Yeah, good point. It doesn't make much sense, beyond maybe making it look like it's not a bad merge to their current holders? I don't know
Maybe BZWR will be required to be current with filings in order to merge. If so, I imagine with the news BZWR would be able to go over a penny in value. I'm not sure what the conversion rate would be in that case. Will BZWR cease all together after the stock conversion takes place? Thanks by the way for answering my questions. I've never dealt with a merger.
So with those figures one million shares of BZWR would be equivalent to 2000 shares of IPSI at a 2 for 1000 share conversion no? At current IPSI price that's like what $280 dollars...LOL. Or am I doing something wrong here?
Do we have to do anything to get our common shares converted, or do they just automatically change to IPSI shares in the account where the BZWR shares are being held? I imagine we also won't get the exact amount of BZWR shares that we own converted to IPSI, seeing that IPSI is trading significantly higher then BZWR is. How does this usually work?
Hello, I follow a stock that recently had two directors and an officer (or visa versa) convert their series B preferred shares to common shares. The O/S before this conversion was 9 million and the O/S now is 13million after the conversion. Between the three of these men they own 6.5 million common shares... so half of the company. Why do you think they would have made this conversion? Confidence in the stock pps rising, sale of company incoming or something else entirely? What are your thoughts?
I guess we will see. Doesn't look good though.
Aren't they basically diluting this stock by an extra 200million shares now? Should be even harder to get over a penny now if that's the case. The only reaction I would imagine is a negative reaction
I've seen a penny stock go to the expert market and come back to otc once the fillings were caught up. Once that happened it was available to the public again for trading, so it wasn't a death sentence for the stock.. but while it was on the expert market it wasn't available for trading and the pps was essentially worthless. Idk if the expert market rules have changed since then, (the scenario i'm referring to happened to a stock a year ago). Regardless, there is no excuse for Rhett and his team to let this go to the expert market, it is a bad look for the company.
Hopefully they acquired a good consistent revenue source and yes hopefully the work environment is a nice and productive one.
So no members of upper management or company officers came along as part of the take over? If so good.
Yes and now he has to do business with a company that fleeced him seeing they are his subsidiary no? That can't be good for business
So will they have to pay back that 4million?
Sheesh isn't looking good. All that wait for that crap
Hopefully they get back on track otherwise Rhett will be tweeting, "almost finished with Q2 report sorry it's late" lol
So they will be delinquent even after they file the E.O.Y?
When you say offer do you mean the ask?
Lets hope that bzwr does better then the 49ers did today lol
Is that good or bad?
I agree
Bzwr is going to pop. Good share structure and they have more business prospects as a company then before. They are also relatively transparent for a penny stock. Only thing keeping this down is the late fins. Current prices are a steal, no need to R/S. Might be a far stretch but I think 5cent by this time next year minimum
I don't think they will need to reverse split to reach and stay above a penny. Also they are still under 500million 0/S. Why reverse split? most pennies have alot more shares outstanding or around the same amount and run higher then bzwrs 52week high
Looks like btzi has been abandoned. Simon rubin and that yuri guy are now with BULT. An article from last week says they "served' on the btzi board of directors. Simon Rubin is CEO of BULT now. Old news? Am I missing something? If this is under new management I might reconsider opening a new "hail mary" position lol
So there shouldn't be any change in the outstanding share structure. It would be a shame to see the stock becomefurther diluted
Thank you for sharing
Hopefully none of that "capital" comes from issuing more stock. That is if that is even possible. What partners were they referring to anyhow?
Thank you again for your answer. I saw the alchemy ceo was paying himself with shares illegally or something, that can't be good.
thank you, I appreciate it Any idea why they increased the outstanding shares by 100million?
How has bzwr changed it's share structure over the last year or two? Any increase in outstanding shares? Any dilution?
Thank you for your detailed answer, much appreciated. Maybe what you said about the Ukraine situation is true, but for now the stock looks dead. It was a fun ride though, thanks for all the help over the years.
Where did you find all of the previous dated share structures? It only shows the current share structure for me on OTC markets
Is there a way to view a companies change in share structure over time? I'm curious as to how btzis has changed over the years
When is the next filing due?
When is the next filing due?
When is the next filing due?
How many shares were outstanding last time this stock ran? It currently has 2.5 billions shares outstanding. Hard to imagine it will run hard with that many shares out.
Is btzi public again?
What is everyone's opinion on the type of reverse split we may see? 1 for 1,000 1 for 1,000, 000 etc lol
Just search Bobby Blair, a few will pop up but he has Lfap CEO under his name
Bobby is doing everything but LFAP related business by the looks of his Facebook. He just went on a cruise, he just went home etc lol
So in other words this stock is stuck in trips lol
