what is PTO and DCT. can someone explain?
That means our case will start around 12pm ET?
I don't understand this schedule. It lists 10am as the time for all of these cases. When will the oral arguments for AMRN case start?
https://cafc.uscourts.gov/home/oral-argument/daily-schedule/
what time zones are these times in?
https://cafc.uscourts.gov/home/oral-argument/scheduled-cases/
Where can I listen to the case proceedings tomorrow? Anyone have a link?
Apologize if this has been posted somewhere before, too lazy to search.
What happened to the PDUFA?
I came across this on twitter today:
https://newsfilter.io/a/04ee6be74c7d73edf2f70da73642efee
He makes some solid points. Has this been discussed here previously? Anyone already have a point-by-point rebuttal of this?
I don’t understand. The killcvmshorts guy is short?
Are you referring to sushifishman? He just replied to my post and appears to be a bull. So I’m now confused. :/
I don’t have subscription to stat. Could someone please paste the article and post a rebuttal point by point? I would like to know why he is factually incorrect, as many knowledgeable posters on this board seem to indicate.
It kind of makes sense, but why not have the patient be on this drug for longer than 3 weeks? Why not 3 months? Wouldn't it boost the immune system even more, or it doesn't matter? All I'm wondering is, wouldn't the chances of success of the P3 study be better if the patient was treated for much longer than 3 weeks before surgery?
I recently bought 140 shares (at $26) after coming across CVM and reading up on it on reddit and this board. But I have a (probably dumb) question. Is 3 weeks treatment with a drug really sufficient to make any difference in the outcome. Doesn't cancer treatment require months, if not years of treatments to be effective.
Please don't attack me as a short blah blah just a small investor and I would like to get a scientific answer to this question. thank you.
New shareholder here. Any guesses why volume is so low this morning?
I agree with that assessment. This was a 'respectable' way for the BOD to show JT the door. At least, I hope it was, given what he has done to the SP alone.
I sent this email to investor relations:
Does it point to the possibility the company is going to be sold soon?
Hello, new to this board but have been an AMRN shareholder for 2+ years. When is the EU decision likely to be announced? Do you think the decision is already baked into the PPS or will there be a run up post decision?
But think about this: who would buy shares of this company even at half price? I'm pretty sure the BOD and management will not. So who will? The poison pill only succeeds if someone exercises their 'right' and buys more shares at the discounted price.
All, new to posting on this board but have been following for a while. Have about 2k shares at $10 average. What recourse does Amarin have if they lose the case? Can they appeal again to a larger bench? At what point do their legal options to overturn the DC ruling run out?
Anyone have link or transcript to the Amarin call with Jeffries which was supposedly at 2:30pm EST today?
So what is a share of TOCA worth now? Is today's price a good price to accumulate?
Can someone please explain how it all works out? They said the combined value of the company will be $25million, but TOCA shareholders will only get 1/4 of the shares.
Yup, been there, done that.
Why did this go down 17% today? Any news? I couldn't find anything.
He seems to be currently offering the Reshape balloon (saline, competitor) at his clinic:
https://www.drbillybariatrics.com/services/reshape-balloon
is he going to stop treating with these? Hopefully yes.
What announcement?
Institutional investments?
Fintel shows that:
- Altium Capital Management bought 1.7 million shares on 07/31
- Renaissance increases their shares by 143% to 501,000 on 08/12
Is this old news or are we really starting to get some institutional support at these levels?
I am quite comfortable with the stock, thank you. Already made some profiits during the run up fro, $.63 to $1.81 earlier this year.
Made the mistake of jumping in again too early near $1 ($10 post split), and now had to average down around the mid to low $2s. I too am cautiously optimistic this will have another runup to at least between $10-15 level.
GTLA.
Do you have the phone number for investor relations? They don't have one listed on their website.
Small amounts of insider buys don't mean anything if not accompanied by institutional support. I saw the same thing with ADXS. Insiders kept buying regularly but the stock is at -99.55%.
What happened to the first retail center that was supposed to open this month in California?
In the CC they said it was going to open early in the 3rd quarter
So what happened?
Not a peep from the company since the last call while the SP continues to be decimated. . What the hell is going on?
I don't know, but I'm getting very frustrated why this keeps going down. We are at all time lows nearing $.23 pre-split. Does that even make any sense? Who is selling at these levels? Looks like a concerted short attack like I've seen with ADXS and it doesn't bode well for this ticker.
Some one on twitter posted that Sabby Management has taken a large stake in the company, and their record with ADXS (-92%) is not that great. Does anyone here know anything about this hedge fund? Do they short the stock down to the ground? I am concerned.
I find it interesting that after two reverse splits all old investors including myself were wiped out and the company essentially had a new start from zero. But I don’t see any new members on this board. All old timers. Does that mean the company has no interest from retail? And if that’s the case, who are these vulture funds going to scam?
Wouldn’t this all be illegal and put them all behind bars?
Offering price is $6.14 / share based on form S-1.
But existing share holders will be diluted by 50%!
Can you provide a template for what we should put in the 'Describe the fraud' box?
I am not familiar with the legalese and don't remember or know all the points that can be put in there.
This is way more serious than should be handled through a MB like this. I suggest we form a shareholder working group with real names of real people and work on a class action lawsuit or whatever legal remedies may be available to us to get some of our scammed money back.
Suggestions on how to form this group started?
That's like saying I have risk of getting stabbed so I'm going to stab myself right now so that I can take the risk of getting stabbed off the table.
Why do the raise now at these horrible terms if there is good data expected in the future that will organically cause the PPS to rise? They have enough cash to last at least 6-9 months don't they? I wonder what they are telling potential participants in the offering? What stories are they spinning?
Question: How do CVI Holding feel about all of this? How many shares do they have? How much have they lost in this dilution? I am wondering why they can't pull any strings? Why not just buy the entire company?
