123tom, first there is no way that IPIX could put 35 million shares onto the market by this time next year. There are 260 trading days in a year. 135,000 shares would have to be dumped every single trading day of the year for that to happen. Hopefully they just need the Aspire deal temporarily until a partnership is signed.
B would seem to have blockbuster potential in multiple areas and should attract a Suiter in the near term to help in it's development.
B is still in the embryonic stage with a very promising future but it will take a ton of money to explore the array of possibilities associated with B.
My belief is that there will be a R/S before this time next year IF a partnership with good financials cannot be negotiated. There is no way they are financing phase 3 trials with only 3 million in the bank without crushing current shareholders with severe dilution.
A partnership with good Financials also tells me the drugs have potential in the eyes of BP. We are golden then.
We will know one way or other soon enough about B,P and K.

The gamble is simple. You win if IPIX partners before major dilution is added to the O/S. You lose if they don't partner before 40 million more shares hit the market. Good trial results will only have a temporary bump with flippers and Aspire holding back any big price rise. No partnership also tells you that BP is not seriously interested in the products that IPIX holds.
My money is on the partnership before serious dilution but also see the possibility that I will take a financial hit if the dilution leads to a R/S a year from now. That is the stakes of this gamble.

It was probably Aspire selling. Aspire was originally very helpful and neccesary BUT now is a major hindrance to shareholders. A partnership is needed. This time period and price will be looked at as a unbelievable financial gift caused by Aspire IF Leo can bring home a partnership. We should know soon enough.

Either road to the promised land is OK by me. A nice financial deal with a partnership eliminates being MAKOnized again by the manipulators and would end any further dilution. This is too good a company to be sitting at this price.

It is good to see a slight upward bump in price. I am waiting for the 8 am news release in regards to the anticipated partnership.
IPIX opening up at 3-4 dollars a share on that announcement will be worth the wait. The financial foundation will be established. That concern being eliminated will bring many new investors and take the stock to new price highs.
The nickel price jumps will be a nice distraction until then.

It is NOT a high float stock at this point. It will be if they burn through the 75 million dollar shelf with no partnership. Bad news if that happens. Besides a massive increase in O/S it would also signal that there is little interest in the drugs since it would take some amount of time to burn through that money.
B has blockbuster potential in numerous areas. I have high hopes for P and we will have more evidence very soon on its potential.
I hope K has benefits for future cancer patients. K needs partnership money to be explored for its potential.

It would be worse. If they fully use the 75 million dollar shelf there would be over 300 million O/S. Too many shares for a penny stock. Reverse split would be enviable. Most R/S are bad news for those holding shares of the company at the time of the R/S announcement. A partnership is needed before that shelf is used to any extent.
2017 is supposed to be the year of the partnership. We will see.
Otherwise I basically love every aspect of the company. The frugality used to run the trials is impressive. It is a well run company but they need a financial partnership. The upcoming trial results should dictate what happens in those regards.

A partnership would put a end to all the R/S talk. A R/S is inevitable if a partnership in not accomplished. No matter what Leo stated years ago,nobody seen the stock sitting at this price at the end of 2017.
There are only so many shares you can dilute before a R/S is necessary. I am praying Leo gets a financial deal done before that scenario becomes a fact instead of a option.

Those in doubt will sit on the sidelines if it only has a small amount of monetary funds attached to the deal but they will be fighting against the herd of buyers for shares if the deal is a large well structured financial deal. Hoping for the second outcome to be announced.
