(CSE: ISOL) (OTCQB: ISOLF) (FSE: LB6A.F) (the “Company” or “Isodiol”), a global CBD innovator and market leader, announces that the amended filings of the Company’s annual financial statements for the fiscal year ended March 31, 2018, have been submitted to the BCSC.

Upon approval from the BCSC, the Company will restate its most recent audited financial statements with updated disclosures related to its business acquisitions and anticipates its shares on the Canadian Securities exchange to resume trading shortly after.
