So you think everyone is bailing because of the financials?
I don't understand. This shows the company is moving forwad with great contracts, financials were good. Why the hell is there selling? Where I thought I couldn't get enough, I nearly got insta-filled at .50. Is there not enough interest...volume...what's the deal?
Filing financials and switching exchanges means HUGE delays with the SEC. Alot of people think this happens overnight, but the amount of corrections the SEC send back over and over again take time. It seems like things are going as planned and the SEC is just making sure everything is setup correctly for TXP/SMKT. Good luck.

Exactly. The guy is just an ignorant basher. Sold at the wrong time, bought high, impatient, I'm sure there are lots of excuses that he will never address besides how much IVFH is "DEAD". Regardless, I too, am in 2 long term pennies. I wish I had some free funds, but I can't pull out of these as in a few years, I'll be doing quite well with them. Obviously, IVFH and the other is SMKT (reverse merger with TXP). Any thoughts on that are welcome. I can't wait for the next fiscal year for IVFH, though...
stock 3
Get a fucking life, man. We are here to invest in IVFH. Not a fucking commodity, you moron. There are many other things that are "hot", but that is irrelevant. No one cares about your bullshit, half-assed, false opinions. All you do is sit around all day saying shit...where's the DD? Where's the research? I just can't wait for the plans to unroll and you're sitting there trying to buy your bag back, ya douche.
As for DEAD...Ummmm, are you blind, ace? They just became current in their filings... and they're a PINK SHEET. Moving to the bulletin board to escape manipulation, you moron. Maybe you should go toss your money into PRRM, I hear that's a REAL runner!
I realize all you are going to do is disregard this post and go on to "DEAD MONEY, NO VOLUME, NO MOMO, SUCKS!!!! GOLD GOLD GOLD.
Do everyone here a favor and have a nice, cold glass of shut the fuck up.
stock 3 -- Do you seriously have nothing else better to do than troll boards you lost money on? You sold. Get outta here. No one cares about what you have to say. Do yourself and everyone else on here a favor and just let it go, ace...
Even on my .078 buy from like 3 weeks ago. This is the beginning of something...I'm quite excited.
Yea, I know what you mean. It's like poker, when you're against the wall, you play like a moron. I don't doubt people got burned. Just for a stock like this, long term play is most definately the way to go. Unless you're 99% sure you know where the trough is for that day. I don't have alot of investing capital since I'm still young, so I'm in a few BB stocks that are starting to form out to be real companies, which is quite exciting. 59K is damn impressive, though.
No, I agree. But BOT didn't have some 2nd day bullshit PR that was later retracted. I'm family...which is why I have to be careful as to what I say. Annoying, but the truth.
Regardless, you've traded it a few TIMES, not days. That was your brilliant move to day trade an IPO. As for the 44 tank...it settled back at 39 yesterday to open and gap UP about a point before the selling occured. If you had read the prospectus, you would've realized that it was stated that all of the insider selling that happened was NOTED. No matter what stock you buy, if you buy at a high, you're OBVIOUSLY going to loose money...hence the term HOD. The high yesterday was at like 11am, anyways. It was trading around 39 for about 5 hours of trading, so I don't know where you figure it went from 44 ---> 35. You can't speculate the fact that they lost money, I'm assuming some of them are smart enough to hold for 1-2-3-4 years, not just flip on a panic sale...As for the flippers, that's fine...majority of the time, they're going to get burned and you're a standing example. I've lost money in the market as any other trader, but I'm in at the IPO, and I don't plan on selling for 3-5 years...All I'm saying is that you didn't do nearly enough reading or DD regarding the prospectus because all of the selling was listed in black and white...
I don't understand how you can loose 11K in a few days seeing as this was ICE's first day of trading. If you had gotten in at the IPO, which I'm sure you didn't, I guarantee that you wouldn't be complaining. I don't understand why you would sell for an 11K loss with a stock like this? This isn't a bulletin board stock, so it's not like it's a short pump and dump.
As for the insider selling, you obviously didn't do sufficient DD for investing that much capital. MarketWatch retracted the insider selling as it wasn't Jeffrey Sprecher. The insiders weren't management, nor underwriters, that was obvious. Plus, the people that dumped yesterday WERE the insiders that you're talking about. The selling today was weak hands that don't read and have sufficient knowledge on this company and what those sales actually were. Also, I wouldn't consider tanking going down 4 points after soaring a previous 13 points? I assume you must have gotten in at its peak of 40-43. For this company's future, it's probably better that they got rid of the flippers and weak hands like yourself, so there's not much sympathy for an ignorant move. I mean, I'm sorry for the loss, but it was easily avoidable...
I hope you didn't sell. You've got to realize that no company that comes out that hard from an IPO won't have a bit of retracement. Right now, all the Exchanges are hot as hell. Look at CME, NIMEX, CBOT, and ISE. Short term play just isn't smart here, imho.
I thought I had mentioned it to you, but the process got slowed down by extreme measure because of the lawsuit with NYMEX. I think it will settle in this area as people are going to watch how they perform, but I'll tell you...exchanges are HOT right now. Just look at CME, CBOT, ISE...I didn't think it could, but ICE's IPO blew ISE out of the water. With the current price...ICE is valued at a 2 billion dollar market cap.
The end of this week should be exciting if we'll see the filings. I think the year's close will be extremely interesting, also. Today was a big day as my dad's company had a HUGE success with their IPO. He's the CFO of ICE.
Kuoi, I posted your message on RB for you to Jhonin.
I hadn't added for awhile until about 2 days ago. Our "peak" at .08 wasn't expected and I added a little too high. I initially bought in at .088, .12, and .11. It would've been nice if I had waited a few days, but the long term is going to be what is the most important.
It isn't pretty to watch a stock drop, but what you must realize is that it's mainly MM games and the chefs' lack of news. I don't worry about the shorterm, so I'm always hanging tight.
Just saying hello. I'm a member on a few other boards and have been in IVFH for about 5 months now. Thought I'd join up here and contribute to these boards, also.
