32)
good, good ridance....
40,000 shares is not going to kill the market, and sooner he goes the better. Dont mind if he bails, as long as its slow and steady. 40,000 at a time is not bad at all.

GRSR <---------- solar stock
GiraSolar (GRSR) - is a European solar company based out of the Netherlands. Dutch management just took over Board of Directors, and stock is way undervalued....trading 'below' 1 x sales.
Take a look as small cap solar play. target $2.00 on this one.
CDTR - chart & interest
Would expect to see more & more volume to come flowing in as people learn about CDTR as a China play. CDTR is still under many radars. Hit us with news of reapplication for OTC and this could move.
Would expect to see CDTR to break above .09 (50 day MA), and back into the teens. Once we move up past .12 and towards .15 we could see a lot of the these freenzy China stock traders rush in. Will be posting around a few China boards to put CDTR on some radars. this could be fun.
Hoping to touch if not brwak .10 today.
GRSR - chart & interest
I expect GRSR volume to increase more 7 more each day as people realize Klamka is out, and the Dutch now have control of the Board of Directors.
Once we break above the 50 day, and volume continues to grow, people will take notice and really start jumping in. This will start moving faster & faster over the coming couple of weeks.
Now fully reporting and available to apply for OTC BB.
305,000+ shares traded....
If this breaks baove .10 the day and China stock players could rush into this and CDTR could head up to the .20 range. May be more conservative, but it has the potential. If it can hit some China stock trader radars look out. This could be an interesting next few trading sessions.
Watch for .10 and .15 mark if this starts to move. Hoping for some news on OTC application.
.08 x .09
bid^tick - .07 x .08
once this stock hits some China stock trader radars we could run past .15 easy, IMO. Will go around and post on a few Chinese stock trader boards.
spread the word...light the fuse.
