This place reeks of broken hearts, bitterness, and shattered dreams.
When things get real bad people have a tendency to cannibalize one another.
Best advice I can give is to learn from your mistakes and never repeat them. A lot of mistakes have been made on account of this pure evil, corrupt company.
God bless!

Run run run... Never look back...
New Delcath PR for those that haven't seen it: http://delcath.com/reuters-news/?id=2301517
Seems you could use an introduction to humility in your life...
Why? Please explain your logic. Thanks!
Wow! Amazing...
How's all that "experience" working out for you now? I told you your buy signal was foolish; I just hope everyone else saw through your facade as well.
Sounds like something you hear in the casino at a roulette table... I wish you people that are trying to influence people into buying/selling would outline your thought process; not for my sake but for the sake of those that listen to your poor advice.
P.S. I am holding this stock and am not a bear.
I understand this but what do you see in your technical analysis that I am missing?
A lot has already been dumped. How much more will dump in your opinion?
Why? Please explain in detail...
Just curious as to why you make this statement. What is the criteria you are using to come to this conclusion. What in the chart looks good to you and why do you think it is "about to fly"?
me too... sold at 1.27
Cool story, bro...
My apologies... I missed your point.
This is tough to follow, bro
Important distinction: IHP/PHP
If I am understanding your point correctly; I regret to inform you that you are likely incorrect...
Sources:
Dr. Pingpank and investigators at the
National Cancer Institute originally conducted trials to
Evaluate the use of IHP for these patients. IHP had
significantly positive results, but subsequent treatments
were not possible due to extensive scar tissue in the
operative field upon recurrence of disease.
As the adjunct principal investigator for the Phase
III trial, Dr. Pingpank worked with the manufacturer,
Delcath Systems Inc., to design the PHP system…
IHP was a no-go since it was not repeatable due to scar tissue formation…

?No comprende?
Could you please try that again?
Your scenario is absurd, in my humble opinion. The company has never been worth close to 1.5b USD. Am I missing something here?
How did you get to that number?
Looks like approx 25.5m shares outstanding...

Reply with source or it never happened...
Agreed, Lonewolf...
When money is involved people can become their worst; hence the reason D-Bags try to fear monger loose hands into selling. Its a futile effort to save their own ass or worse make money at someone else's demise.
Shame on them...
Not that I agree with you but "8 pennies" multiplied by 50k or 100k equates to 4k and 8k, respectively. Not a bad day in the eyes of an amateur day/swing trader.
No "weewee" or "worse" here bro. Why are you long and experiencing this?
Nearly out of debt was a bit aggressive for me to say; however, they are within normal debt/equity margins for their industry.
Last year global averages were 5% to 34% debt/equity per quarter for shipping and logistics. They may be on their way to exiting the toxic dilution cycle. Only time will tell...
I don't think anyone is pumped about a 15 cent increase. What I do think people may be "optimistic" about is the potential change in trend and plausible end of pps bleed-out.
There are only a few people in the world that know what will happen next and I don't claim to be one of them. But, and its a big but - tomorrow could confirm at least a change in trend and potential buyer/seller sentiment.
Having said that; I did open a small position in DRYS because I believe the risk is worth the reward.
They are nearly debt free now and their NAVPS looks pretty damn good post RS in my opinion... but then again, what do I know. ;)

Not a expert on the fundamentals of DRYS; however, I do see higher lows and higher highs starting today... Very well could be the first day of a technical charting trend change up...
DCTH charts are headed into an hour or two of consolidation it looks to me. Not sure where it will go from there but in order for a bullish week to continue we need news. Not sure that will happen; however, I am in for the long.
Cheers,

Cool story, bro... JK
More information to support your claim would be nice though...
What if the world is flat? ;)
Seems to me that they are trying to add capital through Equity to improve their debt to cash ratio... This may a good way to attract retail investors. Also they had issued a higher liquidation price limitation. This is sometimes done to avoid a take over...
Just my 2 cents...
delcath.com/sec-filings/
You should think that through a little bit because thats not the case. ;)
It would be the Intellectual Property in which a buyer would seek to acquire... In my opinion, it is quite obviously not their revenue stream or operational structure.
In your analogy you forget to mention that the "house in the hood" has land mineral rights and is sitting on very precious or consumable goods... This may not be the best analogy either; however, you get the idea. Suppose that we are talking about land rather than a "house in the hood" and suffice to say you are assimilating swampland to real estate in Dubai...
Thanks for sharing.... I mainly just browse this forum but your post made me sign up to respond.
Your assessment is dead on. Bravo!
