Soaking up the 2s folks, soaking up the 2s, good job. Once the short term investors/flippers are out of the way we will move onward and upward.

Whoever is in control of this stock is pretty smart. By moving it to a 0002 bid 0003 ask, they have effectively nullified the traders.

If they moved it higher pre-financial statement, the traders could have sold knowing they could get back in by knocking it down to a lower level.

By keeping it 0002 0003 the traders would sell at 0002, and then could only get back in at 0002 when it went 0001 0002. So effectively traders have been removed from the equation.

When the stock starts to run, traders will be chasing and not in control until the price is substantially higher.

Folks if you want 2s now is your chance to get them, otherwise you're going to have to pay 3s and up. There is either a big contract for their product or a new business opportunity that they have lined up. Either one will move the stock to all time highs. They would not spend the money to go current if that were not the case.
