Its positive news, IMO. They could have renegotiated. They did not. And they had to wait for the complete year to be over and terminate.
We should know what are they cooking in a month or two. Positive news,IMO.
Always the BK clause is put in for the benefit of supplier of the product not to get stuck with product on hand. Not the other way around.
E.g. if there is a product, so the distributor is involved in a dispute the supplier can move forward fast. Not to wait for years until the dispute is over by the distributor.
For those who are interested..
Nothing to do with supplier.
I did see that. Good that i didn't get RLFTF. The warrants are still $10 in the money. I will likely keep them for the merger completion.
I bought this for NeuroRx depression drug.
Will see what happens.
No. Someone solved the problem. Likely a short was covering.
And a lesson to be learned is to never short a unit or you may pay 3x the price to cover.
Shells are a path for the past. Any corp with money can direct list nowadays.

Why is the Unit trading over $60. Isn't the unit 1 stock, 1 right and a half warrant. That adds up to $34...
Any opinion?
I was looking to start a LL corp. With my own funds in it.
Thanks man. Appreciate the response.
In my case, I'm stuck with some stocks that I made so much on them just not to pay taxes.
If the government assumes trading is my main business, I cannot claim capital gain on it (here at 50% rate) So, I can't have many transactions or need to pay millions in extra taxes if I liquidate everything.
Even with capital gain I will end up paying around 25% taxes on the income part.
With a corp, based on where it is registered, I can limit taxes to up to low teens, percentage wise, and constantly trade or break down my trades to smaller chunks. The book keeping costs are the only overhead.
So, am thinking opening a business and gradually moving all the trading money into it.
Any input are welcome, if anyone is doing such.
Yes. They are whole warrants. 1:1
A general question from people doing high number of trades, or day traders.
Do you guys trade under an incorp or do so on personal accounts.
I generally try to keep the number of transactions low, so it's not considered my main business.
But thinking of a need to start a corp and trader there.
Any inputs are welcome
Not sure if details on BPRA SPAC was posted here. (my first SPAC)
Nuerorx merger with BigRock SPAC fir $525m plus sub $300m milestone payments. SPAC closing in H1 2020.
NueroRx has a contract for sales with RLFTF (Covid drug in phase 3) receiving 50% for north America and Israel and 15% to 20% EU and other places.plus it has it's own depression medication for multiple indications. See presentation below (page 4 and 25). Just the COVID deal with RLF100 is worth more than $850m(page 25)
Note:RLFTF is currently valued well over $1.3B and they just issued another 600m shares. Check their PR.
BRAP currently trading around $30 and warrants BRAPW are just $6. Do the math. There is too much to be make on the warrants if the deal is closed.
Presentation:

Do you own DD. The BRAP board has some dd too.
On spot. I'm hanging onto the Warrants, and will add more on drops.
Based on 6 months deal closing, I'm thinking they have closed on many things and just running some details with their lawyers and accountants.
First time doing SPAC. If it works out I'm expecting between 100% and 400% return on the warrants.
I will aggressively average down my warrants on a drops. I like the NX and RLF deal, and don't think they should merge. The deal alone is good enough
Btw. I think the stock price of $40 to $50 is within range and over $100 after approval. Based on ACAD,AXSM and some others.
Also the COVID alone might get $20
or a billion alone the price.
Please correct me if I'm wrong with references.
My guess BB or others might invest in these very soon.
I bought tons of warrants and rights thanks to the guidance here today. Sold the rights for a decent profit at 1.65.
Holding onto warrants.
Does anyone know why there is not a lot of buys on warrants.
E.g. the rights are now more expensive than the warrants.
I am guess just some can't buy warrants yet.
Why clue?
Thanks Vader!
Excellent recap. Thank you.
One thing I'm still missing and would like to understand is that if there is a way to only purchase rights (the 10 for 1), alone without the SPAC warrants. Or are they all just tied together?.
I'm new to this. As I understand BPRAW is the warrant to be exercise at $11.50.
What is the ticker for the right? And how do you usually find these connections?
Thanks Slammin for clarifying on this.
Cheers
Hello everyone. What is the SPAC warrants ticker. I'm looking for NRXP and can't find it. Is it the right one?
Quote:
NRX-100, 101). Under the terms of the transaction, Big Rock and NeuroRx will merge and the company is expected to continue to trade on the Nasdaq Stock Market under the symbol "NRXP."
Not all drug are chemical. As I understand all biological drug companies have manufacturing issue now. Chemicals are a subset of the big picture.
Samsung bio can't deliver drugs for the next 2 years. All booked.
Cancelling exiting orders (prioritizing them) and increasing manufacturing sites.
US companies are going to Japan and other manufactures in the last month to sign up deal with no luck.
Any new approved drug or vaccine, if biologic we are looking for years to be be able to have only a few million order manufactured.
Governments want drugs. Many new approved drugs, will be order by governments.
Mexico, Brazil, UK and many others awaiting FDA approval for their orders. Cash is no problem.
There is not enough supply.
Very clear why they gave hundreds of millions to set up facilities.
The next few months, for existing and any approved drugs, there will be a black market, and a low supply.
They are helping out.
For instance, CytoDyn their Samsung order were cancelled and reduced (of only 2.5 million vial for over the next 1.5 year) . Gilead can't manufacturer enough for hundreds of million of people. Regeneron, Humaningen and many more. These are big corps. Small ones are all out of luck, once approved.
Go read what all CEOs are saying in manufacturing being a problem after approval.
