Ok I’m with you but haven’t really seen an answer to Samson re his point that there are “cherry picked” numbers from the last audit and apparent loses that have never come up here here; one’s that also brought about a narrative of “well all companies have debt.” Is that where we are at ? Are those numbers,$ 34 million in loses was it, are they legit?

…..yep that’s the sliver of hope that I hold onto. Have 10 million shares and would be nice to see them get the settlement $ and throw out a dividend. It’s a little better than a lotto play a this point .

Hey all....does anyone else feel like, if you have read through the recent filings, that "uplisting" and the becoming a fully reporting co. is the last thing Carnes et al want and yet there have been a few tweets and mentions of "wanting to uplist ASAP" ? And I'm assuming they wouldn't be able to uplist to Nasdaq or even to Q if they have that stance?

Maybe Carney can use his profits from TLIF to jump start this puppy.

…. Actually it was only this past May! Should be adding nicely to revenues big time! The more I read about this new company guys, the professionalism of our CEO, the obviously highly expansionist mentality of the merging company we seem to have partnered with, and the increasing revenues, the more I get a good feeling about this.
