I would remind this board that when FH told the shareholders at the 2005 shareholder meeting that he had sold 600 million shares to a stock promo company, Robert Laskowski immediately spun on his heals and left the room, and was overheard saying to Jim Stock, " I cannot believe the man just looked those people in the face and lied to them like that."

I gave those clowns several opportunities to back off long enough to actually discuss the issue like mature intelligent adults and they refused. So in an effort to honor my pledge to Matt and YOU, I simply did the reasonable thing so that I would not be temped to jump into their face over the issue, I have spent the entire day elsewhere.

And when I come back for a look see to find out what foolishness has gone on after I left, and I read numerous personal attack posts and the YOU jump in with your nonsense.

queenie You are correct. There never were 600 million shares sold. That was made up by me and some other liars from the RB. Of course we will ignore the fact that FH said it to me and several others on the phone, or to people at the SHM, or that Robert Laskowski mentioned them. Don't worry about that. We are not trying to find the truth anyway. Just need to keep roundmot humble.

We wouldn't want to ACTUALLY learn all the facts on the matter. God knows all we really want to do here is argue with each other.

queenie are you looking for the truth with the rest of us or are you just content to post contrary to anything and everything I post here or on the RB? I have no doubt that with our differing views of this company, IF we were to invest any effort into hashing out our differences in the interest of finding the truth we would be able to come to an agreement on all of these petty issues.

One more thing. At the time of the sale of the 600 million I posted on the RB EXACTLY what FH told me at that time. He said that the shares were used to pay a vendor for services of product. And that the vendor had requested that form of payment because they had such confidence in CTKH.

Of course, some on this board have attacked me over that idea everytime the subject came up for over a year. It has been a great source of laughter for them all.

Later, as we all know, FH changed his story and tried to convince us that the shares had gone to a stock promo company. Even RL was overheard saying that was a lie. So given the choice, I personally lean toward FH's first PRIVATE explanation. The explanation that he gave me over the phone, without thinking about it ahead of time. It has been said that if you want the truth, ask a question quickly and without warning, and the first answer you get will probably be true. What you hear later will be the product of calculation.

In this case, does it make senst to anyone to assume that a company that has an inside look at CTKH's operations or equipment or business plan, a company that is sooo impressed with what they have seen that they prefer being paid in shares instead of cash, is it reasonable that that same company would now be selling at a break even price, a year later?

And BTW, before you say it, if I am wrong about the vendor idea, then the only other reasonable possibility is that the company bought them at discount under some restricted contract that we have not yet heard about. In that case doesn't it seem a little strange to anyone that they would be selling at break-even rather than waiting for their profit?

I would remind the learned members of this board that at the time the 600 million shares were sold, ACCORDING to FH, they were sold at half price. I think I am correct that at that moment, the price, if you will recall was EXACTLY .002. That means that the individual, whom, according to FH wanted the shares in lieu of cash, because they had high hope and confidence in CTKH, actually have done some form of work for CTKH, and of course been out their own labor costs, or have sold CTKH something, and been out their own manufacturing costs, for over a YEAR. And they are just now, at the very time when they cannot even break even on their shares, SELLING in little bits and pieces every day.

Does that REALLY sound possible to you? REALLY?

And BTW, I would remind you all that the deal for the shares was under some form of contractual agreement. And if I recall correctly, it seems to me that at the time FH mentioned there were certain contractual guarantees included, that would assure them a profit. I forget the exact details. Perhaps there were some posts at that time here or on the RB that mentioned the details.

pennyworld You are in serious need of a sense of humor. I am beginning to believe that much of our problem has been that due to the nature of this form of communication you cannot tell when I am just pulling your leg.

HINT: Pay close attention to the use of Capitals, smiley faces, LOL's, and ROTFL's. And when I say something that sounds to you like a complete and total reversal of a previous position, or when I say something that NO REASONAABL CHRISTIAN MIND would consider (like making someone grovel in the dirt, or pay me large sums of money) that should make a little bell go off in your brain. That would be a good time for you to smile, because I can assure you, at the moment I wrote it, I was.

I am in full control of every member on my board. I can delete any of their posts I wish to, at any time, with no time limit. And I can warn them, or ban them from the board temporarily or permanently, I can also delete their e-mail address from the member list. I am in absolute control. The only thing I cannot do it edit their posts. Nor can they, unfortunately.

I also set ALL of the TOS rules. And can change them or set them aside at will.

And in the case of those I have tossed in the past I have done so for various reasons. I have even tossed some for attacking me on the RB, even though they did not violate the PF rules.

Good point end2war. It has opened another industry to CTKH that is full of possibilites. And since WTP's advancements are likely to change that industry, there may be many future ops for CTKH that are not even possible today.

Jofotoz went so far as to post his new e-mail address as "ceramicheatexchanger" or something like that. Nothing like trying to drop a hint. LOL Interestingly no one really noticed. It was also amazing to me that when the name was finally posted by someone, there was only one response in the first two days. Everyone made a big deal out of it for months. And many complained that we continued referring to it as the mystery company. Yet when the name was finally released, nothing, nada, zilch.

That just proves how important it really is for us all to let FH put the flesh on these rumors. When we do it, it always fizzles. Hopefully at some point, when FH does it, it will help generate a pop.

I know...it is a long shot. But it couldn't fall any flatter than our own efforts.

orangeman, no offense intended, but we all know that you turn everything into a bahing op. So we are not in the habit of intentionally giving you new information.

The reason I personally did not respond to your product question is that I did not want to get the boards' hopes up. They have been supplying parts for the WTP heat exchanger. But we have zero information about whether that will develop into a permanent agreement. So IMO, it could easily become just another disappointment for us all. I see no reason to put us through that again. So we had all agreed that we would wait for FH to tell the story.

orangeman, I think that if you check the post history on the two boards, you will find that none of our group spilled the beans. In fact, we kept it off the boards for almost 6 months. We all agreed that the information should come from FH. But now that the info made its way to the boards, we have been trying to keep it factual and limited to just the things that we can all verify, like the stuff you posted from your conversation with FH.

IMHO, we are all much closer to agreement about the pros and cons of CTKH than one would think based upon our constant confrontations with each other. NONE of us think CKTH is perfect. And ALL of us are frustrated to some degree by FH's silence.

And somewhere between the negatives and the positives about this company is the truth. And IMHO, we have failed each other by not trying to find that middle ground.

queenie there is just ONE liiiiiitttle problem with your facts and that is that FH did not dump the 2 billione shares in September of '02 or anytime during '02 for that matter. He dumped them between November '03 and Jan '04. And during that time frame, the average pps was close to .004, and sometimes even higher.

queenie the reason I assumed what I did about your post was very simple, there are only three practicle uses of shares that I know of: trading them for money, holding them for dividends, using them as toilet paper. I have never found any way to make money off of non-dividend paying shares unless I sold them.

He obviously NEVER intends to actually build a viable company. He has actually invested millions to buy HTI and to build the 16 ovens so that he could keep us off guard while he makes REALLY BIG BUCKS selling shares at current prices. And to help himself get rich quicker, he is withholding all of the really important information about his company from the world. It is all part of his diabolical plan. Gee queenie, I just naturally assumed that he eventually would need to sell the preferred shares to get the money to retire. No, no, let me guess, he is going to live off the dividends. That's it right? I completely forgot about all those dividends. Yeah, the dividends from his share of the 5 million preferred shares will give him all the money he needs to retire - for about 5 minutes.
