I just figured they'd be sure to put in deep research before undertaking such an important deal. I'm out on this thing due to just that...the leadership is either naive and not intelligent enough to do due diligence on the most important matters, or they were in on it.
You still in this thing for the long play?
What do y'all make of today's movement? Opens higher than it's been since the crappy Schneider news broke, then fell basically 20%...
That appears to be Anton's sentiment. I believe it to be true, as the market has had a long time to be aware of the deal. This should be a long play for all involved at this point, regardless. Nice trending so far today!
Vinpat that post is pure sex fire. Many thanks for the sexy fire information.
Yeah I don't get it either...can't even carry momentum for more than a few days?
And then plummeting all the way back? Frustrating.
Great news, thanks. Big time investment, successful testing...looks like green lights all around.
Considering the market is already aware of the sale, the inevitable dilution should be built into the price, no?
Appreciate the insight. I think you may be correct, but also some of the big dog producers are setting up huge facilities + international networks, so I'd envision a buyout by the pharma side if anything. Thank God I did get out yesterday, foolish of me to try to catch the falling knife that sliced even further today...I do think there's nice money to be made when that bottom is found, however.
And yes, there is a chance that cannabis may uncover dormant psychosis in certain individuals depending on their genetic makeup...I don't believe it's as widespread as it's being made out to be, but it is enough evidence that the substance is not as purely harmless as it's most staunch defenders make it out to be.
Producer stocks keep plummeting...any guesses on how far this goes? Full summer lull? I bought into Aurora yesterday but I'm feeling like taking a short loss and living to escape the worst of it.
Nemus feels like a sturdy rock in comparison haha
More stellar posts, indeed. I'm diving into Aurora this week on the production end, too many great reasons. Nemus/Aurora, there we go...now I'm diversified ;)
Great work again with the chart. I don't know much about KALTF, but it appears they have a huge pipeline and one already at phase 2...but their SP is only at 0.18. Any insight on that one?
$5 million in shares so there will be dilution, but they might also create buzz from it so who knows with InMed...I'm just taking shots in the dark here.
Yup. They might be able to pull off a run pushing buzz news knowing that wild stock, even with dilution. Meanwhile Nemus just got 4 times the funding...
Thanks for the reply, always appreciate the education on Nemus. I told a buddy about them today and he's keen on hopping on board now, too.
PS: I found out the InMed halt was done by the company. They announced a 5mill underwriting at .45 a share.
I've been meaning to ask...why was this stock at $10 a share in 2015? What happened? Seems like it just gradually melted away.
Also, InMed just got halted. I was surprised it took so long.
What are you referring to when you say 3 months?
"Disclaimer: Pursuant to an agreement between MAPH and InMedPharmaceuticals., we were hired for a period beginning February 24 2017 and ending April 24, 2017 to publicly disseminate information about (IMLFF) including on the Website and other media including Facebook and Twitter. We are being paid $40,000 (CASH) for and were paid “250,000” shares of restricted common shares of InMed Pharmaceuticals."
...I figure it's responsible to share this tidbit from the bottom of the article. Anyone know what catalysts they are expecting by year's end?
Makes sense, at least we'd still be doing alright for ourselves from a starting point like this. Even then, gonna take quite a push. Should be interesting to follow.
Hmm...a hard $4 mimimum share price on both exchanges. Murphy says he wants to "Aggressively push" for uplisting...even with paid media buzz, I'm not sure how such a large leap can occur. Certainly curious to hear other opinions on this.
Wow...*slow clap*. Many thanks for the informative breakdown, buckos. I had surface knowledge of some of these aspects, along with gut feelings, but it's nice to have a detailed, layered sheet of points in front of me. I'll certainly be bookmarking Anton's reply, but thank you to everyone else as well.
InMed does do a good job of selling the "sex appeal" of their supposed uniqueness, but when verbally discussing their biosynthesis process with friends, I couldn't help but wonder why the hell other biotechs would use dated and grossly inefficient techniques for extraction if this was public knowledge. It's also curious that InMed suddenly has all the valuable information, given that UofMiss has been studying the field for decades.
My gut plan was to score a couple quick hits off them, and then settle into a long play with the more secure Nemus...so thank you for providing me with some logical backing to that.
PS: shoutout to Anton as a fellow young Canadian! Congrats on doubling your investment in InMed when you did, I missed the boat there but hope to celebrate even heartier gains with Nemus as it progresses.
Happy weekend, fellas.
2 huh...I like the sounds of that. There is tremendous energy on this board, seemingly backed up by encouraging fundamentals. I'm comfortably locked in at .31.
Yeah I have been following these boards for a few weeks, if Schneider bros are in for 20 million at .30 , and .30 has virtually been its floor over its existence, then we're on pretty solid ground as far as speculatives go. I was just wondering if anyone has any thoughts on the strategy of InMed (also a biotech) vs Nemus. InMed is a trader's dream if you hit the right points on its manipulated roller coaster, but it appears Nemus has very little movement going on for whatever reason. I love the fact that Nemus' CEO is aggressively pushing for uplisting, hopefully that can happen soon and get folks' attention for a long surge. Feels odd that we all appear to know its upside, but the analysts appear to be behind...and on the flip side, part of me wonders if InMed is just existing for trading flips, as opposed to actual drug realization.
PS: it's also eerie how dead silent InMed boards have been, especially considering it just shot up 10+ cents (again).
Ah, the joy of spec stocks!
Nemus vs. InMed ...
Any thoughts on comparison between the two? I think both are decent long plays (CMO of InMed is from GW, gotta like that), but it's a stark contrast between the two in terms of price volatility. I've been able to score a couple quick hits riding the InMed roller coaster, but it seems to be purely manipulated by big boys behind the scenes, which concerns me to a degree...meanwhile, we are essentially at Nemus' floor, with lots of great upside. It's only in the last 3 months that the price has been regularly trading below 40 cents; for much of last year it was considerably higher, and the news only seems to be getting better.
Am I correct in that Nemus has a unique position in the US in terms of what they are able to study with U of Miss? I recall reading something about that...I'm fairly new to trading/investing, so any insight in all this would be great. As of now, I'm out of InMed and strongly bullish on Nemus...just not sure how long it may take to see some upward SP trending.