All you hear in the last month or so is that manufacturing is the problem once approved.
Alright, good luck shorting this.
I;ll be here awaiting manufacturing orders, for approved drugs/vaccines in the next few months.
Samsung biologic announced opening new facilities last month.
All drug manufacturers world-wide, are full booked for the next 2 years or more.
This was all part of the plan.
We don't know the complete deal and why they were given so much money to burn through.
The only reason, is to fast track and crash the project (means do in parallel, and burn heavily without worrying), as order are lined up.
Best play for this stock, is to buy, and write 2 week call options, as this should gradually go up, while SEC clearing in the next few weeks.
This goes no where except up.
Once the SEC clears things, they should announce some multi-million/billion deals with the corp to produce generic and possibly non-generic drugs.
The COVID companies cannot secure manufacturing, and KODK seems to be the new place to go (as there is no production facilities)
If I remember, last week as there was a request (can't find the news) for FDA to ease off on the manufacuring portion of the drugs.
They gave them and secured their loan to Crash building/updating some facilities, so they are ready in the next few months, once a bunch of new drugs are approved.
That's from yesterday, or Monday. The price tanked on speculation that the are going to pull the loan.
I doubts that they can do so, and get sue by investors for $750 million. It was announced through PR, and people acted upon that. They can't pull it for insider trading or a leak.
Likely, after a few weeks of investigation, the will find the culprit and the corp moves on as planned.
All IMO.
Ended up writing $16 call options for next week. Hopefully, it will hold $13 by then, and I can make some profit.
Fingers crossed.
Thanks man!
I'll likely sell half or more of the shrs that I got today, by EOD.
Just feeling the floor is now, high $14s (my gut feeling)
Not sure if KODK is breaking out again. Might be heading to $22. Can someone with technical expertise look int this.
Edited(never mind, it's tanking)
I'm sorry for your loss.
Can someone please bring me up to speed how this compares to CYDY. Product wise and pipelines.
Just hang in there. I didn't expect to make $30 million on this over the night. It might take me another 5 years.
Rome wasn't built in a day.
P.S. I have to confess, I'm not as optimistic as Nader on the triple digits. DD will do for me.
You heard it incorrect. It was the other way around.
God sweared, that this work, go and save humanity.
Shkreli sweared, that this work, let me take Gilead down.
Shorts sweared, that this work, let's bash to recover our short position.
That's the version I heard.
Marked and Thanks you.
$10 or $20 will not go through even today.
On a multiple offer maybe $30ish with dividend payment on future indication can go through today.
It's too late for anyone to make an offer. They know there will be a bidding war.
The only thing BPs can do now is to watch what will happen and hope we are delayed.
You shorted around $1.09 or something, last Friday. How many? From where did you get the shares to borrow.
Everyone has the right to be sceptical, IMO.
That differentiates the winner and the loser.
Sometimes the sceptical person wins and sometimes the person who gets the ticket and risks his money.
I do have a friend. Kept telling him to purchase a house. He kept saying who pays $400k for this, this should be $200k.
Just a few years later, I kept telling the same, he was saying who's pays $800k for this.
Just a few months ago I kept telling his the same, he was saying who's pays $1.6m for this.
He is still renting.
It's not hard to guess what the response is when I tell him the same in 5 years.
Some are just like that. They like to watch people succeeding. The de-value what others have.
Not only they have every right. But if we want to change them, we are incorrect. We can't change them.
They will always be around us. Just ignore the noise and carry on. We can't help.
That's just the definition of growth per APR.
We or any stock on the rise cannot sustain that.
I was saying 200% in 3 mobths translates to 8000% per year.
IT JUST SHOWS INVESTORS TO CATCH IT NOW IF THE THINK ALL THESE CATALYSTS WILL POP THIS BY EOD OF MARCH.
For instance
$1000 in month 0
$3000 in month 3 (which I was projecting this to get the APR)
$9000 in month 6
$27000 in month 9
$81000 in month 12
8000% APR Growth for the next 3 months.
You're reading and analysis is all correct on the chart.
The reason of this heading up is there there is huge amount of catalyst lined up for the next 3 months and we should have at least 200% growth in 3 months.
Which compounding it give us 8000% growth per year.
So, this is the best time to get in this stock.
No one is going to miss this having basic accounting knowledge.
My Golden Law (was a rule in my 30s, became a law just a gravity and any other universal law in my 40s) says, it's difficult to convince a smart person, but it impossible to convince an .... (be my guest, and fill the blanks)
So, I always say, yeah, you're right, so I can move on to real/important things in life.
Not even worth thinking about it, man.
Correct EvilRbt (and only if he is planning to sell). NP always say what is going on, and what he thinks. In a way, that good listeners should pick up. We have seen an instance by Fortuno.
Many months ago, he kept repeating one thing in many different ways, which was implicitly comparing Cytodyn with Gilead.
Clearly, he was all the time, thinking of possiblity of passing MC of Gilead. He's ambitious, and if he wasn't thinking that it was achievable, he wouldn't say it. That thirst doesn't just go away. It's just in the background.
On the pricing, also, we will soon have a Billion dollar deal with a BP on NASH, with $100M upfront. NP is ON and OFF saying this for the past 2.5 to 3 months. He kept using the same numbers, and mentioned he will not go for less. So, there is an interested party, and he is shoving the price tag. Once done, that alone should give us an extra ~$1 price per share, IMO. With Cancer and other stuff going on I'm expecting to have $3ish by end of March, 2020.
GLTA.
